Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

I received 5 star service! Erjon Manaj arrived when promised. He efficiently found/fixed the problem with a light. He explained what he found, and also explained how he was going to fix it. He was professional, helpful, and prompt. I highly recommend him!

I have hired at least three -- maybe four -- electricians since we bought our house four years ago for various issues. Our experience with Bowne has been SO GREAT, relative to any others. Their technicians really know what they are doing, they are excellent problem solvers, they schedule quickly and efficiently and come when they say they will. I was especially impressed with Ray, he is very pleasant and figured out how to wire and hang my exterior speakers which wasnt easy to do. AND they clean up after! So great!

Far and away, Bowne electric has been the best electrical contractor I have used. From large projects to a simple check on an electrical short circuit, they have by far been one of the most professional and prompt contractors that I know of. When they say that they will show up at 0800 on a particular day, they will show up either on the dot or before 0800. They have demonstrated again and again that they hire very competent, professional, and courteous employees. I highly recommend them, and I will continue being a repeat customer should I need any electrical work in the future.

Browne sent a representative named Laura to survey the work requested. She was on time and professional. She created a clear proposal with multiple options.Adam came to perform the work. He was on time, professional, polite, worked diligently and communicated effectively. He was careful not to track anything inside the house and he cleaned up each work area.

A M A Z I N G Service.Ive told all my friends, now I want to tell the world.A limb fell on my power lines. I called Bowne. They sent someone out within an hour. He called the city, got the permit, fixed the problem, got the inspection and left still smiling. And, after seeing the bill, IM STILL SMILING.I will never use another electrician. GREAT JOB!!!

Adam and his crew replaced all of the flourescent lighting in our office building with LEDs, and also upgraded some of the wiring, as well as fixing one electrical problem.
