Had a pretty good experience with them! I did have to call and prompt them to schedule my appointment after getting approval from my home warranty. They got me scheduled within 10 days to fix my sewage pipe, but initially they came within 24 hours. Looks like they did great work and I don’t see any leaks! I did text to follow up and make sure everything went ok before they closed that day, but never heard back. Which was fine. They seemed like nice guys as well. Here are some before and after pics. I had some water coming in the basement and a co-worker recommended A-1 Haney. They sent Kurt out in two days. He spent 90 minutes with us looking at the outside and inside, explaining what was going on and possible solutions. He wasn’t pushy or rushed. Within a week he was out putting in a sump pump and pit! He even noticed that my garage door wasn’t opening well and he fixed that for me too. Excellent customer service. I now how a go-to plumber in Bloomington.

I love them! They are the nicest and most competent plumbers! We had purchased a fridge from a chain store, and we have a shut off valve in the basement and the plumbingto the fridge resulted in installation company would not do. We had to have a plumber shut water off and disconnect water line to fridge. Called A1, and was assured they could come the daybof delivery. Only problem was delivery company gavec5 minutes warning they were coming. No plumber can make it bin 5 minutes, and had to reschedule. Called A1 back and they were extremely empathetic and gave me a day to be there 1st thing in the morning before delivery. When the came, extremely professional, told me shut off valve needed to be replaced because it was not up to code...we wanted it replaced anyway. Price was very reasonable and their work is top notch!!! Do not hesitate..CALL THEM!!! Everyone has their hairdresser, auto mechanic, ect they trust...now we have a plumber to add to the list.

Eric gave us a quote to install a new gas water heater. His plumber/tech (Nathan) arrived on the scheduled day and did an excellent, professional job. The result was a beautiful, professional-looking installation. (Nathan even installed a second gas shutoff valve so that we could shut off the gas from the water heater without shutting it off from the furnace.) We were surprised that final bill was 25% LESS than the quote. We are VERY pleased!

Called in a backed up basement drain after regular business hours and left voicemail as well as an email because it wasnt an emergency. Got a call the next morning and Tom was dispatched within the hour and took care of it quickly. Eric, the owner who returned my call was polite as was Tom. The fee was quite reasonable especially given that it was a Saturday. We are very happy with the service, responsiveness and would go back for future work.

Absolutely fantastic work. Extremely responsive and even got us on the schedule same-day after an opening popped up. The guys were very nice, masked up, and professional. Got us up and running (water heater issue with a flooded basement) in less than fifteen (15) hours. Cannot recommend enough.

I had a sever clog in my septic drain, inside the house. Curt came out, on time, cleared the clog in about 20 minutes and then replaced the wax ring on my toilet. He was awesome - professional, friendly and informative. Would go with this company again without hesitation.

For those living in Bloomington Normal area, this is THE plumbing company to use. Ive had them out twice in the span of a couple weeks during shelter in place conditions...once for a hot water heater, once to come back and fix the hot water to a bathroom faucet, replace a kitchen faucet, and replace seals in tub handles. Both times they showed up when they said they would, got right to work, and the bill came up at or close to what they estimated and was more than fair. Guys were friendly, uniformed, and professional. If you find yourself needing a plumber and are anxious about choosing the right folks, call these guys and relax...you are in good hands.

I have had nothing but great service from the Haney crew over the last 10 years. They have fixed toilets, installed water backup pumps, moved garbage disposals, and installed outdoor spigots for me.
