Sir Troy, the technician from Royal Flush, was professional, knowledgeable, and effective. He resolved the issue by resetting the device with a switch I hadn’t known about.Not only did I learn something new, but since no repair or replacement was necessary, I wasn’t charged a dime! It’s refreshing to encounter a business that values honesty, which is why I highly recommend their services.

I had Troy come in to do an estimate on our toilets repair. Incidentally, I’ve been having issues with my dishwasher and he was able to reset it to “English” and troubleshoot. I’m so amazed that he was willing and able to do that when he doesn’t even do appliance repairs. I can’t wait to work with him in his official capacity. I definitely got the “Royal” treatment today!

Second time we have used Royal Flush and both times have been great experiences. Ian and Kadian were on time, very informative and were able to complete the project in a timely manner. Not only did they quote us a much lower cost on the original task compared to the other plumbers, but they also found a pin hole leak behind our wall that was dripping into the crawl space. Who knows how much money that saved us by fixing the leak before it caused serious damage.

We had a very positive experience with Sir Matt and squire DJ who came out to my mother‘s house (92 years young)to find a leak. They were patient with my mother and with me and my brother, as we barraged them with questions and asked them to check one other thing here or there. I called for an estimate and was greeted very cordially. I had an appointment for the next day between 11-2. The plumber arrived at 10:50 am. As he worked I sat at the kitchen counter. We had great conversation as he replaced my garbage disposal. He then looked at the dishwasher and performed a diagnostic. He was professional and very businesslike. I highly recommend Royal Flush and if you call them, ask for Eric to come on site. You will not be disappointed. Glad I have found my own personal plumbing company!
