In the middle of July, Our air conditioner disconnect melted. I called several companies that sounded confused or couldn’t come out for a week. I spoke with Mike at Power Means and he took the time to look at my pictures and understand the problem. Within two hours, electrician Bryson replaced the box and restored our air conditioning. The prices were fair and the service was impeccable. I wholeheartedly and happily recommend them.

My ceiling fan light was very difficult to find a replacement for. I bought one online that I thought would work but it wasnt compatible for a few reasons. But the electrician was able rewire it and made it work. He was also very friendly and fast!

Had a great experience here! After calling a couple of other people about my lights not working, they were able to come out and fix the problem immediately. I had been wiring new lights myself and none of them worked when he arrived just about an hour after I called (wow!).He really *listened* to me and asked good questions to be able to diagnose and correct my problem immediately. Very professional even though I knew he was moving mountains in the background to be able to fit me into his schedule that day.Can’t thank them or recommend them enough if you need a professional electrician to help you out!

Incredibly responsive, honest and knowledgeable. Our house randomly lost power randomly at night because of an issue with our power pedestal and they responded almost immediately, diagnosed the cause quickly and solved it. Highly recommend!

I had a tricky electrical problem in one of my bedrooms, and KC from PowerMeans Electric was a lifesaver! He came over and, within an hour, had it all sorted out. KC kept me in the loop, explaining what he was doing and even pointed out a few other things that might need attention down the line. He took the time to educate me and answer all my questions. The best part? Very fair prices! Cant say enough good things about PowerMeans Electric - theyre the best electrical company Ive ever dealt with and I highly encourage anybody with a need for an electrician in the Austin area to give them a call.

Bryson performed excellent work for us. We had a number of extra outlets to install which required him to go into tight spaces in the attic. All the outlets were installed perfectly as were several other tasks, including a whole house surge protector. I would highly recommend Power Means Electric.I am adding to my previous review as Power Means have done some more outstanding work for my family. They successfully helped my son-in-law with some very difficult cable installation and installed outside electrical boxes and fans. KC came out and diagnosed the problem, which could of ended up causing a safety hazard. KC was very helpful with explaining the issue and solution. He corrected the problem and now I can rest knowing the problem has been fixed and dodged a potential major issue.I felt so confident in Power Means that I had KC come back and install ceiling lights. We had a great experience having a ceiling fan added to our back porch. Not an easy job to wire but the team persevered. Michael, who booked the work was very professional, and I feel he did the best he could on pricing.
