Where to begin? Albert is truly amazing. After waiting over 13 hours to be contacted by the builder regarding an electrical issue with our AC breaker in our brand new home, I was desperate and started driving around the neighborhood. Thankfully, I came across Albert, who was working on another job in the subdivision. I asked for his help, and without hesitation, he followed me to my house. He replaced the breaker and conducted a thorough inspection of all my panels and breakers. InCharge is lucky to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional employee. He cleared and adjusted the structure of the wiring in the ceiling, patched up the rim matching all three lights and I couldn’t be happier. I really appreciate someone with strong skills who can immediately assess the issue and professionally gets the job done in a timely manner.Albert also went above and beyond fixing my doorbell that was not working. We purchased a new home and had problems with flickering lights and a humming sound coming from our fans. Our home was still under warranty and the issues at hand were a bit greater than the builder had initially budgeted for. This is where the technician from In-Charge Electrical (Miguel) stepped in. Miguel was able to quickly diagnose the issues that were causing the problems. He directed my attention to the panel and showed me the wires, providing a simple explanation as to what was happening. Essentially, the problems were related to some compatibility issues with our smart switches. Miguel then proceeded to explain some of our options, next steps and lined out a clear plan moving forward. He performed some temporary work, which immediately resolved one of the issues, and then scheduled a second visit to replace a particular switch that had to be ordered. As of today, I have everything running as it should! Miguel even showed me how to use the app to control the smart switch. It is important to note that Miguel is a leader and extremely skilled in his trade. He is a real asset to the company and very easy to communicate with. He was always respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I (the customer) was treated fairly. I am sorry to read some of the negative reviews, however, my experience with In-Charge’s technician, Miguel has been outstanding!

From the call made to make an appointment for scheduling an estimate to to install two receptacles, to the completion, everyone was amazing. I was scheduled for an estimate very quickly and after getting the estimate which was very reasonable, I asked how long until I could get the work done and they said they could complete it immediately. The technicians were polite, respectful, clean and completed the job in a very timely manner. They even swept up from the work they had done and I dare say that my garage was cleaner after they finished working vs. how it was when they got there. I would not hesitate to call them again for any electrical needs in the future.

In charge did the electrical work on my new home construction in Taylor. I am a custom home designer and am pretty critical about details. I had an issue during construction, where one of the installers damaged some structural members (I used TJIs). I was pretty upset, but the way in-charge took care of the issues said a lot about the company. Brock Winkleman was the manager on the project and made numerous site visits and phone calls to make sure everything was going well. They paid for their mistakes and did everything they said they were going to do. I have to say I can honestly recommend them, because they took care of any issues in a timely and professional way. Also I feel their pricing was competitive. I am happy with the completed work and would use them again.

This is in Austin, TX. This review is solely for Incharges Security Admin and installation team. I have the monitored network package that InCharge provides. They told me that because of this package, I have to go through their Security Admin team to change my WiFi passwords. As a DBA that raised flags for me. Why would I share my passwords to my WiFi networks? Thats a huge security concern! So I contacted InCharges Security Admin Team and I just have to praise on the outstanding customer service I received, especially from Randall Lopez. I asked TONS of question of what the equipment was, how the WiFi networks worked, and presented my security concerns. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and replied to my 15+ emails very quickly and promptly. Even when I called him for help, he answered all of them politely and never lost his professionalism. So after the back and fourth, I decided to opt out the monitored network package and decided to manage my WiFi network myself (security reasons). Randall Lopez was able to get a team out on the same day to my still under construction house to remove the standard 8 gigabit switch port and install a cloud key port switch. I met the team and even bombarded them with questions as they were working. And they were also very patient and polite in answering my questions. After that, I got another email with a power point on how to manage my WiFi networks that I can tell Randall Lopez put together himself for me. He also set everything up for me on the Ubiquiti controller website. Seriously best customer service from the Security Admin I have ever gotten!
