It was a great overall experience. I needed a shower valve replaced. From online appointment to a confirmation call and plumber arriving. It was great. Plumber was very professional and respected the interior of my house very well. Even wearing booties that covered his shoes to not ruin the carpet. If you have never used them for your plumbing needs........... Give them a call, it was worth it!!!!!!

We had Pipeworks Inc replace all of our water lines in our home. We have an older farmhouse so it was quite a bit of work. They were able to do the entire job in only one day! 🙌🙌🙌 They were professional, on time, knowledgeable, and their customer service is top-notch! We live in the country about 30 minutes outside of town and they were still able to get us on the schedule quickly. They are also very well priced. We highly recommend Pipeworks Inc for any plumbing needs you may have!

Pipeworks was recommended by a different service that I use, who has provided several references, all of whom have been terrific to work with, so when I needed a plumber I went right back and ask them for another referral. I was having a problem with my dishwasher and my kitchen drain. When I called they were nice enough to get me in within a day, the service person, Rich, was not only on time but actually a little early. Rick was very professional and helped me to understand what the problem with my dishwasher and my sink was. The office had already let me know that if it was a dishwasher problem, that they don’t repair those, but if it was a plumbing issue they’d be happy to help me; this turned out to be a dishwasher issue. Rich was still kind enough to make a few suggestions and the charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Pipeworks to someone who is looking for plumbing help, and when we go to have a few of our plumbing issues updated, I will definitely call back to use them.

I had to get a sink installed and the plumbing hooked back up. I contacted Pipeworks around 9:30am and heard back by 10am and was scheduled to have Rich come out around that same day at 12pm. Around 11:30am Rich got there and was very respectful, kind and easy to hold a conversation with. He made sure to take his time to ensure proper installation and asked me questions to make sure things were done to my preference. I appreciated this, as well as his respect for my home (he made sure to lay a sheet down so that he did not make any mess on my floor). I would recommend Pipeworks to anyone - they were prompt, respectful and Rich did a phenomenal job! They will be my new choice for any plumbing I need done.

Dan visited my house first. I had a leak in my vertical drain pipe that runs between the walls in the basement. He was very courteous of our home and made some great suggestions. I denied to have Dan look for the leak and found the leak myself. I found the leak and Jeremy came out the next day to replace the pipe. Like Dan, Jeremy was very respectful of our home and made no mess. He even left and took lunch while I made the hole in my wall bigger (I didnt want to to do extensive damage to the plaster walls). After about 6.5 hours the job was done and the bathroom was usable again!I would recommend pipeworks to anyone. They are prompt, respectful, and very willing to help in an urgent situation.

Potential water issues in the basement is never a good thing... had some general concerns and talked to Erik from Pipeworks -- he came over to check it out and I had accidentally created an issue where my sumps were not working right. He made it work and then we scheduled Jeremy to come out to do some changes so the issue would not happen again. Jeremy was on-time, polite, helpful and did a great job fixing the issue. He was clean in and clean out and left me with great peace of mind. I have dealt with most of the team at Pipeworks and have always been impressed. Im thankful to have them on my team and in my speed-dial. I would 100% recommend any of their team!

Had a clogged drain and had an estimate from a competitor that was just insane for this job, so I called Pipeworks and they came out in under an hour of my calling(waited overnight to get an estimate from the overpriced guy). The problem was fixed in about 90 minutes and the bill was 55% below the other guys quote. They are also local to Bloomington, so always best to hire a neighbor over some corporate out of town company that doesnt care. I had an excellent experience.

He said that the leak looked more like a fresh water line going to the fire hydrant and advised me to call the city water department. I did and the city fixed it. Very quick response and very reasonable price! The technicians were out within an hour and got the work completed same day. They were professional, knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision for our situation. Work was completed very quickly! So far it seems to have been done well.Only complaint is that they left an enormous mess and didnt seem to make any effort to clean up. There is a lot of water on our basement floor, rogue screws and lots of metal dust. With young kids and a cat, it was a pain to have to deal with when they left.

Our dental office needed an air value replaced due to it hissing/leaking, and another local company came out last week and quoted us $1000 to replace it. I reached out for a 2nd opinion, and so glad that I did! Pipeworks tech came to my office this morning, and was in and out in 5 minutes!! He just needed to tighten it! The other place tried making it some huge big issue, and it stopped hissing as soon as the pipeworks tech tightened it. We are so thankful, and have shared the business card he left with all our friends that own businesses in the area!!

At the close of the day, all of the toilets in our office backed up. We were thought we might have to close the office for part of the day to get it fixed because our facilities people kept calling folks that wouldnt come out until the next day. I suggested Pipeworks and they were here in an hour. Problem was fixed in 35 minutes. Told our facilities manager to call them first next time. Great work, courteous, and clean.
