Highly recommend Zac and the team from After Hours Plumbing! We had the main water line to our house break yesterday and I came home to a solid foot of water on the side of my house and a ruined yard. There was water and mud EVERYWHERE. It took us four hours to clear up all the water. It had been running for a minimum four hours straight before we found out the pipe busted and I was completely clueless as to what to do. We had the help of a couple amazing neighbors who got the water turned off and then the pipe was dug up so we could identify where the leak was. Zac had Jason come out to us right away and he had it fixed within a few hours. We called other plumbers in our area and no one could come help us. The soonest we found, until AHP, was 8 days. EIGHT DAYS. I’m so thankful for AHP and their prompt assistance. Price was reasonable and cheaper than others around. I highly recommend them and will be recommending them in the future to anyone I know who needs plumbing assistance. Thank you Zac and Jason!!!

Jacob went the extra mile to trace and determine another leak I had in the house. Zach made sure i was satisfied with the work afterwards. Late afternoon, water from our washer backed up into our tub which flooded our bathroom floor. I called around and was struggling to find someone to come out the same day because it was so late in the day (completely understandable!). I had special circumstances that made it even more important to get help. When I called Zac at After Hours, I explained my situation and he contacted one of his coworkers, Ed, who made the decision to help us while on the way to another call. Fortunately, the fix was fast and he gave my partner more information so we could find a better maintenance routine. Ed graciously took care of our problem and identified the underlying issues so we were better informed.This is service. I am so grateful for their efforts to help us. Not only that, their prices were extremely reasonable. I will absolutely be using them again for our plumbing needs and recommend them to my local framily.

Zac and Heather came to our home and fixed our clogged toilet that had been giving us problems for weeks and i just a few minutes of being there Zac had our toilet flushing in no time. We were so elated that that he fixed our problem so quickly. He even checked our entire plumbing system informing us that we had a great plumbing system. Not only did they book us the next day. They were able to come after we got off work so when they say after hours they really mean it. They are so family oriented I enjoyed their professionalism, care, and we are so happy that our toilet works even better than it did before its flushing like a charm!! I cant say enough good things about After Hours Plumbing. Late Sunday night, I discovered a leaking water heater. I frantically called around to a few 24 hr plumbers...one places dispatcher informed me that there would be a $500 late night service minimum. But when I talked to Zach at After Hours Plumbing, he didnt even talk about costs - he jumped right into helping me stop the leak myself so that it could wait until the next day and avoid water damages or a high service fee. He talked me through locating the issue (which was a faulty thermal expansion tank), and even went so far as to install Google Duo on his phone so we could work through it together over live video. After we stopped the water flow, we set up an appointment for the next morning. The service technician Jason showed up promptly (a few minutes early, actually), and was extremely polite and professional - he explained everything in detail, answered a bunch of questions for me, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. From this experience, its clear to me that After Hours Plumbing provides EXCEPTIONAL service that is clearly focused on the CUSTOMERS HAPPINESS. Late night or in the middle of the day, I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing work going forward. Thanks guys!

He went above and beyond during the installation, making sure that everything looked, and more importantly, worked great. He cleaned up after himself - something a lot of service people do not do. I am late writing a review, but wanted to give kudos to Zac for being absolutely wonderful! I had a problem with my bathroom sink, which turned out to be a result of something a previous plumber did that had almost entirely blocked the drain pipe with masonry. Ive had about 8 different plumbers out over the course of ten years, including some of the most well known and expensive ones, and theyve just put a snake down there and declared it clear. Zac put a camera down there, figured out the problem, removed part of the wall, replaced the pipe, and I now have a functioning drain! He is the only plumber who made the effort to diagnose the real problem when told that it was a chronic issue. He is also possibly the nicest person in the world, and his prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Zac Sims is reliable, honest, and very affordable. His prices are significantly lower than other plumbers weve dealt with. He charged us $1200 to install a new water heater and switch its location from a crawl space (half of the old heater had been placed a dirt hole!) to a first-floor closet, which required rerouting water lines and tons of construction work. Would highly recommend!

They showed up on time, looked at a list of to-dos I had, and found an issue I had been having trouble with, possibly preventing a house fire (there was a short). When my water pressure was still a little weak after the technician left, the owner himself came by that night to fix it. Would absolutely recommend and will use for all of my plumbing needs.

My water heater went out and I couldnt find anyone who could get to it for almost a week. I called Zac and he was able to get to me late that afternoon. He arrived on time and was ready to go to work. The water heater was in the attic and he had to get a rope and pulley to get it up there but he did, and he had it installed in no time. He was very professional and polite and seems to be a very hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone.

AMAZING! we called this morning (on a Saturday!) And they came out to our house the same day! We just had a new sink installed and needed it hooked back up.
