Blueprint was able to get to my house today, after four other local plumbing companies said they couldnt come for a week, unless I wanted to pay emergency pricing. Cole came on time, listened to me describe what was happening and where (apparent main line clog). He got right to work, diagnosing the problem by turning on water in different locations to identify the likely location of the blockage. He explained our options, gave us upfront pricing and once we agreed, went immediately to work. The issue was handled quickly and he was friendly and professional. He advised what to look out for, in case the issue returned, and explained that at some point soon we might want to remove the old iron drain pipe and have it replaced with modern piping and a cleanout, He even told us about what that would cost. This was the best experience Ive had with a plumber since moving to Athens in 2009. Highly recommend.

They came up with an outstanding solution that no one else had considered, and had everything done in a few hours. Outstanding, professional, problem solving-oriented, reasonably priced, and very very capable.
