Rodney and his team came out after an unfortunate handyman “fix”, and after a total assessment and walking us through what all we needed done (including answering our endless questions!) Rodney was able to get our issue resolved so quickly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely be reaching out for work in the future and recommending them to anyone in need of a good, qualified, and honest company!

Rodney was quick to respond to my initial call and his team was able to get me an appointment the next day. They were able to detect what was causing the leak in my basement and helped with getting and installing a new toilet right away. Great customer service.

Moved to Bloomington in fall of 2022 and was worried about finding a reliable, friendly and great value repair service. I was referred to 5 Star Mechanical and I can honestly say Rodney and his staff are the best. Super friendly and honest. Did amazing work! I have several other projects in the new house over the next couple years and 5 Star Mechanical are already on my speed dial. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Rodney and his crew. They are professional and down to earth guys who work hard and quickly. They show up when they say they will and do great work. We have used them to change outlets, install toilets and bathroom fans, install ceiling fans and outdoor lights, and to change out faucets and connecting pipes. We will certainly be using them again!

Called for the free estimate, which doesnt seem to be offered by many anymore. He came quickly and diagnosed the issue. It was as simple as a wax ring leak. He was friendly and offered advice.Called for a service call for the same toilet that was leaking again. Thankfully, it was a simple problem. They were able to come quickly, once again. Although, this time it seemed more urgent as we had the whole houses water off and its winter. Still just as friendly and offered advice.Even though I dont want to have to use them for a very costly issue, they will certainly be the first one we call!

Rodney and has sons have done work for me on numerous occasions and they always do a great job. They are courteous and always explain things thoroughly. They have done both electrical and plumbing work and I would call them every time I need something fixed in either area.

This is the first time we used this company and we will be using them again should a problem arise. They were over $1,000 less than another company for a new water heater system. The job was done professionally, timely, and efficiently. The owner reviewed the work himself! They even carried in 2 heavy boxes which were delivered to me while they were here. Definitely went above and beyond in all aspects.
