Had an unusual & complex septic issue that was challenging to diagnose & resolve. Kelsey Davis & team were superb in technical & communication skills, acting as communication lead w/county & recommending other needed contractors. I would not have gotten through this complex problem without Kelsey as project lead. I’ve used Advanced for 10 years, but I can’t fully express how grateful I am & how much respect I have for Kelsey after this recent challenge. Previously they did smaller jobs like toilet replacement & service was just as excellent, but I highly recommend for larger projects as well.

Called over the weekend and Colin spoke with me for over an hour trouble shooting all the issues we were running into and built a case for us that could be used when someone visited during the week to save time (and money for us). Jacob visited us on Wednesday on time with all the information he needed and got right to work. He resolved the issue and and even educated me on our septic system all within an hour. I even got to bounce some other small plumbing questions off of him while he was there which he helped with. Really could not have had a better experience with everyone that works here. We will be a lifetime customer without question!

These plumbers are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and dang good at their work! We had extensive central plumbing outflow work done at the beginning of the pandemic. They did all the work while masked and did everything possible to move quickly and complete the project perfectly. We so appreciated their friendly way with each other, too. Was a pleasant experience all around. Highly recommend!

My experience was great. I had a water heater issue and a leaking toilet. Kelsey and Collin were able to come over within a few hours of calling. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They had the water heater running in less than 30 minutes and the toilets wax seal replaced and the leak fixed in less than 15 minutes. They also answered all of my questions and seemed more than happy to look at a few other plumbing issues in my 35-year-old house (two sinks and a leaking hose spigot).

Day before Thanksgiving and we noticed water in the front yard with guests coming in. The technician (Colin) was punctual and professional. Left the yard looking great and repaired the busted pipe in a timely manner. Fair price also. Advanced will be our go-to the next time a plumbing issue comes up.

I have never met a another plumbing company that says its a 24 hour service and mean it! They are the best around and will stay on the job until all your needs are met! Great prices! If you ever need just normal plumbing work or its an emergency your defiantly gonna want to have there number on speed dial!

They did an excellent job pumping our septic tank. They have the small truck so were able to get much closer to the tank and do the job much quicker. With the larger truck most companies use they are limited where they can go due to both size and weight of the truck. All equipment was clean and well maintained and the two young men doing the job could not have been more professional and courteous. After they left there was no indication they had been there - walkway gravel replaced and groomed. Definitely recommend.

We’ve used Advanced multiple times in five years—home with 1980s plumbing and they always deliver excellent service, transparently price their expenses on projects, and give great advice when you’re unsure of what the problem is ‘exactly’. Theyve helped us out with real emergencies digging out piping in cold rainy conditions, providing courteous and friendly service.

Highly recommend Kelsey and Advanced Plumbing! We had another plumber out who had told us nothing could be done to improve/replace the shower head in our 1930s master bathroom without a major wall-ripping remodel, and Kelsey took barely 30 minutes to install a new shower head on a slide bar to also give us more height. Experience in the field makes a huge difference! He also quickly repaired two leaking faucets (also old fixtures) and was familiar with the name/make of the 1960s kitchen sink and faucet, explained the holes in the tile above the newer toilets, and knew the history behind everything else in the un-remodeled bathrooms.
