I used Howard Plumbing in Annapolis, MD to repair a water pipe leak on my property back in 2023. They were very professional, reliable, and the price I paid for the labor and repair of the leaking pipe was very reasonable and affordable for the work they performed. They were all hard workers, very friendly, they were on time and did excellent work.I was very impressed with their work, knowledge, reliability & professionalism. They also cleaned up after digging and repairing the water pipe leak. I would definitely without a doubt, use Howard Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs and repairs in the future. I just don’t have the words to express how at my age I can be speechless about something like a plumbing company. I was in one of the worst situations in my entire life and being a single mother And having no idea what to do I asked around for referrals and a friend gave me Howard plumbing. Not only were they at my house within two hours offering me a free estimate which In my experience is unheard of, but Ryan gave me an unbelievable price, dealt with the drama of the situation so professionally, and did unbelievable work. I would recommend these folks to my family and my friends without hesitation, thank you Howard plumbing I pray I don’t have to see you for a long time but if I do, I know I’ll have a stress -free experience. And just to quickly mention, the office was quick to return a phone call and bend over backwards to help me with a detailed copy of a bill like I said I’m just overwhelmed by the professionalism and c compassionate nature of everybody I dealt with kudos Howard plumbing!!!!

I hate to tell everyone how happy I am with the work of Howard Plumbing because our small community needs them so much! Really and seriously, they are very professional, very reasonably priced, have all the equipment they need to do the work, and are experts, experts, and experts! These guys really know their plumbing especially the old 50 year old cast iron pipe sewer systems we have. Our community has really saved a lot of money, not as much because of the prices, but because of the expertise and coming up with solutions that will last us another 50+ years instead of patches that will only last a few months. I had a few plumbing needs that I wanted to address (Water heater, shut off valves replaced, relocating pipes and gas lines, and hose bib replacement). Patricks quote was competitive and he also was able to communicate they were capable of completing the work. He really saw the vision of the future renovations we had in store and helped to plan how this work could be completed.After the work was completed the first time, I was not fully satisfied with how the work turned out. It was not how we discussed the work would be completed. I discussed my concerns with Patrick, and I have to tell you, the customer services was phenomenal. He promised and executed all the changes to the completed work as initially discussed. We couldnt be happier with their professionalism, skill, and customer service.

I was referred to Howard plumbing by a friend. Needed something done to tighten exterior hose and some other things and they sent a very young guy. He turned off the main and played around with the valve that turns my main off as it comes in and out of the house never had a problem here before but now it leaks continuously and has actually eroded away the paint on my basement floor thanks Howard plumbing you don’t know what you’re doing!Once they learned of this issue they rectified it. They sent someone out fixed it completely free of charge and we are good now. Nice to find real customer service!

I needed a plumber for my bath tub faucet. My neighbor referred me to Howard Plumbing. My home and plumbing is over 50 years old. They were able to replace the broken parts. But they were concerned about the tile on the bathroom wall side that they might damage one of the tiles trying to remove it to do the repair. They did crack a piece off. They could not replace it with a same color tile. They said they could putty both pieces together in place. I agreed to that. The wall looks fine. They did a great job. They are concerned, caring, and professional in their work. I highly reccomend them.

I had a great experience with the employee from this company Josh. He was very knowledgeable had no problems thoroughly explaining to me about my busted pipe and even though they had to order an overnight part they made sure I had my water on until they returned. Josh, came back the next day and quickly fixed the issue, refilled the hole and put the grass back on top as if their was never a hole there. He did a great job!I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a toilet that was clogged. They ended up having to put a camera down to see the issue. Turned out to be a broken pipe under my patio. They had to bust my patio and dig down. I was amazed at the small portion of patio they were able to break to get to it. They repaired the pipe and recemented the portion of patio that they had to break up. I simply needed to match my tile and replace it. I was unable to find a match, but instead replaced with accent tile and it turned out nice. I was also amazed at the cost of all they did wasn’t much higher. I have recommended Howard Plumbing to a few people now and would not hesitate to call them again!

He was very thorough and also took the time to walk me through the process and showed me which one was my water line at the valve outside, which I appreciated. The first time I have used Howard Plumbing and I was very happy with their service. Josh and Dennis arrived in a timely manner within the window. They were very pleasant, professional, and the first thing they did was introduce themselves. They wanted me to show them the projects I wanted done today. Once I showed them each project, they got their tools and went to work. I liked that they asked me to look at each completed project (a shower head change and a new double shower head installed.) In the kitchen I was having them install a new faucet, and they discovered leaking sink drains. So they suggested replacing the drains and repiping under the sink. I agreed it was long overdue, and had I had been dealing with slow drains as well. Very happy with my new shower heads and kitchen faucet. Fresh and clean under the kitchen now with efficient drains. I appreciated that Josh and Dennis took the time to do everything right. They were both very friendly and nice to work with. I will definitely call Howard Plumbing again!

We had a well pump controller go bad on a Saturday. After contacting a few companies we luckily found Howard plumbing.Patrick was great to work with and went above and beyond the entire time. He was on another job far away but went out of his was to show up once he finished the job he was on even though it was late on a Saturday evening (7pm). Even after a long day he was eager to help out. He quickly found the problem but the part needed was only located at a store or two in the area and they were closed.Patrick made a few calls and was able to get the shop open for us on Sunday outside of store hours and meet an employee to get the part. He quickly returned again on a weekend day and installed the controller. Knowing we did not have water he worked all weekend, and pulled many strings to get our issue resolved.We cannot recommend Howard plumbing enough and we have found our new plumber. We cant recommend Patrick enough as well. You will not be disappointed working with the great company.

Luck would have it, it clogged again months later. They came out, within an hour of my calling, with some more extensive equipment. And unclogged it again at no charge. Highly recommend this company. I recommend Howard Plumbing to anyone and will definitely be using them again (if needed). Our homes sewage drain was clogged Thursday night and we were unable to flush the toilets. After reading reviews online, I decided to give Howard Plumbing a try. I called early Friday morning and was initially told they were booked for the day, but that they would see what they could do and call me back in 15 minutes. 5 minutes later they called and said they would fit me in between 10-12. They arrived at my house around 9:30 and had my sewage clog cleared up in 30 minutes. They even went to the store and bought a cap I was missing after they had opened up the clog. The cost of the repair was right under what i had read it costed others on the internet. Didnt try and get over on me or overcharge. Josh then rigged a better drainage system with PVC pipe. I was impressed with Joshs knowledge and professionalism. I would for sure ask for Josh again. The final invoice was very reasonable.
