Justin and Cody at Precision Plumbing were awesome to work with. Though our bathtub drain issue was minor, they identified the exact issue quickly and fixed it same day and helped us get up and running in our new home. They were timely and fairly priced. I hope I dont have to call a plumber again, but if an issue ever arises, Ill certainly call them. I keep their business card on my fridge, and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

These guys are great. I always call them first, when I contact them they respond immediately and always show up ASAP, or are otherwise very honest and realistic about when they can show up. quality work, complete the job quickly and usually have most of the supplies needed with them in their mobile unit. Precision Plumbing came to my business to address a chronic plumbing issue that many others had tried and failed to repair. They chose a more challenging approach from the get go and addressed the problem at a deeper level, working on pipes in our ceiling, above their heads! It didnt look easy but they were in good spirits and took extra time to thoroughly explain the work they had done to me. I felt more knowledgeable and confident about our plumbing when they left. Thankfully my issue today wasnt catastrophic, but I was really impressed by their prompt response to my call, and how quickly and competently they handled the situation. If you need plumbing help, CALL PRECISION PLUMBING!These young, professional, courteous men showed up fast, on a Sunday night, after 10pm! They quickly diagnosed and fixed my hot water tank. It was a gas leak, and it had triggered a safety featured to shut off the tank. They fixed the gas leak, and even took a minute to look around and fix yet another problem going on with the drainage for my AC : it was disconnected and my basement floor was very wet. I am so happy and grateful to these young men. They are very skilled and the customer service was spectacular. I am handicapped, and cannot go down my basement stairs. This could have been a deadly situation. I will sleep well tonight.

Ive had Precision Plumbing out to my house twice now and they are fantastic. The first time was a month or so ago when I tried to replace my toilet and accidentally broke off the water supply pipe before the shut off valve. Not fun! It was a Sunday and they were at my house within a couple hours. They fixed the water supply pipe, attached a new shutoff valve AND installed my new toilet. For an emergency visit it was affordable and worth every penny.Today they came out because I suspected that my water pressure regulator wasnt working properly. We scheduled for today and they arrived promptly and got to work. Now I have a brand new pressure regulator and water shut off valve because they noticed my old valve was tricky to use. Thank you so much Precision Plumbing! Hope you dont mind being my go-to plumbers from now on!

Our hot water heater died unexpectedly. Initially I contacted another local plumber, twice, leaving two messages, but never heard back. I contacted Precision on a Saturday morning and spoke to a person immediately. They had us in hot water again -- in the good sense! -- very fast and with a nice new tankless system. They were up front about the pricing, did a high quality job, were pleasant to interact with, and left a clean workspace. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing!

Had an outside leak after hours. The first 24 hour plumber I called had an answering machine and said they would call right back. They did not. A half hour later I called Precision and Justin answered immediately. We live 30 minutes outside Athens. He said he and his helper would be there soon. They were and solved the problem in 45 minutes in extreme heat. They were friendly, professional and very competent. Highly recommend them!

We hired Justin to excavate and replace a leaking water supply main line in our front yard, the product of an earlier, poorly-done repair by the previous homeowner. It was an emergency situation, and he was responsive, organized, and highly professional in his work. He was willing to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, to suggest a couple of different options, and had absolutely no issues with me looking over his shoulder a little or asking questions.He also managed a somewhat ridiculous situation related to our city water meter hookup and the city engineers office with tact and professionalism, something he did not receive in return from them. And in the end, the bill was extremely reasonable. In Athens, there are a number of bigger plumbing operations that weve found to be hit or miss on attention to detail and responsiveness, but wed hire Justin again without hesitation for anything my wife or I couldnt do ourselves

We called a plumber we had used previously, but two days and several hundred dollars later it still wasnt cleared, so we called Precision Plumbing. They came out that afternoon and cleared the blockage. They were friendly and professional. From now on, they will be the first call we make when we need a plumber.
