I am a realtor and Athens Plumbing is my go-to for the best service and quick turn around. Antonio was my most recent serviceman. He was out at the property early and still working on a quote late that night. He was not only great in helping us to fully understand the issue, but communicated timely through the day and made sure we had all of the information we needed. I feel confident about thier work and they are a pleasure to deal with.

We had to call on a Sunday—Labor Day weekend-evening for help with our washing machine plumbing in our new home. They came quickly and repaired quickly. Best experience with a plumbing company ever! They fixed my problem (under ground leak) in ONE day as promised!! My job was not small at all. They had to put in a completely new piping system (still in one day) they dug a new line from the meter to the house and the guys were so nice! Best customer service and representation of their company! Thanks so much you guys!! I won’t have a $2700 water bill again!! I will definitely recommend this company!!

Had issues with our well on a weekend. APWS responded promptly, arrived prepared & on time, located the problem quickly (wire short), & finished the repair - all for far below the other estimate I received. Would call again.

I called and they were able to come out the next day. I was told all the things that I might have to have done. So I was a ware of the possibility of a high bill. They arrived at 10 am and left at 4:30. They did excellent work. Going out of my driveway they backed over my gate. I called about it and they came out and fixed it really nice. My septic tank had not been pumped out in over 37 years. It was packed full. I will be calling them again for any future problems with my septic tank.

We use Athens Plumbing for our commercial properties. They are very responsive every time! I cannot recommend this company enough. The quality of their work is unmatched. When I call I usually speak with Libby. This Lady makes things happen! She is always a delight to work with. She makes excellent recommendations, schedules us quickly, and follows up to make sure the job was done to our expectations. Also Athens Plumbing Is locally owned and operated which is always a plus. Keep up the good work team!

Mr. Larry and Mason came out earlier the morning of the job and knocked it out of the park. We went 5 days no water, our well pump went out on us due to nasty cold weather. I don’t usually write reviews- but I had to today just because Chris & Jeff from Athens Plumbing were fantastic!They arrived early, were very professional, polite and did a great job. We had a kinked gas pipe under the house and also needed our new gas fire place connected. They fixed everything and we can now enjoy cozy nights around the fireplace. Ps They also cleaned up the area they worked in and after having to remove the wall panel (to get into the gas pipe), put it all back together as good as new.Thanks so much Chris & Jeff! We are very happy with your service 👍🏼

Other companies felt like they were just adding up more and more costs out of nowhere and gouging. APWS was who we chose to pump our septic tank and assess the drain field. The cost was great compared to other companies I had spoken to and the service was worlds better. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful and nice. Larry came and pumped the tank and was honest about what needed to happen and charged a fair price. Took us a while to find a company with such good service but we will definitely be using them again.

The team at Athens plumbing, from the first conversation on the phone to the visit this Saturday morning to perform an adjustment to the water pressure was exceptional. When we called without water from our well and 15 horses needing to drink they were out here within the hour. The service was extremely professional and they stayed very late to make sure everything was running! Could not ask for anything better! Many thanks to the Bennett family and their great staff! I called with an emergency where I had water spraying out of a pipe into the floor. They were here in under 45 minutes without appointment. Issue was resolved (replaced joint section) in a half hour of their arrival. This is the second time Ive used them and both times have been great. I live on well water so things can get a little complicated. Thanks Athens Plumbing!
