Love the energy savings of tankless and the reliability of the rinnai system. The fireplace wasn’t working and Wayne came by quickly to fix the issue. Super friendly and professional!

Very happy I selected Mid-Atlantic Water Services (MAWS) for the recent installation of a water softener, UV filter, and Reverse Osmosis system. Obtained three total quotes and MAWS was selected due to decent pricing and overall satisfaction from the initial visit/quote details. Alex was who I initially engaged with and Chris and Cameron were the technicians who arrived the day of service to perform the work. They arrived right in the middle of the two-hour arrival window, were quick to work and complete the job, friendly, and provided explanations/answered all of my questions. Alex arrived during the job to see how everything was coming along as well and the level of service and detail was everything others had previously written about MAWS.Absolutely satisfied with MAWS and will continue to do business with going forward.

Did a great job installing a system to address water ph. Also relocated the whole house Big Blue filter so that everything is now consolidated. Unlike the original filter install, it is now convenient and solidly connected. No cheap big box store shutoff valves either- high quality so you don’t need to worry about them snapping off.

I have been using Mid Atlantic Water in Annapolis for 20 years. They are the best for both routine maintenance and emergency repairs, including broken well pumps, well water holding tanks that lose their air bladders, and frozen pipes. My latest emergency occurred at 6pm last Thursday night, when a plastic water main feeding the well filter broke while I was trying to change the filter--which I had done without incident dozens of times before. Dave--the emergency tech on call that night--picked up the phone, asked for pictures and a description of what happened, and had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. They could not get out to my house that night but scheduled an emergency repair the next morning at 10 am. John arrived right on time Friday morning, offered me the choice of two new well filter housings with different capacities, and had the work done in an hour or so. Truly first rate.

Company rep arrived right on schedule. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He outlined the features of the new water treatment system to be installed within days of this first visit to assess the old, failing system. Mid Atlantics responsiveness thus far has been impressive.In response to my request, made several months after the original installation, Mid Atlantic followed up with delivery and installation of salt/chemicals and a new cone filter. Two different techs did the work and—like their colleagues who carried out the initial installation of the water treatment system—they were right on time, professional, and polite. Mid Atlantic continues to impress me with its customer service.After another six months, it was time for more salt/chemical pellets and another cone filter. Scheduling the service was easy, and the tech arrived promptly and carried out the work efficiently. Like his colleagues, he was professional and polite. This was yet another successful experience with Mid Atlantic.

I know Andy personally . He and the family at mid Atlantic do business the old school way . Couldn’t ask for more professional company to do business with. They found me first because I actually work on their vehicles, but I have since started using them for mine hot water heater repair, and most recently a water pipe leak . I had Mid Atlantic Water Service come service my water system after purchasing the home that they previously serviced. The office staff (Sam) was great and got me on the schedule fast. I have heard horror stories about companies coming in and saying Oh, this system is old and outdated and you need a new system. That was not the case for me. The tech (Tim) was very nice, very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me anything. He knew everything about the system and knew it was adequate for my house. He got my system back up and running, tested everything and even took the time to teach me how to maintain the system on my own if I choose. I will now buy all my products I need to maintain my system from Mid Atlantic Water Services and they will be my go to for any water related needs. Thanks.

I wanted to give a shout out to Wayne and Travis from MidAtlantic water service in Annapolis. This dynamic duo did an incredible job replacing my four piece kitchen faucet with a new two piece faucet. They also fixed the hot water valve under the sink. As usual for MidAtlantic, the area was left spotless…. I’m embarrassed to say they left it cleaner than it was when they arrived! I’m not certain how long I’ve been using MidAtlantic but it’s probably close to 25 years and I have never, ever been disappointed.I have used Mid-Atlantic Water Services for all my plumbing needs as well as for solar salt delivery. From the office staff to the technicians, this Company excels in all areas. On one occasion, the men noticed that I had begun to replace the doorknob on my outside basement doorknob but had run into an issue and set the pieces on a chair by the door. (The door was secured by a deadbolt.) Without even mentioning it to me when they left, they replaced the doorknob for me. Mid-Atlantic Water Services never fails to please.May 18, 2020 updateThis afternoon a delightful young man named Edi Alvarado replaced the sump pump in my basement. The work area was left spotless, the new sump pump works beautifully and the cover for the sump pit, which no one had bothered to put back on in 30 years, was back in its rightful place! (Now when we play ball in the basement we won’t be fishing any errant throws out of the water in the sump pit.) Thank you, Edi Alvarado and Mid-Atlantic Water Service for another excellent job.

Chris was an amazing technician with more than 20 years of experience. He was able to work around the convoluted basement layout of 1940s built old rancher style house. He quickly set up my whole house well water sediment filtration system and when there was unexpected overflow he was able to quickly put a cap on it. Another fantastic service call from Mid Atlantic. I had a leak under my kitchen sink, it was so easy to schedule my appointment, and they had someone out the next day (the scheduler also told me if there were any cancellations, theyd try to get someone out same day for me!). Since it was not a huge leak, I was totally fine with waiting. Chris, the tech that came out, was a little early to the appointment, which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very knowledgeable, incredibly nice, and great to chat with. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, had the parts and tools needed to fix immediately, and be on his way. I have never lived on a well and there has been lots for me to learn about the equipment in my basement. He also checked the water quality and gave the whole system a good looking over. He explained some things to look for that would be early indications of the water softener malfunctioning. I called and they gladly scheduled Wayne and a helper to return without charge to fix things. Turned out to be a deteriorated gasket. I think were all good now. I purchased a water softener in 1997 from this company and it served me well. It broke so I called them and two days later have my new unit installed. They still had my old records and the water quality readings. The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and kind. So far everything looks great. I also had them fix the issue that was making my hot water smell; I am on a well. It was a new tank (installed from someone else) and they did not tell me of the issue I would have with a well, water softener, and the little anode, or something. Happy Charlie W. could help me!

My elderly grandmother who lives on well and septic just used MidAtlantic to upgrade her well pump, water filtration system and added constant pressure to the entire system. Pat the sales guy was knowledge and kind. David and Chris and the entire varsity squad came over today at 9am and were done at 4pm. David and Chris walked her through the entire system. These two gentlemen are the cream of the crop when it comes to having men working in your house. They were both so Professional and patient and hard working. This is a trustworthy company and I cannot recommend them enough! Additionally, they will be here every three months to add salt and chemicals as needed! Lastly, they used a great contact system sent to my email sending daily and day of reminder AND a picture of the lead technician who sent me one last email telling me he was on his way! If you are a single woman these are men you can trust.

We live on a point of land in the Potomac which will be underwater sometime in the next 50 years and so getting good water from our well was a chore until Mid-Atlantic installed our system. The system chlorinates and then de-chlorinates and produces delicious water which is safe. As safe as water can be that is surrounded by Monsanto obsessed farmers and gardeners that is. Mid Atlantic services our system every year. Their service teams are technically proficient, on time, despite the long drive from Annapolis, polite, and crawl under our old farmhouse without a complaint. What more could one ask? Chris ran in to a a major problem when the old pump release froze up due to corrosion, preventing the removal of the pump. He worked steadily until he was able to resolve the problem. Shout out to Mid-Atlantic. Called them for a second opinion on our water treatment system after company #1 gave us sticker shock on replacing our treatment system and company #2 was a no-show and didnt return our calls. We had originally given company #1 a shot after theyd done a decent job on installing a new pressure tank for our well system. Mid-Atlantic sent someone out less than an hour after I called them. After checking our situation out, he agreed with the original assessment but quoted us a new system at 25% less than company #1. Mid-Atlantic came back the very next day and did all the work in a quiet, respectful and professional manner, then gave me a thorough overview of the system. They also highlighted some problems that company #1 should have noticed when they put in the pressure tank. Mid-Atlantic also checked their prices and pointed out that company #1 had over-charged us by hundreds of dollars on the water pressure tank. Needless to say Im sticking with Mid-Atlantic moving forward. Thanks!

My well had tested positive for bacteria. I contacted Miid-Atlantic for help, and they sent out Chris to remedy the situation. He shocked the well with a chlorine substance and cleared up the problem. He ran another test, which came back negative! I have nothing but good things to say about Chris. He was prompt, responsive, polite, and very knowledgeble about well water issues. I would definitely recommend Mid-Atlantic.

We had Jon Beyerlein from Mid-Atlantic Water Services perform annual maintenance on our Arundel-on-the-Bay property. Jon did an excellent job. In addition, he provided info on best ways to maintain the water system in between yearly maintenance. We highly recommend Jon Beyerlein.
