Brantley came highly recommended to us by another plumbing service, and he certainly lived up to the hype! He lent his expertise to check our laundry set up, ensuring that all pipes and drains were in top shape before we installed our new laundry machines. Brantley also helped us rectify the wiring for a couple of new water heaters installed by a different plumber, making sure everything was up to code. But what really stood out about Brantley was his friendly attitude and commitment to excellent customer service. One Sunday evening, we received an urgent call from our new tenants who had just moved in. They discovered they had no hot water. Despite it being an off-day for most, we decided to reach out to Brantley, hoping he could come by first thing Monday morning. We explained the situation to him and, to our amazement, he said hed head over to the property right away. True to his word, he was there in about 15 minutes. Brantley quickly identified the problematic water heater, managed to re-start the pilot, and effectively resolved the issue. He also noticed some parts of the water heater that needed attention and promised to come back and fix them later. When we asked about the cost for this emergency visit, he informed us it was a courtesy visit and he wouldnt be charging us. We were incredibly touched by Brantleys generosity and swift response to our problem. We recommend Black Brothers Plumbers for anyone in need of a trustworthy, reliable, and skilled plumber. The installation of the new water heater was taken care of meticulously, ensuring it was set up professionally and accurately. We also said goodbye to our old soft water system, which they replaced with a new system designed to prevent sediment build-up (I cant remember the exact name). Given that there have been some disruptions in the water supply recently, coupled with numerous leaks reported in the neighborhood, weve had to turn this over to our water supply company. Weve submitted the paperwork from Black Brothers Plumbers to them and now were in the process of waiting for a potential billing adjustment. If you need some plumbing work done, ask for kyle. hes the best! he showed up on time and first assessed the situation. kyle then took the time to detail out everything that needed to be done. there was a pretty severe leak that had soaked the floor under the cabinet. the previous piping job had not been done correctly. kyle rolled up his sleeves and rerouted everything as it should have been done initially, stopping the leaks instantly. not only did he fix the issue, but he made sure to sweep and clean up before he left.

Billed $200 for the time/labor and $50 for the part. i reckon the extra $15 as a standard gratuity. I was pleased, regardless. The initial firm I reached out to (now under new management as Black Brothers Plumbers) quoted $900 to demolish a wall, cut my plumbing, extract the entire fixture and plumbing, and substitute it with an unappealing fixture set in a battered box that had probably been lingering in their shop for some time. It surely didnt match anything I owned. I requested the guy to exit, he stormed out. hed only been plumbing for 5 years, while trusty old Thomas has been in the game for decades.
