They did a remarkable job with a Trane dual fuel heat pump installation in Annapolis, MD. Very clean and professional work. System performs flawlessly. You can tell they take pride in doing great work. Derick the salesman was everything you could ask for in a sales rep - humble, good listener, not overselling, just overall a great experience from start to finish.UPDATE: They recently completed another full installation for my cousin in Potomac, MD. As a commercial HVAC/controls engineer, I know about the importance of top-notch work when it comes to installation, from longevity and reliability standpoints. These guys nail every aspect of it. They installed all equipment strictly by the books. Very impressed by the workmanship and clear attention to detail with their installation crew and process. All of their employees were so friendly and cordial throughout the process. Not every company knows how to both commission and configure equipment once installed, but these folks do, and they do so very well. They flow nitrogen while brazing (very important, not everyone does), configure all furnace airflow/gas pressure settings to your homes needs, perform load calculations when warranted, and the list goes on.You will not be displeased with their services! The quality speaks for itself. Finding this company has been like finding a gold mine honestly. Hard to come by these days. So glad they service a wide area in MD.

Vince was great! He reviewed everything that needed to get done, explained it in layman’s terms to me and got most of everything repaired in one hour. I really thought that my plumbing repairs were going to be complicated. Not So! I’m so glad I called Staton.I called Staton again this time for my washer & dryer hook ups. We had an issue with a broker sewage pump in the basement on a Saturday morning. Called Staton and my technician, Joe Fanning was here in less than 30 minutes. We were extremely happy with Joe’s professionalism and can do work ethic. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained all our options. Now things are working well and the bad smell is starting to dissipate. We wholeheartedly recommend Staton for all plumbing issues.

I had a new HVAC installed by Staton about 2 weeks ago. I was impressed by them throughout the whole process. The initial assessment was explained clearly to me. They worked with my schedule throughout. They also made sure everything was working properly before they declared completion. Had they not done so, they would not have found out the new unit was defective under the normal operation and they replaced it again right away. With all unexpected events, everything was completed professionally and in a reasonable time frame.

Frank was asked to modify some pipe configurations to accommodate a new electronic shower system. Frank was efficient in getting the old system removed and installing the new system. Staton had great reviews. The technician Tony Rich and his team did an excellent job installing the unit. They were professional and took the time to explain how the thermostat works with my new unit and their price was lower than the competitors. Derrick was also helpful in explaining the purchase of the best heating unit for my townhome. I am very pleased with my purchase. Absolutely terrific service. We recently purchased an aging cottage. JT gave us a complete evaluation and explanation of our plumbing and water system. Tony had previously come through with a snake camera and explained our full drain and septic system status. Aaron serviced our HVAC and taught us about nuances of the fancy thermostat. We got a listing of potential repairs/upgrades, very honest prioritization and listing of alternatives. We felt no pressure to do anything not absolutely needed. Strongly recommend Staton.

Kai and his partner, Lee, did an excellent job replacing our sump pump as well as an unnoticed corroded copper pipe. Had they not brought the worn out pipe to our attention we would have had a huge issue down the very short road as it was on its last legs. Look at that beautiful install. Now thats professional!!! You can just tell you got that badass plumber. I am a disabled vet with agoraphobia and ptsd. Meaning I have periods of being a recluse and can neglect things. My sump pump had died and the recent storm had flooded my basement (why its so dirty). Desperate for a plumber, and trusting of no one, I rolled the dice on this company. Submitted a request online, got a text 5 minutes later. Got a call 5 min after that and Matt and his protege showed up about 20 min later. I havent been so impressed in so long. They replaced my sump pump before the next storm! They came back the next day and replaced my garage disposal and the leaky piping under my sink, and I mean look at it, so clean, even got the pipe at an angle so the gravity lets the water go down the drain *chefs kiss* bellissimio! Thank you Matt and his protege. Can I get these two guys every time please? Im going to enjoy this business relationship! Thanks again!!!!

After years of nursing my oil fueled boiler to health every winter, it was finally time to replace the system. Staton recommended and installed a gas fed Combi boiler. This freed up a ton of space in my basement and provided me with peace of mind regarding safety and reliability. Our installation team of Mike and Gabe worked magic with the myriad of pipes necessary to complete the conversion and left a professional installation and a clean workspace behind. I highly recommend their expertise and workmanship.

Had a visit from Aaron last Wednesday and he did an excellent job fixing my thermostat issue! Very prompt and knowledgeable! Only issue is he mentioned that the $100 service fee would he waved, and I still was charged for it. I figured it was an honest mistake, and I called to inquire about it, and I feel as if I’ve been given the runaround. I’ve called twice and been told someone from billing would be reaching out or that a supervisor would be reaching out to correct it and I still haven’t heard, nor have I been credited the $100 and again, it’s been over a week. Hoping to hear back soon and I’ll be calling again later today!

Any HVAC issues can be stressful but it’s extra stressful when it happens during the winter with 30 degree temperatures. Not to mention my HVAC system is 20+ years old. My heat suddenly went out on a Sunday. I called Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing because of their reviews. I’d had never heard of this company before and was a little worried I’d be paying a lot of money for an emergency call. The dispatch was very courteous & assured me they would send some in 45 mins. I was sent an email with a picture and name of the technician I should be expecting. Technician Aaron Simon arrived on time. His professionalism was remarkable.He tentatively listen to my concerns and quickly but proficiently diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly explained the problem, the solution and the cost to fix it. Even though my issue couldn’t be resolved the same day because a part needed to be ordered, Mr Simon reassured me he would make every effort to fix my problem as quickly as possible. He even offered to bring me some space heaters if it took more than 24- 48 hours to get the part. I was very impressed by the extent he and his company would take to make me feel like a valued customer. Monday morning I received a call from the scheduler and Ms Simon had my heat up and running by the afternoon. I am extremely pleased with the transparency and the level of service I received. I highly recommend Staton Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Thank you Mr. Aaron Simon for taking care of me and making me feel like a valued customer.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. we got a 2 zone mini split and everyone from the initial phone consult to the in person consult to the installation with about 4-5 guys was great! they were on time and let us know ahead when they would be here and when they were close and finished the job sooner than expected with clean up and all. They were all professional and courteous and friendly, even allowing my 2 year old to watch and play and assist without seeming annoyed at all! haha. they were great and I immediately feel the difference in our home. would definitely recommend!

Well it’s never good news to find out you need a new water heater it I’m happy to report that Mike Leedy at Statons did a superior job replacing it. He was professional, yet personable. He and his assistant were careful and kept the area clean and went the extra effort to leave it looking nicer than it had.A couple hours later Jesse came to find out why my air conditioner wasn’t cooling. He replace the capacitor and it was fixed and put in a new register that was easier to adjust. He also reflected the professional, personal attitude that I’ve come to expect from this company. They want their clients to be completely satisfied.

Once the furnace was working, he continued to try and find the cause of a non-working thermostat. Luke was professional, courteous, and friendly. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and spoke to me in clear terms that I could understand. I had called one other plumber before W.L. Staton and was given an appointment 3 days out. This was a flooding issue that needed prompt attention, so waiting was not an option. I feel very blessed that when I called Staton they were able to send someone out within the first hour. Luke worked tirelessly to track down the source of the leak and then immediately started working on a remedy to clear the blockage in my septic line.

First time using WL Staton services. What a pleasure to discover a company that provides old fashioned customer service. Called the office and actually was able to speak with a live person. I believe it was Stephanie who took my call. She was very professional and after hearing my issue and asking a few questions scheduled service for that afternoon. Followed up with a text and email confirmation. Received a call less than two hours later from Scott who gave me a better idea what time the plumber would arrive. Joe was the plumber who also called me confirming he was on the way. He showed up less than 3 hours after my initial call. Discussed the issue and he then spent a few minutes diagnosing and then explaining the repair. Repair was made in a timely manner and looks great. I am very satisfied with the plumbing services provided by Roland from W.L. Staton. I live in a condo and the issue involved the unit downstairs as well. Roland was very knowledgeable and we appreciated his willingness to communicate with myself (the client) as well as the couple downstairs who were affected by the issue. This was an all-day job that I believe other technicians would have asked for two days but Roland did everything in one day (and on a weekend). I can’t say enough good things about Keith Turner and his assistant Alan. We had a serious leak in our home’s original pipes, which were located under the slab. The solution was to replace the pipes in 2/3 of the house (one section already had new pipes). Keith and Alan worked hard without stopping for 3 days to get the job done. They worked well together, coming up with ways to work around obstacles. They were quiet when they were there (well, except for the saws and drills!), and left everything so neat that it was hard to tell they had even been there. After discussing with Matt and a multitude of questions including a plan of attack for the repairs AND improvement, I promptly signed a contract.Knowing the issues of a broken water pipe that was in an extremely difficult place (behind walls under stairs with little room to work), Matt and his co-worker werent phased a bit.They not only did they repair the break, Matt added new lines and relocated an outside faucet to a much more convenient location on the house with new ball valves replacing the 60 year old original valves.I am extremely pleased with the repairs and modifications.I highly recommend Matt, his co-worker, and W.L.Staton. They are now my plumbing and HVAC company.

Staton is my go to business for anything plumbing related as they have installed a gas line and two hot water heaters in my home since I moved to Annapolis in 2014.Roland Peer recently completed work at my home. He was pleasant and very informative discussing all options for the work that was to be completed. He also explained what he was doing thoroughly and checked the area he worked in repeatedly to make sure he had not missed anything during the installation process. After the job was started, there were some unexpected challenges found due to the age of the house. 50 years old. He was able to work around all the issues and was efficient on the job at hand. He also communicated to me all my options before deciding. Jacob has the skills,tools and knowledge you would want and kept a good attitude until it was complete.
