    We had a drain issue for our washing machine and kitchen sink. I called a little after 8 AM to see if they had any availability. 45 minutes or less after I called, John showed up. He assessed the problem and gave us 3 different options to correct the issue. John was honest and advised us in the best course of action. John replaced 40’ of cast iron pipe. John completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was great to work with and we will call them again for further plumbing issues. We 10/10 recommend them.

    We can’t say enough good comments about Cole and his team at Top Notch Plumbing. Our water lines burst after Hurricane Helene, leaving us with no water or plumbing. Cole came right out and was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He correctly assessed the situation, gave us our options, and had his crew back in 2 days to put in all new water lines. The communication from Top Notch was excellent, letting us know when they were on their way and what time they would arrive. Cole is also a veteran, and we felt very positive about supporting a veteran’s business. He will be our plumber from now on and we have also referred him to several of our neighbors. Thank you!

    John and his assistant from Top Notch Plumbing installed a hot water heater and re-piped our house. They were efficient, fast, and skilled. John was great at communicating what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was gracious, polite, and very likeable...so much so that we ordered the monthly membership without hesitation.     Hired Top Notch to install new plumbing, shower, and a toilet in an old house with a very low crawl space.Trey and John worked there butts off to get the job done.     Top Notch Plumbing came through for me when my water heater started leaking! I made the call hoping that I could have it repaired within a few days and the next thing I knew, the technician was out within an hour and I had a newly installed water heater within 3 hours. Trey did a great job of getting me back up and running and Trey and John also made some plumbing repairs for me a few days later. Very prompt, got right to work, and cleaned up afterward.     Water Heater went out Sunday just before church time. We went on to church and saw Cole. Mentioned what happen and he was there the next morning to check it out.     We would give 10 stars if we could! 😍 Cole, John, and Clay were amazing from start to finish. A home we had just purchased in Anderson ended up having major plumbing issues and Top Notch was the ONLY company out of 4 that came out that displayed some sense of urgency. They discovered the issue the first day rather than having to make multiple trips back with a higher up, alleviated the problem, and corrected our plumbing issue on the next business day. They were all very professional, thorough and patient throughout a tough situation. Its hard to trust companies these days when it seems like youre only a $$$$, but these are definitely stand-up guys. We never felt like we were being ripped off or misled and didnt ask for a dime until the job was done.

    I had a real emergency , one place told me it would be 5 days till they could come out. I called TOP NOTCH and immediately discovered how TOP NOTCH they really are, the lady who took my call was so nice and polite and had Cole, the Technician to my house in less than 30 minutes and he had my emergency resolved in less than 20 minutes and was so kind and considerate.     I need to give TOP NOTCH 10 STARS!!Theres not enough space to say how awesome Cole and this company is.Back in July 2023, I woke up at 8:00 in the morning and heard water spewing from my upstairs bathroom I actually dialed another plumber and got Cole @ Top Notch by MISTAKE!! Talk abut a divine intervention! He calmed me down cause I was a nervous wreck. He was on another job, but within minutes he was at my residence. He told me it was my supply line and took care of it.Then I had an outside water issue. I called him on a Saturday.(5-4) He was off and working out at the gym. Not only did he come over in his workout clothes, he went and got the part and FIXED MY ISSUE ON HIS DAY OFF!! They Truly live up to their name!!     I had a toilet replacement done and I have only had the toilet one day, so I cant speak for long term quality. Dealing with Top Notch was an excellent experience. They came out within a couple of hours of my contacting them. My problem was diagnosed and I was informed of my options for a repair. I was not pushed into any unnecessary repairs. I was given options and it was left up to me to choose my route of repair. I really liked that, I felt that the repairman was being honest. I felt that what I was charged was very reasonable for a compete replacement of my toilet. I replaced the toilet because the repairman showed me rusted bolts and plastic screws. They replaced it with good quality parts and it looks great. I had originally called them because I had leak coming from someplace behind the toilet I could not find. I would definitely use their service when I will need a plumber again.

    Two days before going out of town I discovered a major leak in the water tine coming from the meter. Knowing it couldn’t wait a week I shut the water off and contacted Top Knotch plumbing.     Top Notch sent a plumber quickly to evaluate my leak. The plumber was professional and friendly. They quoted me $750 to replace my disposal which was broken w a premium disposal. The plumber was very professional and kind. I was confused about the quote and the owner was very kind to reach out and explain the costs (there was an additional charge to change the shut off line). It appears they really take pride in their company and work. Would highly recommend.

    I woke up at 7:45 hearing water...called around 8:20AM.. Cole answered. I was a nervous wreck. He calmed me down, instructed me to call the water company to turn my water off. Then said hed be here as quickly as he could. Cole continued to text me to let me know he was finishing up a job and would arrive as soon as possible. He and John worked me in and got here a few hours later.They diagnosed my issue, gave me a price and FIXED the problem!! They COMPLETELY lived up to their name.     I had called Top Notch to request an estimate to repipe my entire house. An appointment was scheduled for later that week. I received notification when they were 30 minutes out. When they arrived, they checked out the pipes and explained the process and what would be involved. I was impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge about the task of repiping a home. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not charged for this visit- they said all estimates were free.I received an online estimate the next day as promised, for the total cost of the job which included a teacher discount.Overall, I was impressed by this first visit and introduction to the Top Notch Plumbing team.

    I have updated this review to 5 stars due to the actions of the plumber John and the owner Cole. I was contacted by both gentlemen and both gave reassurance of fixing an issue I was having with a job previously completed by the company. Within 24 hours of my complaint they both were here to fix the issue I had and had it fixed. If a company cares that much about their customers then they will have my business for life and my referral to others. They are quick to get to you (if they tell you a time they will be on time so make sure you are home!) and they have great customer service. April, John, and Cole have all provided Top Notch customer service. Beyond impressed with how they treat their customers. Even if its a small complaint. Will use again with no hesitation.

    We woke up this morning with two issues first no water and second no plumber. We searched reviews in Anderson SC finding Top Notch Plumbing with a 4.9 (they have been cheated out of a 1/10 of a point😀) What a great experience starting with Zailey handling scheduling she immediately found an opening and dispatched a great young man named Trey.Trey arrived quickly presented himself friendly and professionally. He diagnosed the issue, laid out options in an understandable manner and we drove to concurrence on the approach. Trey then quickly fixed the main water line and we had water for lunch. If you are looking for an honest, professional and customer focused organization for you plumbing needs - look no further!

    Josh was excellent. Although he was completely booked he did his best to get me in and taken care of my problem before my scheduled appointment. My problem was much more complicated than expected but he diagnosed the problem and made the repair immediately. Josh was friendly, professional and most importantly completely honest. His work was great and his price was fair. He checked the rest of my system and did not recommend/suggest work or repairs that werent needed. He never once tried to upsale me.     I noticed a slow leak from the pressure relief value in my garage. I called in the morning and they were able to visit and repair the value. I also had them oook at some other unrelated plumbing work I was co soldering doing and they provided me some information about what I could do for that as well. Very positive experience all around.

    We had mud backed up in our pipes from the water company flushing out all the pipes around us. It backed up all our pipes in the kitchen and bathroom. There was so much mud in the pipes, especially in the kitchen sink, that we had to have a new faucet installed. John came out and spent several hours working on this mess. He had to replaced our kitchen sink and clean out the pipes. He did an excellent job, and was very nice and friendly. We will definitely recommend this company to others.     Part 2 of my review. Col and Josh installed a new toilet for me yesterday and did a fabulous job working through all the issues left by the handyman who did the original installation. So many problems caused by that lazy dumba$$ it was frightening. The guys at Top Notch are exactly that AND licensed, insured and bonded. Save yourself grief and money in the long run and go with these plumbing pros!Part 1. I cannot recommend Cole and his crew enough!! I left a message on Christmas night at 7:30 and he called back within the hour! I came back from spending the day with my daughter and had a river running out from under my house and across the street. He said hed come Monday afternoon and indeed he did. I know he was overrun with calls with this cold wave. Thought hed do a quote but no he got right to work. Found not one but 2 busted pipes and fixed them. I watched the whole thing. Very professional. Very thorough. Very patient with all my questions. Cole is now my go-to plumber and he should be yours too. You couldnt do better! Hes the best!

    I was attempting to help someone change their flat tire in a parking lot but she did not have all of the tools in her trunk. I saw a Top Notch Plumbing truck pull up and three men were heading into White Duck Taco for lunch. I asked if they had some tools I could use. Instead, Cole, Josh and John jumped right into action and before we knew it, the spare was on the car. The lady offered to buy their lunch but they refused.
