I had Summers Plumbing come out and quote me to install a whole house automatic water shutoff valve, adding a few hose bibs to the exterior of my hosue, add interior valves to all my exterior hose bibs, and do some work on my natural gas line.Chris had the quote delivered the same week of the site visit, and one of their crews was there to get started about a week later. From the front office to the boots on the ground the team was professional, timely, and did great work!

All the Summers staff went out of their way to assist me when I was caught in a bind. Logan and Cody came out at the end of their scheduled day to install a gas range that I, sadly, purchased at Lowes and their install guys said they couldnt disconnect the old stove so I needed an install as soon as it could happen. Summers was great. Most importantly when they did the install the guys found that their was a defect (visible freaking crack in the stove casing that showed on a photo Logan got for me) in the stove and a gas leak! Not sure the other guys would have noticed and that would have been disastrous.Thanks Cody and Logan and Katelyn and Cammie!Yall know thats why I do business with you and will continue to do so.

From the time Cami picked up the phone in their office to when Chris and Jimmy pulled out of my driveway at the end of service, my experience with Summers Plumbing was top notch. Not only were they transparent regarding pricing of a septic tank pump and plumbing diagnostic from start to finish, including any potential issues, but they included me in their process and informed me of what they were doing every step of the way— even bringing me outside to show me what was going on and then answering my many questions with patience. Because Summers offers both plumbing and septic services, they were able to move seamlessly between jobs when it became clear there was more going on with my system than just needing a simple pump. They had all the resources they needed and were able to address everything in one trip, all with a smile on their face. In an industry where it can be hard to find someone you trust, I’m thankful to already know who I’ll be calling in a couple of years when it comes time to replace the entire system! I highly recommend Summers Plumbing for any plumbing or septic system needs!

I had called my plumbing company Ive used since 2009 3 weeks ago. NEVER so much as a text nor a call back from them.I was very pleased with the service I received and was comfortable with them in my home because my granddaughter was here. While trying to be a “do-it-yourself” plumber, I attempted to replace my shower cartridge to fix my leaky faucet. Unfortunately during the attempt, I broke the line to the spigot. I was panicked as I rent. What should have been an easy and cheap fix turned into a disaster!I turned off the water to the house and started calling real plumbers. Plumber after plumber told me it would be about two weeks before they could fix my error. I was devastated. I couldn’t go without water for two weeks. Finally, I called Summers Plumbing. They sent Mr. Phillips over so fast that I think he broke the sound barrier. Mr. Phillips was friendly, efficient, and kind. Throughout the repair job, he reassured me that all will be fine and he educated me every step of the way. He also told my landlord that plumbers make the same mistake due to it being an older model faucet and how it oxidized, and that I did everything right it just didn’t go as planned.This is the way service should be. I’ve been sharing Summers Plumbing information with my colleagues and highly recommend you ask for Mr. Phillips as your plumber.Also, Cami at the front office was kind and a big help calming my fears and working with me to get service the same day.Thank you, Summers Plumbing. 🪠

We had issues with our toilet prior to leaving for vacation! Although they were unable to come out same day, they still tried to fit us in, and when they couldn’t, they asked me to send in videos so their technician could review and give us piece of mind of what to do while we were away. They came out first thing when we got back and resolved the issue within an hour! What we thought would be a fortune to repair, was actually quick and affordable. We even asked about other small things around the house like leaking faucets, and they were willing to assist same day! But told us we would be better off replacing knobs instead of repairing them. Did not feel like they were nickle & diming us at all! Extremely professional and so nice! Will always use Summers Plumbing from now on!

Extremely impressed! Sam came out to fix a clog in my toilet (after hours) and he was very knowledgeable and quickly resolved the problem. Sam was very courteous and professional while kindly explaining to me the problem and how he was resolving it. He was also very clean!! I noticed he continued to make sure he wasn’t making a mess in my bathroom, which I was actually expecting him to do, but was pleasantly surprised that he kept cleaning up behind his work. I got involved with Summers Plumbing during the summer of 2023 after my Plumbing service of 20 years really dropped the ball on me in regards some thing pretty important. They have been out to my home on a couple occasions already. One of those service calls involved my CO alarm going off to my propane water heater. The owner was on vacation and saw my service request that came through the after hours answering service and called me to discuss this with me and how important it was for me not to let this go and have them come out and check my water heater. I am in my 60s I have done business with many different service companies through my lifetime. I have been let down and disappointed by so many of these companies that I’ve done business with in the past that it takes a lot to impress me and I just cannot even begin to articulate how impressed I am with this company!!!!! I will never trust my home and my personal safety, especially with gas, propane appliances to anybody other than them.
