Excellent company. Great service.Called them because we had a leaking water pressure valve. We werent sure they would be able to easily find a replacement part due to the age of house and old plumbing system. They worked with me on the phone to get the Manufacturer and Model number. They reassured me it would not be a problem and not to worry. They came out and replaced the part right away. Their employee was courteous and efficient. He brought everything he needed so there was no down time. He explained what he was doing and why as he worked. He patiently answered all my questions. The cost was below what two other companies had estimated. Would highly recommend them.

Ive been using USA Plumbing for several years at my residence and at a multi-unit rental property that I manage. Joe always responds promptly. Hes good at explaining the problem at hand, giving me repair options, as well as advice on how to prevent future problems. Ive been very happy with the service received. Response time is excellent. Quality of repair is excellent and cost is quite reasonable.

So far so good. We had our whole house replumbed. I liked that the quote included details by room. Joe forewarned us that many holes would be made in the drywall to reach covered pipes. All the work was completed within a day, which minimized disruption since we work from home lately. Now we just need to make our house not so holy. :)

USA was referred to me by a friend i called without doing any further follow up. I was a little concerned, that I had not researched the company but it was a great experience. The plumber showed up on time was fast efficient and when he left if not for the cut drywall to reach the pipe you would not have known he was there. I can now highly recommend USA Plumbing myself

Upstanding professional company. Jose came to our home on a short notice repair. On time, respectful, and thorough. He went the extra length to explain how the issue happened and what to look for in the future to help prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

They responded to an emergency call within an hour and sent a very courteous, knowledgeable repair person out for my leak and flooding problem.Bruce worked quickly and efficiently and the bill was reasonable for the amount of work done. I would definitely call them again.

Maybe 4.5* in that they arent very responsive to emails but they communicated with the other company and completed the job. They also came back when we smelled gas, which turned out to be an old valve not shoddy workmanship on their part (we paid separately to fix that but no more leak).

I needed a water heater replaced and they were prompt and had great customer service. I called yesterday at about 5pm and by 1pm today it is installed and completely good to go. They are very upfront and the type of company you want to work with because you know they are looking to do quality work at a fair price. During the install I was asking questions about general plumbing and he was more than happy to answer and how they could assist or what to look for. That type of service is what you want when dealing with these stressful issues. Thank you for everything and I will be using you again!

USA Plumbing has been my plumber for almost 19 years. Joe Martinez, the owner, did the original work when I built my house and has been always on hand when I needed help. He is the best!Today, Joe sent Jason to install a new ejector pump - the original finally died. Jason was polite, professional, courteous and quick and tested the new pump and did a good job cleaning up afterwards.I highly recommend USA Plumbing - and the pricing is fair as well!
