I am a project manager for a roofing company. During a roof install my customer had an electrical issue. I called Jon for help for my customer. He called me right back but unfortunately he was already scheduled for a job and wouldnt be available until that evening. I explained the problem in case he worked on it that evening. He shared some insight with me on how to possibly solve the issue myself. And I was able to do just that. That is incredible customer service from a someone who is in it to help before just making money. Jon is now logged in to my phone as my go to electrician from now on. If you have an electrical issue, call Jon Alderson first!

Cannot recommend Jon enough. Communication was easy, he knocked out the work quickly, and charged a fair price. He was very thoughtful about the job and gave me options: cheapest way to get it done vs. the right/best way to get it done. He even added an outdoor outlet for me, which was not part of the original scope of the job, and it has already been a very welcome addition.Jon was straightforward, no BS, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Jon Alderson does great work at a good value. He responds in a timely manner, communicates well, shows up when expected, and leaves the area clean when he is done. I will be using him for all of my electrical work going forward. So glad we found him!
