Great place to start in the cable field. The owner is very humble and understanding. Sometime things wont go as normal but thats expected with cable from time to time. Some may talk down on the company but thats because they want it there way and only there way which it doesnt work that way. This is a company you can trust to pay you on time everytime. Some contracting companies out there work you to death and never pay. You can count on dcomm to never have that issue. The managment department is awesome and will guide in the right direction. Just have a positive attitude and a can do attitude, this work is no ac office work if you are a field tech. I would of kept going but I had a great opportunity to do my own thing so dcomm was very understanding which I really appreciated. I would recommend people that truly like to work to start here. The slow season is kind of a killer but youll pull threw. Its not dcomm its spectrum that controls things. Just give it a shot.

So grateful for Willie to come out and give us exemplary customer service! He is such a gem and genuine and I really felt like he had us in his best interest. It’s very rare to get service from people who are so genuine these days. We had the pleasure to also meet Scott, his supervisor who they were both expertise in their field. Can’t thank them enough for great customer service
