    We contacted Mann Plumbing and asked for Donnie to come to the house to replace a shutoff valve. He had been to our house over a year ago. There was a time available the next day. The scheduler was friendly and efficient. After making the appt., my wife and I decided also to change out a toilet and replace a tub/shower valve, head and tub spout. We called back to ask about the added work and were assured it could be completed possibly on the day of the appt. or the next morning. I still had Donnies cell number and I texted him with questions and recommendations about fixtures. He responded in minutes. The work got done in this afternoon and everything looks marvelous. Donnie was efficient, clean and cordial, thanking us for using Mann Plumbing.

    Jayden and Izaca were very professional and informative on repairs needed. Also upon inspection they found a small leak in our water heater. We were able to get replaced BEFORE it became a huge problem. Outstanding company. Highly recommend

    Mann Plumbing , Inc. is the most reliable plumbing company in town. I use their services with full faith that they will identify any plumbing issue accurately and have it resolved. Jaydon Crafton is particularly good. He is precise with his observations, accurate with diagnosis and efficient in resolving the problem. He replaced the garbage disposal, fixed a leak at the laundry washer, and ran the sewer main, Jaydon and his coworker snaking hundred feet and putting back roots. I am very satisfied with Jaydon’s work and Mann Plumbings’ services. Thank you!

    I called Mann last spring to replace a bathroom faucet. Donnie came out and did a beautiful job. Then last week, I broke my garbage disposal:(. Again, it was Donnie to the rescue and he had it up and working right away! I thought it would have to be replaced, but, he didnt jump to that conclusion! So grateful for that! I will call them again... hopefully not too soon (hoping nothing breaks for a bit!)

    I recommend Mann Plumbing for a few reasons. 1) I contacted them to request an appointment and they got back with me very promptly. 2) They were able to schedule someone to come out and help me within a very reasonable amount of time. (In other words, I didnt have to wait several weeks before anyone would visit!) 3) The person they sent, Donnie Chester, was right on time—and he also phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way. 4) He was patient, professional, and did a very good job. He also explained everything clearly and concisely.Other things I appreciated:*While working on my plumbing project and crawling around in the very tight crawlspace, Donnie noticed a separate problem—a small drip/leak in a nearby line hiding behind some insulation—which he quickly fixed just because he couldnt in good conscience leave it that way. (That might be a small thing now, but eventually it could have become a much bigger problem—with bigger bills, wasted water, a wet crawlspace, and maybe even mold. I am grateful that he noticed that and helped me!)*Mann Plumbing removed my old sink from the premises and indicated that it will be recycled for me, so thats one less thing I had to mess with.*Finally, the billing was straightforward and fair—a service call, labor hours, and parts. I feel like I got what I paid for and more. I will be using Mann Plumbing again and I would recommend them to others.

    Replaced tight residential crawlspace electric water heater and a few other bathroom tasks. Estimator Jeff arrived on-time and gave prompt quotation, answered questions we had. Plumbing team Donnie and Jordan were terrific: called ahead, arrived on-time, pleasant and professional, communicated what they were doing clearly, cleaned up well and respectful of interior carpets. Nice job! Impressed with the rapid scheduling, pricing, and prompt work completion. We plan to use Mann Plumbing for more home jobs ahead.

    I’d like to give them more than five stars if I could! The plumbers called before they arrived which was very professional and arrived promptly on time. They fixed a major problem in one of our guest bathroom toilets that another local plumbing company refused to do correctly twice!
