We struggled to find someone to who we felt was being truly honest with us when going down the rabbit hole of getting a water system for our new home. After getting a ridiculous quote from Culligan we decided to get a second opinion. Hague was honest from the start and gave us a series of options to choose from. Their nicest water system came in a whopping 2700 dollars below the other and on top of that I never felt pushed to buy the system. The install team and gentleman who gave us our estimate were as professional as they come. I will continue to use Hague in the future. You’ve won my business.

The only issue was that it took 3 weeks to get an appointment to fix the problem and I had to live with horrible water during that time.

The technician Kelsey was very courteous and professional. My system was switched from soda ash to sodium hydroxide. Ronnie was outstanding in providing service to my whole house filtration system. I bought the house without having a chance to talk to the previous owner. The tech Jason is very knowledgeable about the water system, who came yesterday to service it. We’ve been having iron in the water. He said that the timer on the system and the neutralizer was not in sync which may have been caused by power outage. So he reset the timer and said that the water should clear up from iron in a couple cycles. We hope it will. We purchased the system from your company almost a year ago. There have always been traces of iron in the water since the new system was installed but not to the extent we had lately. Frankly, I’m not so sure if the iron will ever be removed from the treated water. I hope I’m wrong.

I bought a Hague system about nine months ago and it works great. I have the softener tank that treats sulfur smell and removes iron with KDF85, and have the brine tank, and have the iron breaker 800 tank because my iron level is about 10 to 14. I think these Hague systems are excellent quality product that last. It’s amazing how well it purifiés the water. I expect it to last a long time. It might cost a little more than the competitor but it’s worth it. Before this system, I had a Hague tank that removed sulfur smell and also iron, and that tank was still working after 20 years.

Came in, tested the water, gave it to us straight, did not try to up-sell us to a unit that was unnecessary based on our family size and then came and installed it all shortly after the contract was signed. Only took a morning to get it all in and start the water flowing. Noticed an immediate difference. Now we have crystal clear, soft water that wont ruin our appliances or stain our clothes. They even installed a whole house water filter that we had purchased separately to accompany the softener. Overall great experience and reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend.

After 3 days it appeared the system was using excessive chemicals (more than 1/3 of the tank had been used) I called and a service tech was sent. He didnt see anything wrong and said it may have been due to the initial setup. He also was very professional and friendly. Our water is excellent! No odor and feels much softer than the hard water we had before. So far we are very satisfied but we have only had the system for less than two weeks. I will reserve my full review until we have had the system long enough to ensure it isnt using excessive chemicals and continues to work properly. The chemical tank requires 8 gallons of sodium hydroxide and 8 cups of bleach. I would expect a tank to last several months before having to fill it! The system was installed on 11/19/2024. I called HAGUE, for the first time, when I had an emergency issue (water spraying out of a connection) with my well pressure tank. I was greeted by a pleasant and well informed person at the company on the phone. They quickly dispatched a repair technician to my residence. Upon his (Chris) arrival he quickly identified the issue and discussed the repairs with me. I approved his course of action and he went to get parts.... I was a little worried about this as that can take forever with some companies while charging you hours. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH HAGUE, Chris quickly returned with parts and made all necessary repairs. The location of the tank was in a crawl space and that made service very difficult. He completed the repairs without complaint and had nothing but positive remarks throughout the experience. It was unknown to Hague or Chris at the time, but I own a construction company as well, I cannot tell you how impressed I was with everyone at HAGUE from the first call to the follow up call to ensure that all was completed to my satisfaction. I would without reservation recommend HAGUE to anyone and I plan to use them in the future on projects with my company. We felt like Hague was competitively priced and quality materials and so went with them. Installation the next week was smooth and we have now had the units for several months. We are very happy with both. While our water is naturally somewhat soft and chemically balanced, I have sensitive skin and appreciate the difference that I feel. Being water drinkers, we also love the reverse osmosis unit. We are very happy with the results and would use them again. Lastly, there was a slight problem with the final bill. I contacted office and with no hassle, they corrected the bill and refunded the disputed amount.
