Alphonso was amazing. I had a hot tub install on Wednesday and he finished up on Thursday. I was having issues with my tub (which turned out to be an issue with the tub and non-electrical) and he was willing to come out and check his work on Friday, even though he advised to me that it was a hot tub issue, just to give me peace of mind! He is very kind and very transparent about the work he is doing and does a great job. This is my 3rd project with Copperhead and Id recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work at a good cost!

A few days ago, I had a breaker trip and I called Copperhead electrical to help me diagnose and fix my issue. I recently hired Copperhead Electrical Services for a new panel and light installation. They were on time, explained everything well, and did a super job. They followed all safety rules and really know their stuff about electricity. They were careful to keep my house clean and were always ready to answer my questions. If you want an electrical job done right, I totally recommend Copperhead Electrical Services. Their service is top quality, and they treat you really well. They deserve a full five stars!

They did a great job! They were quick coming out to give an estimate and were available the next week to do the installation. I had 5 light fixtures and it only took them a couple of hours. They cleaned up well and took away the old fixtures too. Would hire again.

Talk about silent professionals. That is what these guys are! Jerry was open, honest and upfront about everything he was going to do. Have me an estimate, scheduled a date for service to be done. Copperhead Electrical install electrical for my new Hot tub. I was under a time crush with Thanksgiving in few days. I wanted my family to enjoy the Hot Tub. Copperhead came through in the clutch! They were very professional and did impeccable job! Highly recommend this business!

I recommend Copperhead. I got an estimate and hired them to install a transfer switch to allow me to use a generator if I lose power. (Which happens too often with Austin Energy)They are knowledgeable, personable, and more importantly, they follow through with what they say they will do. They keep you updated and informed throughout the process. There were some issues with parts and some changes that needed to be made, but they were quick to let me know and explain my options. Eduardo, Geraldo, and Alfonso are straight up good guys, hard workers, out making a living. I will use them again.

Hired Copperhead to do an RV 30 AMP plug install and they went above and beyond! Had an estimate and the install done within a week, and they made sure to walk me through the setup and offered a warranty on the install, all for a reasonable price. Can’t thank them enough!

Eduardo was prompt and thoughtful in dealing with a problem related to the use of GFCI circuit breakers in older household circuits. The cause of circuit death in this situation is not easily diagnosed, inasmuch as the GCFI circuit breaker can trip, even if the amperage load on the circuit is trivial. Anyway, he guided me through a cost-effective solution that did not entail a lot of new circuitry, which circuitry would have been a defensible recommendation and a very profitable work order for his company.
