Great company, and their employees are also very kind. My condo had running toilets, and they helped me submit an adjustment to the city to lower my water bill, and replaced my toilets. They also came to my other house and fixed our 2 leaky toilets. What sticks out to me, is how friendly their employees are. It made a lasting impression, and appreciate them very much! I cant wait to utilize Carson Plumbing again :)

My neighbor recommended Carson Plumbing to me. I remodeled my bathroom moving everything around to different locations as well as adding a half bath off the hallway. I hired Carson to do the plumbing and they worked with my schedule to get everything done from the rough-in to putting it all together. It required multiple trips to the house but each time scheduling was easy and the crew was top notch. They were a bit pricier than others but it was worth it in the end. Will hire again for future needs.

We had a kitchen remodel and needed other plumbing repairs and installations that included a gas line and hot water tank installation. Carson performed all services in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. The charges seemed reasonable for the work performed. This was all a very pleasant surprise based on the general level of service you see nowadays; we almost never write reviews, but Carson was just terrific. We want to give out a big Thank-You to David, Ryan, Holly. and Tina for the excellent service.

Besides having a great crew an honest owner , an amazing work ethic, they are also fair. If you think they’re expensive you haven’t seen enough. Took a long time to understand this concept and they are really a bargain when there are so many fly by night businesses to be avoided. Not just plumbing of course.

Ive had Bo, Dwayne, and Don at my house on two separate occasions. My basement toilet wouldnt flush correctly, my sump pump wouldnt turn on, and my shower valve was leaking. They got all of my toilets flushing properly and my new sump pump is really quiet and actually works. No more smell! Justin and Holly in the office listened and got the job done. Thanks for doing a 100% job.

Carson plumbing was pretty hard to get scheduled. They are extremely busy, and now I know why! The do a top notch job! I mean wow! They went way above and beyond to solve a gas pipe problem that I had that looked like it was going to cost thousands of dollars get done. But they used their resources and came up with a plan that saved me a ton of money! I really appreciate the care for the customer that they have! Excellent business model imho!

Im dropping a recommendation for Carson Plumbing Inc after their stellar service for a same day water heater replacement this morning (July 10, 2023). Called at 8a and by 1p we have a brand new water heater. Weve used them regularly for our plumbing but never had a same day emergency. What a professional operation!

Weve had a ton of plumbing issues with our rental property since day 1 of moving in. Our washing machine drain always backed up due to old rusted pipes, and Carson was always excellent about fixing it in a prompt and effective manor. Tim, Charlie, and Michael have all been more than happy to fix our issues with a great attitude, and always explained what they were doing to make sure we understood what and why they did things. I would highly recommend Carson to anyone in need of plumbing services in the Athens area.

I am very impressed with Carson plumbing. They want to fix the problem, not tear your house apart. They are honest, easy to understand, and great to work with. When calling them to make an appointment, they have always understood exactly what is wrong and been able to give me an accurate estimate. Great service. They came out the next day, & didnt charge an emergency fee. We thought we needed a new toilet and a possible snake through the line. They were completely honest about what needed to be done. and the bill was under $300. The 2 men were very knowledgeable, skilled, social, and efficient!! In spite of the phone lady being short and rude, I still gave this company 5 stars because of all the other employees being so great!Justin Davidson was the BEST in helping me decide about changing from a tankless hot water heater (i have hated since 2009 and what caused major water damage to my home) to tank hot water heater. He was very patient, caring and knowledgeable about the pros and cons of both.Because of water damage, it took 3 different calls to my home and their workers were professional, on time and explained everything. David was my favorite plumber. I like the way they always send a plumber and an assistant to make the job go faster since they bill by the hour.
