I called plumb crazy to figure out why my garage was flooding, Tim came in and diagnosed it as a clog in my drain and got it unclogged in no time. Unfortunately I have an old cast pipe and in order to access the drain he had to bust off an old cap that had corroded, and the caps that size aren’t easy to get without ordering. Tim went above and beyond to make sure that we got a cap that fit and had no more leaking. If you are looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and does a great job look no further. I will recommend plumb crazy plumbing to anyone that needs their services from here on out

Had PCP come out to inspect the sewer system of a house I was purchasing. Tim was highly experienced and very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what he was looking for, and he even offered my advice of things I can do to maintain the system and what to look out for. I highly recommend PCP for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Absolutely the best people to work with when you need plumbing issues fixed. One point was getting ready to leave to go on vacation. Got home from work and found had a pipe leaking water.Called Travis and he had someone there within the hour. This last winter when the temperature dropped and the wind was cold when had a pipe freeze and burst again called Travis on Christmas morning at 4:30 AM he said I will right there. He was there with in 30 minutes and saved our Christmas. So when it came time to have hot water heater replaced he was my only choice. Travis and his crew are great people. Great communication. Would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

A few month ago, we had a washer and dryer hookup added to our garage. They were quick, clean and very reasonably priced. When we had a small gas issue after they left, they came back out within minutes. We will definitely come back for all our plumbing needs.

We had a gas leak in our basement Friday morning called around and most places couldn’t come out for at least a week. I spoke with Travis and he came out Sunday morning. He was professional, had our gas issues fixed quick and left us with no mess to deal with. He even stuck around to talk about future projects we wanted to have done and answered all questions we had. Being a first time home owner is scary at times but I’m glad we found a plumbing company we can trust.

Look for no other plumbers in Bloomington, IL. These guys did some timely quality work for me. They installed a new hot water heater and enclosed some exposed pipe as well as several other fixes. I would hire them again anytime.

I have used this company several times since moving into my new house 1 year ago. Probably 3-4 times so far for installing gas line for dryer, fixing shower tub drain leak another guy messed up, detecting shower tile leak the other guy also messed up, and installing a gas heater in my garage. I could not say better things about Travis and his team! They are so knowledgeable and responsive!! They have helped me out in more than one pinch getting to things quickly and doing them right! Best plumbing company I’ve ever used and I will continue to use for any plumbing needs. Thanks again Travis and team!

We had a pipe leak before leaving on vacation that was fixed quickly. Also had a frozen pipe on a holiday morning that was addressed within 30 minutes. Was the first to call for water heater installation. Every job was done quickly and professionally.
