Had a great experience with Platinum Plumbing. Booking was easy online for same day. Maggie was great at keeping us up to date so we knew when they would arrive. Isaiah was super professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and cleared our clogged sewer line just as snow was beginning to fall. All costs were provided up front and I received images and videos of the line before and after. I couldnt be happier and would not hesitate to use Platinum again.

Chris did an excellent job replacing our old faucets for our washing machine. He was very friendly and courteous and took the time to explain each step of the process. He was transparent with his plans and the cost and we were presented a couple different options. The fix was a little challenging but he did a great job with the repair and even explained why he chose the hardware that he used. Overall I would highly recommend Platinum Plumbing and would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

We always have an amazing experience with Platinum Plumbing. We have had them do multiple things and the customer service is amazing. Just this last time my dishwasher broke and we needed some pipes replaced so I called and they fit us right in. It wasn’t an emergency by any means but they still sent someone out quickly to take care of us and get the new dishwasher installed. Also, I love how we always get a text with the technician that’s coming so I know who to expect :). They are always our go to with any plumbing needs. I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing!

First off, let me say that while I am very handy, there are some things that are out of my control. With that being said, if need be, I will definitely be using Platinum Plumbing for all my future needs. Isaiah W., aka (Jr.) was extremely professional and respectful. Isaiah, went through all my options and was very knowledgeable and informative of what the issue could be. I am someone who always likes to watch what is being done and Isaiha had no issues with this while he was educating me on what he was doing.Isaiah, was very honest and understanding of cost and clear on what needed to be taken care of and I appreciated his character and his respect.Not only did he fix the issue, but he went above and beyond to make sure the pipes/drain were clear, ensuring that he was satisfied and that I was as well with the job that he had done.In addition to the plumbing issues non-related, my dog has a history of seizures. When she gets too excited they tend to trigger them. She unfortunately, had two while he was working and offered to help in anyway he could to make sure I had everything I needed and that my dog was comfortable. You cannot get this service with everyone! Companies need more people like Isaiah.I will be asking for him if I need anything and or need to refer anyone moving forward!Please acknowledge this individual!

First, I walked into the store and met Maggie, and Madisen…they did a great job working with my schedule, and getting someone out to my house ASAP. Dalton was able to come and do what he had to at first I thought oh well just replace the pump but honestly the pump didn’t need to be replaced. It was the whole toilet so he came and killed. It did the whole toilet justice if I could put five stars, I would put five stars but I’m gonna give amazing spectacular work. These guys know what you’re doing and I would recommend them hence the new toilet. Chris did a wonderful job and the best part about platinum plumbing is that the price that you’re quoted is the price you pay and there are no hidden fees. Unlike every other company. Even though my quote was a little expensive, I never got the feeling that they were taking advantage of me. Their knowledge base is great and Chris explained everything to me so I could understand everything about the whole process. Wow. Chris was on time (he beat me after work to my own house) and he stayed after the installation to talk me thru my new dishwasher. This was a tough job because the old broken dishwasher did not want to come out of its space. A new floor had been installed and the old dishwasher was sitting down at the old level of flooring. Major trouble from the get go. Chris did not panic and worked and worked until it was removed with no damage to the new floor or the countertop. Very impressive. We called Platinum Plumbing out to take a look at our clogged kitchen sink. We ended up with a lot more than that! Our pipes were so jammed up that after multiple attempts to clear them, we ended up completely replacing them.Over the course of the day, we had several Platinum employees in and out of our house. They were determined to not just patch the problem, but completely fix it so it is no longer a worry. It was great to see their teamwork and escalation procedure and it seems we made it all the way to the top (yes, our pipes were that bad), with the owner of the company taking over and finishing the job with outstanding care and craftsmanship in his work!We were also in need of a new water heater, and they were able to take care of that at the same time as the piping job, and were very generous with the discounts applied for having multiple jobs done.Everyone we worked with was friendly and courteous, with care taken to keep things clean all while dragging dirty pipes and old water heaters up and down the stairs. They also worked around many obstacles due to having a small computer lab in the same room that the work needed to be done. They were able to get the job done with minimal impact to those systems (and they would have been well within their rights to tell me to move all of that stuff out of there, knocking it all offline for the day!!)They also took the time to talk through any other questions we had about other (unrelated) parts of the home, and it was great to get eyes on several different things around the house.Were happy to have a solid go-to for all things plumbing, and well for sure be a returning customer!

I couldn’t recommend this company more. They came in less than 24 hours to fix our repair, and the repairman Colin did an incredible job with the repair and installation. I really appreciated that the manager Chris called me to discuss and quote all of my options before any work was started. Work time was fast, the results are great, and Colin even tightened a sink faucet that had poor water pressure just because he noticed it could use a tune up, free of charge. Overall great experience that was fairly priced and made an emergent repair painless and stress free.

Not only were they prompt, on time and respectful of my home, they were polite and gave me all my options. They helped me make the best decisions for not just now but the future. The issues we were having under our kitchen sink are gone as they found the root issue and solved it. The toilet clogged at least once a day by a teenager, they told us why and recommended the best way to fix the issue and since they replaced the toilet it has yet to be clogged again! I have used Platinum Plumbing on two occasions. Both times I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling. I was at the end of my patience from working with William Masters, who took 6 weeks working on replacing a shower control and were never able to fix it. I called Platinum and they got it fixed the very next day. The second time they came out to check for a gas leak which turned out to be nothing, but ended up solving two other issues: a water pressure issue, and what turned out to be a water main leak in the alley behind our house. They never even charged me for that visit since they didn’t have to fix the gas leak which is what I had originally called about! I will definitely call Platinum Plumbing next time I need a plumber and highly recommend them. 😀

Their service man was on time and called about 15 minutes before arriving at my house. We were given a 3 hour window when to expect service and he was within that window. Andrew, the owner was amazing! He took his time to walk me through, over the phone, what I needed to do to repair one of my clients toilets. I live a couple hours away from him so I sent him pictures. Once he knew I couldnt do the repair myself, he had me call a local plumber. There was nothing in it for Andrew and Platnum Plumbing, but he still spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me helping. He stopped what he was doing to help me...no charge. Derek was awesome!I had concerns about a gas leak in our basement. I called Platinum and the earliest appointment they had would have been a few days later, but they called their service people to see if anyone was free to stop by. Derek arrived in about 20 minutes!He was professional, thorough, quick, friendly, and just a good guy to shoot the breeze with. Not only did he check the area where I suspected a leak might be coming from, he checked all our pipes for leaks, and even reassured me that the plumbing in our basement was done well and should last good while longer.Honestly one of the best experiences Ive had with any kind of hime servicing.
