There are a few reasons for the rating provided I felt worthy of sharing.1. They are a locally owned business and easy to contact and schedule service in a timely window.2. The electrician reached out the day before to gather additional details about the situation to be as prepared as possible.3. Notifications were provided while en route and the electrician showed up on time.4. The electrician took time to explain the issue and resolved the problem without issues.I recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

John came to my home to fix several electrical outlets. He did a great job. He fixed the lights in the ceiling fan. He noticed a light bulb needed replacing in the hall ceiling. He checked all of the breakers in the breaker box. He explained to me how the GFCI outlets work. Then he helped me with putting together a dog crate for my rescue dog that Im adopting. He is a super nice guy. He and his wife are foster parents of dogs.

ATX Elec. was fantastic to work with. I had a very uncommon (so far) need of for a generator manual transfer switch where my F-150 Powerboost acts as the generator. Some electricians were very slow to come and talk to me about it and some essentially hung up the phone when I told them that the F-150 was the generator.ATX Elec. was excited for the project once I explained what I was doing. They sent out a tech in just a couple of days to review what was needed and started the work on the spot! After working through a few issues they were able to get my manual transfer switch up and running and I couldnt be happier. No more power outages for me!ATX Elec. was was, professional, and ready to tackle something new. I really appreciate their help.

I want someone that is responsive, takes their time to explain the situation and does good work. These guys hit it out of the park in every way. You will not be disappointed. These guys were great. We got a next day appointment for our very worrisome scorched GFCI outlet. Our electrician arrived first thing and took care of that plug and a couple of other problems within an hour.Highly recommend!(Since I wrote this review weve had 2 more great experiences. ATX installed new outlets for a garage conversion, and trouble-shot and replaced some smart switches that had lost their minds....)Still Highly recommend!

John and Ryan were fantastic! I didn’t know who to call and found them after seeing all the positive reviews. Thankfully they lived up to the hype! It felt like doing business with family friends. Super helpful in many ways-getting my outlets working again in the kitchen, letting me know about the warranty for some breakers (in which I was able to get the company to send me several breakers which are normally at least $140 a piece), and troubleshooting my garbage disposal which certainly were not parts of the quote!🤣I originally was going to have them just add the Tesla charger but so glad they double checked the hot tub wiring. I had several people say the install from someone else was incorrect and wouldn’t pass inspection but I had not idea how dangerous it actually was. Electrical work is an area we shouldn’t have cut corners with and we are so happy John and Ryan fixed it.Oh jeez- somehow I didn’t post the above paragraphs from before!🤣 But another amazing experience just today! They came out and hung our TV above the fireplace. So nice to know it’s going to be done right. The last tv was hung by someone who spilled their latte in the fireplace screen and hung the tv crooked but these guys took the initiative to actually clean the fireplace screen for me just because of their attention to detail and shows how they truly care about their customers! These guys deserve to be on everyone’s speed dial because they are just that good!!!!

We had an electrical emergency and as a food truck that can literally destroy a weekend of service and be very costly. The service we got from ATX Electrical was beyond our expectations! They came out within the hour and got us repaired and back in business before service started, saving our day and a catering event, and our electrician even came back a few hours into our service just to make sure things were still on. 5 stars because they won’t let us give them more than that!
