Kyle and Cole were very professional, courteous and efficient. They quickly identified our problem. Everything they needed was on their truck and within a few minutes our problem was repaired. I highly recommend All American Plumbing. The guys that came out to my house, Devin and Cole, were excellent. They showed up on time, they were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained to me the things that they were doing, and showed me where the problems were. They had everything they needed for the repair, and got it fixed quickly, with no mess left behind. If I ever need a plumber again, I will only use All American Plumbing.

Dude, these guys are the best. Shannon and Kyle came out to my house and installed equipment in under a half hour. Also, they were super nice and personable.Felt comfortable having them out at my house. They once installed a clear out on my main line to the sewer and rooted it out in under 30 minutes. I am cheap and shop around and these guys are the best price. Stop shopping around and just know you are getting a great deal and use these guys today. Billed price was 60% cheaper than other guys in the area

Outstanding service! When I called, the lady in the office worked me in on last minute notice. Came out looked at my problem and had it fixed within 2 hours. He had everything he needed on his truck and was professional from start to job was completed. The best part; the bill was cheaper than I was quoted. Absolutely highly recommended!!

Amazing! Would highly recommend this company. Misty is so friendly and helpful, was able to give me a quote and work me in right away to have new gas hot water heater installed. They had to do a lot of extra work to bring up to code, but were gracious, worked quickly to resolve all issues, and explained everything that was done. If I could give 10 stars I would. Shannon and his team were prompt, professional, thorough, and honest. We were faced with a significant sewer line repair right after bringing home our newborn son. All American Plumbing was able to come out quickly to provide an estimate and helped me understand how the plumbing was run on our property. They spent time making sure to check both of our sewer lines and to make sure that they answered all of my questions. They were able to schedule the work quickly during the holidays and complete it swiftly with very little disruption to our family. We met with multiple plumbing companies for estimates and All American was the standout. We are extremely pleased with our experience and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in the Athens area.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. We called our usual plumber, but it would have taken him quite some time to fit us in. He recommended All American. They were able to fit us in the very next morning. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff to the technicians were very nice and professional. The technicians arrived masked up and did a great job for an unbelievably fair price (WAY cheaper than Athens Plumbing charged us for the same job about 5 years ago).

A persistent leak under my sink was a mystery to me. Mason and Devin patiently looked until finding 2 pinpoint holes in the dishwasher hose, purchased the hose they needed, and were back at my house quickly to get it fixed. They left everything in good shape and even tolerated my tail-wagging but barking hound dog with humor. Very nice guys and good at what they do. Thanks for getting out here so quickly.

All American Plumbing has helped me so many times. I’ve used them 5 times in the past 12 years and I have always received outstanding service at a fair price.Last week DJ switched out a bathtub drain and a kitchen sink sprayer. He also tightened a couple of loose faucets.Today, Doug and Devon helped me identify water leaks after the water company determined my usage spiked.They repaired two leaky toilets and found a hose we didn’t turn all the way off. These guys were very thorough and were covering all bases to determine source of water leak.I can’t recommend All American Plumbing high enough. If you are looking for honest, fair plumbers these are your guys.

They installed a new water heater for us on a Friday. The wire nut on the heater melted so the new unit shut off and we didnt know why. It was around 10pm at night before we noticed the water wasnt getting warm. They came over right after we left a voicemail, late on a Friday night, to diagnose and fix the problem. Very impressed with how they addressed that problem!

I had a serious clog affecting the whole house, but the first plumber I called had me waiting hours on end just to call back and say IF he could give me emergency service. So I gave up and called All American and they sent people right away. Devin, Masen and Cody walked right in and got down to business. Quick, professional, even enthusiastic about helping me. They educated me about why I had the problem and how to prevent it, and were just all-around cool guys. In and out in no time, problem solved. Now I know who to call.

They had to disassemble the door frame for the craw space, then slightly dig out an area to fit the new 50 gallon tank. They cleaned up before leaving. Job cost $1689. We got a fair price with excellent turnaround and service.

Im writing this review after one interaction with the company at their place of business, and a second at my home.I went into the store recently, described the problem, and showed the gentleman at his desk on the left side of the store some pictures of my specific hardware. Instead of trying to sell me parts I didnt need, or insist on doing the work himself, he sold me $5 worth of parts, and gave me some tips on how to do it myself.Unfortunately, I was unable to perform the repair, but not because of anything on his end. This job requires you to muscle up on something that Im worried Ill break, so I decided to let the professionals handle it. I called them back, explained what happened, and they gave me a 2-hour window that works with my schedule to come fix it.They showed up when they said they would, knocked out the repair in less than an hour, and charged me the minimum cost of a service call.Im tough on contractors, but these guys? Highly recommend.
