Had a great experience with Heidler Inc for our a major repair at our house. Everyone was extremely professional, efficient, and the work was high quality. I called yesterday about replacing an old sump pump that was starting malfunction. The customer representative was very responsive on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for today. A message was sent with the picture of the service person so I would know who to expect. They arrived soon after, looked at the pump, gave me a very reasonable price quote, and did the work. They were here approximately an hour, installed the new pump, and cleaned up their work space. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Heidler! Ask for Jeremy, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

I got my first quote to fix my leaking main line from another Annapolis plumber and it was shockingly high. Called Heidler for a second opinion and it was half of my first quote form the other guy. They planed for 2 days but it took 3 as they had to dig more than expected. They honored my original quote and did a great job. We recently had a major plumbing emergency at St. Martins which threatened to interrupt, even possibility cancel, many of our church and school activities. Fortunately, Heidler Plumbing came to our aid and quickly and correctly diagnosed our problem, and developed and began executing a repair plan. A skilled, experienced, and dedicated staff was soon working on-site, demonstrating an obvious mastery of sophisticated location, excavation and repair equipment. Cannot say enough positive things about Chuck Cloughen. He came to our home on an emergency call and not only did he do a phenomenal job on leak search but he diagnosed the problem and made the repair all while handling my sleep deprivation induced hysterics In a very calming manner. Best plumbing related experience I have ever had. And the cost was far lower than I was expecting so that was a huge bonus. Big recommendations for Heidler plumbing. They had previously done a minor repair on a leaky valve and also replaced our sump pump and I thought the cost of those repairs was also extremely.

I have used Heidler Plumbing for years between a shower installation, an emergency shut off of my water following a massive leak, and even this past December when I was in town visiting my parents for the holidays when a toilet sprung a leak. They are extremely responsive and fairly priced. I have had to use them in the past for emergencies at multiple properties and they were out to help in a flash and the professionals were committed to their craft.Given their consistent presence in the Annapolis area, and the top-down commitment to being the best plumbers in the area, I can fully recommend them without hesitation.

It wasn’t an easy fix and required removing drywall and some ceiling tiles. He was very neat and cleaned everything up when he finished the job. It wasn’t cheap but I’m pleased with the results.

Have used Heidler many times. Recently the repair man came out the same day I called and solved a problem with an ice maker water line. He replaced the existing originally installed tiny valve with a much upgraded larger valve in less than an hour. The price was under $200 for the time and parts. Very pleased. In a previous call several years ago two Heidler employees came to add a gas line for a stove and also discovered that the main gas line had a leak, which I knew nothing about. I was a happy camper that they were able to repair it that day and add the new gas line to my stove as well. They have repeatedly done very good work and have well trained experienced plumbers.

We have used Heidler for a number years from replacement of systems to emergency repairs. At our home they have installed a new tankless hot water heater which has reduced our gas bills. They also installed a new heating and air conditioning system with electrostatic filter and a ultraviolet germicidal filter during the early days of Covid 19.Recently we had Heidler renovate two bathrooms by replacing a bathtub with a walk-in shower in one bathroom and replace the shower door and vanity in another. Heidler designed the changes, quoted the job, and assigned a project manager who worked with us through completion of the project. The manager, Monica, coordinated and scheduled all the trades including demolition, carpentry, plumbing, tile work, painting, and glass/shower doors. She kept everything moving and kept us informed on the status of the job and when to expect each crew. We have received many complements as result in both bathrooms is beautiful.All projects Heidler has done for us have resulted in great improvements to our home. Heidler can handle all types of plumbing and heating and air condition projects from small to large using skilled plumbers and technicians.I highly recommend Heidler for any type of plumbing, Heating and Cooling or Bathroom remodeling needs.

Heidler Inc. is now my Go-To-Guy for all plumbing needs. I had a botched steam pipe job from a contractor who had assured me that their guy knew what he was doing. After a few years of trying to get it straightened out, lots of finger pointing, and several really high estimates from other experts, I chose Heidler for several reasons. They really do know steam heat systems. They always answer their phones. They always return calls. They give a written detailed estimate. Their prices are fair. Their plumber shows up when they say they will. They do the job as promised. Theyre FAST! They fixed my botched steam pipe job and now the north wing of the house is heating as it should. Ive hired them back to do several large and smaller jobs such as install a water softener, move pipes, add fixtures... I must say that its great to have a reliable plumber that shows up when they say they will, finishes a job quickly, does it right the first time, and when you get the bill, there are no surprises. Had a gas leak at the meter. BGE had to shut off the gas. Called Heidler at 8 am and they assigned a stand-by crew to come to the house sometime during the day. Well, the crew arrived promptly at 9 am! Crew was respectful and diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the issue right away and for a lot less than I thought it would be. I will be calling Heidler again for any of my Plumbing or HVAC needs in the future. First-rate company!

Dave responded to my emergency service call and he was patient with me as I explained the problem and looked through old receipts to see what had been done before. He suggested I call the City of Annapolis as it sounded like a city issue and they could snake our clean out. He was absolutely correct!! Heidler is about TRUE customer service. Even though we didnt use them this time, they are our only call in the future. Thank you!!

Would have given them 5 stars except the first service person who got my heat temporarily working did not relay information on what parts were needed so when my heat gave out completely nobody knew what if anything was ordered. However, the second set of service people called around to part stores and found the motor that was needed. They installed it in no time. Very pleased.

Sewage line blockage. Solving this problem involved multiple visits to clear blockages. Ended up requiring installation of an in line clean out at our property line. After clean out installed waste pipe from the clean out to the city sewer line was inspected by video and snake, A plastic mulch bag was recovered which was caught at the junction to the city sewer line - things have returned to normal. Heidler personnel were efficient and very professional through this whole process. I would use them again.

He even gave us the number. Sure enough, it was in fact a county issue. He saved us a ton money. Its extremely difficult to find people like that and we are extremely grateful.
