J & C Renovations worked on a bathroom and family room for us. The bathroom needed new tile backing because the original tile was on drywall that was falling apart from moisture. Jeff refinished the tub from beige to white and installed a new waterproof barrier, shower fixtures and tile. The family room had carpet and painted wood panels. Jeff removed a non load bearing wall, extended the wood floors, and removed the wood panels and replaced them with drywall.I think a common complaint with renovations is it takes more time and cost than originally estimated, but what I appreciated most about J&C was the accuracy of cost and timeline. Jeff kept to our budget and gave accurate timelines for completion. We paid materials costs up front, and labor costs upon completion of the renovations. Jeff offered a variety of materials within budget for tile and flooring. We were very happy with both rooms upon completion.About 9 months later in the winter, when the subfloor constricted, part of the wood floor bubbled up and Jeff came and fixed it at no additional cost. We really appreciate all the hard work J&C Renovations put into our projects and we really love the results. Thank you!

Jeff is a great guy to work with. I had some emergency issues come up and he came out very quickly to assess and give me a quote on the issues he could help with. He was prompt and timely in everything, working my small job in with larger jobs he had on his plate. Appreciate everything.

We called Jeff to pull out a cabinet and place a dishwasher in its place. Jeff was professional and got the job done efficiently. He even cleaned up after himself. As projects come up with our home we plan on hiring Jeff again!
