Hunter arrived on time and quickly determined what needed to be done. He started snaking our drain and found a substantial solid clog. With assistance from Jason and much persistence the massive root ball was cut and removed. Tex came later and scoped the drain pipe to determine what needs to be done to make sure the problem is corrected. We are working on a pipe replacement plan at this time and Peterman Brothers will do the work.

Jeff came out today to check out my HVAC placed new in late August. Was having an episode with the dehumidifier unit alarming due to fluid backing up. Jeff was thorough checking/trouble shooting the whole unit and made sure everything was hooked up properly with the HVAC unit and working perfectly before leaving. Jeff also took the extra time to do the maintenance check that was scheduled in January while he was here. He explained why the dehumidifier probably had the episode and what he did to prevent futures episodes happening. Jeff was very courteous and respectful. I appreciated his manner and am happy with the service Peterman always provides.

I called Peterman to check out my AC after the recent storm knocked it out and they were able to schedule me for the next day. They called me about 20 minutes before the technician arrived and then Jake showed up right on time. He arrived with covers on his boots which was appreciated. I explained the situation and he got to work testing things out. He identified that my thermostat had shorted as a result of the power outage in the recent storm, and proceeded to test all components of my system to see what else may be lacking. After fully testing everything, he gave me the option of only replacing the thermostat to get it back running again and replacing the filters which needing replacement, or doing a complete tune-up of the other two or three things that he found to be underperforming. For today, I elected to only have the thermostat and filters replaced to get back up and running, but will probably take care of the rest of the repairs later on, and would be happy to consider Peterman for those future repairs.I found the cost of todays repair reasonable and found Jake to be totally professional, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I found the process of scheduling the appointment and receiving my confirmations and invoice by email to be easy. I appreciate Jakes help!

I highly recommend purchasing their annual plan which gives a lot of perqs, in addition to free inspections. Followup: After a puzzling and worrying sewer backup, Zach, Hunter, Tex, and the rest of the gang (even a scheduler!) were in my basement helping to solve the problem before a busy Christmas season. There is no question our Peterman plan paid for itself 5 times over. Just a really great team.

He installed a “support” for kitchen plumbing under the pipes in the basement to ensure they would stay snug! The pipes are quite secure and I’m confident they will not leak. The faucet required him to go get the part to fix it, as it was not available on the truck. The heat is on. In this house, finally! Two days without heat.Not due to the fine technicians @ Peterman Brothers. That was on us. Christopher came by first super knowledgeable, real nice guy let us know it was a bad thermostat and gave us a few good options. I called back that evening, i was able to set up an appointment first thing in the morning the next day. Jake came back to see us again. What can I say, another knowledgeable, personable technician. Threw on his booties and got right to it, knocked it out in no time. We are so lucky to have this crew of guys servicing our area. The company is truly to notch!

I have lost sleep I have been in fear of leaving my home due to the fact I was afraid it would burn down My family my animals even myself we would all lose our lives everything Ive worked my whole life for would be gone and nothing flat. I had some wiring in my home that I had found that had tried to catch fire and two different spots. Breaker box was sparking. My home was built 1982 I knew it was outdated. They seen that it was outdated. They did not pressure me in any way to upgrade they were there to try and fix my problem and reassure me what they were doing was the correct way to do it and they they still needed to come back and do more. I have elected that I want them to be the one to update my home change the breaker box wiring the whole bit Even redoing the electric rod thats in the ground after going through everything I realized its worth it. And I need a good honest company that will not take advantage of me and Peterman Brothers is that company Thank you guys very much for coming out so quick and addressing my problem and letting me know it and how serious it truly was. And speaking with them I realize now its absolutely crucial that I change everything out nothing is worth losing your life over. My property slopes pretty steeply and had some natural shifting/erosion by the units and they got me all squared away with fixing that.And when the servicing was all done, Spencer presented me with a detailed analysis (with very informative pics and text) of the health of my two units, and recommended actions.The job was very well done, and I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately for the first time I need to leave a not so great review (1 star). We purchased a brand new HVAC system in January of 2023. It was not installed properly and we were stuck for a few days without heat. Part of our deal was the membership and you get checkups for plumbing and HVAC. Havent been able to schedule the plumbing checkup because they are booked over a year out. Now our AC stopped working after 8 months. We called to get someone out here which they arrived the next morning. Technician was super nice. But after working his butt off for about 6 hours and running to get parts, he was honest and said he misdiagnosed the issue and had to order a part. He said a part failed. So now we are sadly without air for what Im assuming is a few days as long as they get the part and get back like they said they would. A brand new system shouldnt have multiple issues within a year as well as have parts fail. And also it should have been installed correctly. The technician was honest with us about some other issues that he found that occurred at installation which has me concerned for the whole system now. So now our family, who we have put a lot of money into this company and this new system, is without air for a few days again. Weve never had any issues like this ever with a company, but now getting a new system and trusting this company has created more harm than good for us. Ive called to see if I can talk with someone about this but havent heard back yet.Update 10/26/23: I will be transparent that Peterman has done a lot of follow up from the Customer Experience team. Ive been working with Margaret who has been respectful, nice, and informative. She does a great job of listening and coming up with solutions. Since my initial review, I did get outreach to get a plumbing checkup scheduled and completed. The company has shown they are doing what they can to assist and fix things. We had a tech come out to put in the new part and it failed again. We were pretty frustrated with everything. Peterman identified that the whole unit was at fault and was able to switch out the whole unit for a new one. The scheduling for the new unit went pretty quick. We were without air for almost a week but luckily weather was cool. And also being fully transparent, weve had many different techs out to check on things or to install the new unit, they all have said different things they believe happened or something they have seen that is off about what was installed. I know they are being helpful but also it may add to the stress of everything or it may look like the company doesnt fully know, when I know they are experienced and knowledgeable. Overall, Peterman wants to be a company that works to support customers and provide strong services. They have shown thats what they mean to do, even through a difficult situation like this with failing parts or whole unit issues, while navigating frustrations of a family without a working system. I do appreciate what they have done with everything to make sure they are supporting us. Moving up my 1 star to a 4 overall. Customer service is a 5 for sure. I just have little concerns about overall system install and then having a failed unit, with a mix of techs and installers all giving different opinions as to what happened which were all a bit different from each other. As long as this issue is now fixed and no other issues arise (new unit is working perfectly), that number will continue to move up for sure. All the love and respect to Peterman and the whole team!
