We hired Francisco and his team to remodel two bathrooms for us. Francisco and his team were fantastic and easy to work with. Their attention to detail shows how much they care for each project they work on. Francisco always responded to my texts in a timely manner. Ive used Hernandez Tile at my property as well as my rental property. He has always been very responsive and reasonable with his prices. He does great work and pays attention to detail. In the attached photos, he did 3 bathrooms and the kitchen flooring. Another contractor had originally done the kitchen floor however did a very bad job and Hernandez Tile was able to redo it. Not only was able to redo it but he was able to redo in a small time window since the new renter was scheduled to move in within a week. I would highly recommend him.

Hernandez Tile took 6 days to repair a failed shower renovation done by a previous contractor who had not completed the job in over 3 months! The difference between the two was night and day.We plan to have our 2nd bath renovated early next year and will most definitely use Francisco again. He and his workers are the best!

Hernandez Tile is amazing. They deserve 10 stars. This company does beautiful work. They are professional, timely, courteous, respectful and has great communication. This company fully exemplifies the statement customer first. They did 2 bathroom renovations and I have no complaints. They constantly communicated with me to ask my opinion to make sure I was happy with the work as it progressed. They arrive on time, they set up, they fully protect your carpets and other goods the whole time they are working. When they complete their work, they fully clean up - wiping down and vacuuming. The renovations are unbelievable. Their work is beautiful and meticulous. They are the best kept renovation secret. I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work. Any review I write would not fully exemplify the accolades they deserve.

Amazing experience! Our bathroom had not been renovated for over 40 years and now we have a beautiful bathroom.Mr. Hernandez and his team took great care of my home while they worked. I was supported from the first day they came for the estimate to the last day with the final details of the project. During the renovation the sub floor and floor joist had to be replaced as well and I got a fair price for the additional work and supplies.I was able to purchase items on my own for the project but Mr. Hernandez supported with items that I was unsure about or unable to get to my home.I highly recommend his business.

Mr. Hernandez came the dame day I called and gave me quote. He assisted with our tile choices, and was very flexible when we delayed to obtain a different tile. I called Hernandez Tile after getting an outrageous quote from other contractors to remove a bathtub and tile and replace with a walk in shower. Fransisco was wonderful to deal with from the first call. Soon after he came to see the job and discuss my options.. He said it would be ok for me to pick my own tile and fixtures and told me just what Id need and also some places to look. His price was very reasonable and his start date was only a few weeks later. He had a contract for me to sign and hes licensed for MHIC and plumbing. Fransisco and his small crew were nothing short of perfect. From the way they protected my floors from the front door all the way upstairs to the shower, to their friendliness, theyre attention to all of the smallest details, to answering all my questions about the process, to asking me questions to make sure they did everything to my satisfaction, to cleaning up everyday before they left. They also picked up the supplies I had ordered.End result is the most gorgeous shower I could ask for. Its totally functional and no leaks. They are truly a talented team. I even added a few extra things (replace toilet, paint and replace light fixture) to have done after they began the job and Fransisco was happy to oblige.I highly recommend Hernandez Tile.

Our experience with Herdandez Tile was positive from start to finish. The work began on time, ended when expected, and was of a very high quality. Francisco kept in touch with us throughout the project and was always available to answer questions. He was happy to pick up supplies from different vendors as well. Francisco and his team were easy to do business with, friendly and helpful. The finished bathroom looks AWESOME!! We highly recommend them and will be referring them to our friends and family! Hernandez tile was competitively priced and was extremely flexible. They quoted us and started work shortly after I agreed to the work. My wife and I changed some items in the middle of the work and the team adjusted to incorporate the changes. This team was very easy to work with and did a beautiful job on 2 remodeled bathrooms and other tile work throughout the house. I highly recommend this company and hope to use them again in the future.

I decided to call Hernandez Tile for an estimate. I hadnt used them before so I had no idea what to expect. I spoke to Francisco and was surprised when he said he would stop by that very day after work for an estimate. I received the estimate that evening. Impressive, right? I agreed to move forward with the work. The end result, I could not be happier. His tile work is exceptionally high quality and he is a pleasure to deal with in every regard. Francisco is a pro. Highly recommended.

Francisco and his work crew did an outstanding job on my bathroom remodel. They gutted everything down to the studs and renovated the whole bathroom, to include replacing portions of my subfloor that rotted out and redoing the plumbing (Franciscos a licensed plumber as well). He even did the trim in my sons room as an add on request. An extra bonus was his price point which was vastly better than other bathroom remodelers and general contractors I talked to about getting a bathroom remodel. I will definitely be using him for follow on projects.

I highly recommend Hernandez Tile! Francisco was so wonderful to work with! Id been working on renovating a townhouse for sale and much of the upstairs had squeaky floors. Id already hired a general contractor to take care of a lot of stuff I wanted fixed from an inspection Id had done first. Although the general contractors people managed to fix the squeaky floors in the bedrooms, they were unable to fix them in the master bath--both inside the bathroom and just on the other side of the threshold. In fact, the general contractor even tried to tell me that there might not be any joists under the floor there, otherwise they should have been able to fix the squeaks with the nails they were using. So, on a Thursday night at midnight, I decided to Google around for a flooring SPECIALIST who might know what to do without removing a bunch of subfloor (as suggested by the general contractor). Long story short, I came upon Hernandez Tile and saw the beautiful work Francisco and his crew had done, and I thought maybe Id just go ahead and renovate the ENTIRE bathroom and hopefully the squeaky floor, too, at the same time. Therefore, at midnight that night, I wrote Francisco an email asking him to give me an estimate for my bathroom. I tentatively asked, Do you do small jobs?When I woke up the next morning, Francisco had already emailed me back and offered to stop by that very day to take a look. I was so impressed with him, too, because he immediately said he could fix the squeaks in and around the bathroom and no, he DID NOT have to remove any subfloor!!! He gave me a very fair estimate for the bathroom, which I accepted, and he was ready to meet me and my daughter at Lowes the very next morning to help us pick out all of the materials he would need. I really liked that he did that, too, because we picked out all kinds of stuff together and he was so very patient. I really appreciated that a lot! Even when he had to go to his next appointment after being with us for an hour and a half, he was still kind and patient and didnt hurry me at all. Francisco is very kind, patient, fair, honest, and very, very good at what he does (along with his crew). I actually had more work done than I had originally intended, too, because he was so great.All in all, he completely renovated 1 1/2 bathrooms and also retiled the kitchen and entryway for me. I wish I had more projects for him to do, too. He said he could install carpeting for me, too, but unfortunately, Id already hired someone for that. I think Francisco should actually become a general contractor because Id hire him in a minute to take care of everything in a house to be renovated. Hes that good and trustworthy. And another thing, Francisco could tell that Id been frustrated by the previous guy Id hired and so he was very compassionate. Hed say, Ill do anything I can to help you. And it was true, he was always willing to go the extra mile! Trust me, hire Francisco!!! (Oh, by the way, I guess I forgot to mention that he started my jobs right away, and his crew worked soooo hard and tirelessly.)I hope I have the opportunity to work with Hernandez Tile again in the future!!!

Hired this company to tile my kitchen backstops. Responded quickly, gave me a very fair price, and showed up on the scheduled installation date on time and ready to go. Covered my floors and counters and were very respectful of my hardwood floors when entering and exiting my home with their equipment. Had my job completed in less than 6 hours when I thought it would take much longer. Francisco and his dad never took a break and they worked very hard to get the job done. Honestly, I could not be happier with their work as my project turned out beautiful! I highly recommend this company!

Francisco is an expert in his craft. He was able to make my bathroom just as I envisioned in my mind. His prices were affordable and didn’t charge me extra for minor changes that might of not been listed on the estimate. He is a fair guy and works with attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the work completed by Hernandez Tile.They completed multiple projects for us:- kitchen backsplash- bar backsplash- bay window seat tile- bathroom remodel: removed & moved plumbing, demo shower (converted to walk-in pantry), replace sink & toilet, drywall, replace subfloor, tile floor, paint walls-laundry room: moved plumbing, install utility sink, 3/4 tile wall (4ft high), tile countertop, replace subfloor, tile floor, paint-pantry: drywall, paint, install pocket door-utility sink in garage: ran plumbing, installed sink & pumpI appreciate that any concerns/issues were corrected to 100% satisfaction. Always offers good advice on different options. FAST at tiling. Hardworking, kind, and trustworthy. I recommend them to all my friends and work colleagues. Fabulous family business! Francisco is very skilled, creative, friendly, professional, patient, reliable, hardworking, honest and efficient. He accompanied me during my tile selection to make sure the proper materials were purchased. He picked up all materials including my heavy glass shower door. He was always immediately responsive to phone calls and texts. He arrived when he said he would throughout the project. Francisco and his team gutted our current master shower and replaced the subfloor which had major damage due to a slow leak. He was always proactive, collaborative and positive about making adjustments to make me happy along the way. He extended a wall in the bathroom to expand the shower area. He also had to reinforce beams, replace insulation and repair a large area of drywall in the garage ceiling below the bathroom. From start to finish the entire project look approx 2 weeks. He and his team were very neat and cleaned up at the end of each day so that we could continue to function comfortably.The price was very affordable. No hidden fees. I was given an itemized invoice and all receipts. We love our new luxury shower. My teenage son now wants his shower renovated and we will surely have Francisco Hernandez come back for that project. Francisco also replaced a broken kitchen faucet during the shower project.Don’t look any further for a honest, reliable and affordable company to remodel your bathroom!
