Very impressed and grateful! Was in a bit of a pickle with our water heater and they were able to get to us same day and install a new water heater for us. Our technician, Cameron, was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a friendly company who will treat you right, these are the folks to do it. We a positive experience with Covenant Plumbing. Our hot water heater went out after hours. I called Covenants 24 hour hot line and made an appointment. Promptly the next morning, Cameron and Christopher arrived at our home. In a short period of time, they provided me with the information required to remedy the situation. The same day they installed a tank less water heater and we had hot water the same day! Cameron and Christopher were very respectful of our property and extremely great to work with. We had a leaking drain pipe inside a wall at a very tricky spot to get to but after looking at it they were able to get it fixed and replace a toilet all in the same morning. I’ve called them multiple times and am always very impressed with the quality of their work and customer service. This time was no different!

Weve used Covenant multiple times and they are fantastic. First, you call and get a real person. Amanda is super friendly and helpful! Then they keep you up to date via email and text. A text with some info about the tech coming to your house along with a picture is a great touch. Finally, the techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to share what is happening. The whole experience is 5 star worthy.

I don’t think I can say enough good things about my experience with Covenant Plumbing. The person who answered my first call was so upbeat and helpful and was able to schedule service for the next day. WOW! The appointment was originally scheduled within a 3 hour window so I was home in plenty of time. As it turns out one of their technicians was available before my appointment. They contacted me to ask if that was ok and it was. They told me the name of their technician and gave me a little background on this fellow: his name-Shane-years of experience, etc. He arrived shortly after that communication. He was polite and friendly. He put on shoe covers and went right to work. He confirmed the problem was just what I thought it was and quoted a price for my approval before beginning. He made the repair quickly and checked his work. I could not be more pleased. The cost of the repair was reasonable. Shane is just outstanding and he is now my go-to guy for any plumbing issues. Thank you, Shane and thank you Covenant Plumbing!! Too bad I can’t give you more than 5 stars!

Good communication from the company throughout. Shane was very friendly and did a great job. My only complaint was the cost. Over $1,000 to replace two toilets I provided and shower faucet cartridge. Minimal parts and about 2 hours of time. Should have asked for an estimate before scheduling.

We recently had a water/sewer related emergency in our basement that caused a lot of damage and needed to be addressed immediately. Covenant Plumbing responded to our call within an hour or two, corrected the cause of the backup & helped us locate a business that does cleanup & remediation of the damage. Cameron, one of their plumbers (as well as other employees), served as our primary contact & was so very helpful in addressing our problems.Since then we have needed to replace/repair other plumbing fixtures & contacted Covenant Plumbing to do the work. As before, they responded quickly & accommodated the dates we requested work to be done. Shane installed a whole house filter in my basement last Wednesday. On Friday, I saw that there was water under the filter and along the wall. I mistakenly assumed that the filter was leaking. It was the Friday afternoon before Labor Day, and when I called, they said they couldn’t come to check it until Tuesday. I asked if they didn’t have any emergency appointments, and she said, yes, they would get in touch with Shane and send him over. Almost immediately after I hung up, Shane was at my door. He immediately found the source of the problem, and it had nothing to do with his installation. A drain near the place the filter had been installed was plugged, and the water from the air conditioner was backing up. Shane removed the drain cover, got his snake drill, and opened the drain so that the water all went down. He was actually on his way home to leave for a weekend vacation, but he took the time to come and solve my problem, even though it was not caused by him or the filter he installed. Best of all, he did not charge me for this service. What great customer service!

Same day service for clogged main sewer line. Provided camera look at sewer line. While running the camera broke loose the clot. Gave me several options to fix the roots. I chose the cheaper one and after implementing they ran the camera again so I could see the results. We tried everything but the washer, when we found there was a problem with the washer line. They came back same day and made it right. I also bought a yearly cleaning to prevent this from happening again. I would recommend them to others.

Darren and Colton were very respectful and informative. My experience was a good one, but I am shocked at the price for the service. I would say that the actual work was less than an hour. Waiting on a part and a compressor (which was surprisingly not already in the truck since I had said I needed a pressure test) took most of the time which was idle time. So, REALLY not understanding why I was charged $670. Too high for what it took. Because of that, I probably will not use Covenant again. Any coupons or price break you can give to a 1st time customer? Again, the guys did a wonderful job on the work that was needed. Just cost WAY TOO MUCH.5 stars on Colton and Darren1 star on cost

Easy to schedule appointments online, timely confirmation emails & texts, texts to let you know they’re on their way, AND also WHO is coming with their picture and some personal info. Kudos to Shane who explained everything, offered to cover his shoes to protect my floors, answered all of my questions, gave me options, and had a van full of anything he might need to help. After a heavy rain we noticed water leakage at the top of the buried sump pump discharge line at our home. The Covenant plumbers thoughtfully and skillfully diagnosed the problem by making sure the pump was working correctly and by using their drain line camera system to verify that the line was not blocked or broken. They provided an estimate of the work. Then they repaired the problem quickly and thoroughly tested to be sure the repair worked. Upon completion of the work I was able to pay the bill using Apple Pay thanks to the point of sale technology the plumbers have at their disposal. We appreciate Covenant’s great customer service!

Had a faulty water heater and they offered me two viable options. Turned out it was better to replace. They completed the work very efficiently and promptly. Ive had them to the house twice and their work is excellent, and they actually get things scheduled quickly which is different than many contractors. They are one of the good ones and are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
