This company was recommended by our regular plumber when the project turned out to be larger and more complex than the usual service call. Five stars for customer service! From the initial phone call and thoroughout the process, communication was excellent. They listened intently as we described the problem and answered all questions with courtesy and professionalism. Another Five stars for technical service! We were very pleased to get same day service and have a quick followup the next day as scheduled and on time. The drainage problem was quickly discovered, explained in detail and corrected. They even cleaned up and secured the latticework and fence when the project was complete. We highly recommend this company and will certainly call on them again with full confidence.

I was having an issue with my sewer pipe in my front yard. I made a call to a company that I had used once before. They came out, and could not confidently inform me of where the exact issue was located. They were unable to answer my questions about the repairs. The person they sent out to verify, guessed that the issue was in the pipe under the road, and the repairs would be close to $30,000. Needless to say, I did not feel very confident in their guesswork. Advantage Plumbing was recommended to me, and I gave them a call later on a Friday afternoon. I spoke with the office and explained the situation. Mr. Mitchell was at my home within the hour. He quickly and confidently diagnosed the problem area, and was able to show me where he found the issue. It was going to take some work to repair, and he was booked through the next week. He informed me of this straight away, and did what he could to get it to a point that we could use the water in the house until he was able to get back and do the repair. He told me when he planned to get back to do the work. The very next week he called me and informed me when he would come and do the repair. He came when he stated he was going to, and did the repair in a timely manner. I am grateful his company was recommended to me. If youre seeking a reliable, professional plumber with expertise in the field, call Advantage Plumbing. I plan to call them for any future issues that may arise.

Dale with Advantage Plumbing was our plumber for five years, before we moved out of state. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs!We used him to replace our entire water line from the street to our home. He is very professional, qualified, quick to respond, and truly cares about his customers. This past Christmas, we had a pipe burst in our wall when the temperatures were colder than normal. I called three different plumbers to see who could get there quickly. One company didn’t call us back, one company said it would be weeks before they could help us, due to the high volume of burst pipes in the area. Dale helped us immediately. He did so again when we were selling our home. The movers came and took the washer. Once removed, we had a leak in the faucet. He came right away. AMAZING!!! I called Advantage Plumbing around 12:30pm on a Monday regarding my toilet not getting water & needing a garbage disposal replaced. By 2pm the same day, I had 2 technicians at my house. They called when they were 15 min away, they were very nice & professional, listened to the problem (as a woman, this was a big deal to me!) and got right to work. Within 45 min, I had a working toilet along with a new garbage disposal & they were very reasonably priced. I was very impressed with this service & will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!! Thank you for providing such great service in a time when it can be hard to come by! After having a plumber be a no show and lack communication, I had the fortunate experience to contact Advantage Plumbing. They answered the phone promptly and took my info and I was told Mr. Dale would contact me as soon as he could and less than 5 minutes later my phone was ringing. We scheduled for the next day and he was in and out of my house in less than an hour. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and gave me advice on some other issues. The price was awesome and with me being a Preschool teacher with limited funds he worked with me on payment. I am extremely grateful to this awesome man. I will definitely use Advantage Plumbing for any future Plumbing needs I may have and will recommend them to all my friends.

My upstairs shower was leaking, causing water to leak through the ceiling downstairs. I thought it was going to be a huge expense and kept putting it off. Finally googled some places and read reviews. Decided to go with this company and couldn’t be happier with the service. It’s not one of the huge companies out for money. It’s a locally owned business. He responded within an hour of me calling. After being told the issue I was having, he immediately knew what the issue was and had it fixed in less than an hour. Dale and his son did a full replumb of my crawl space, including new hot water heater, and other somewhat minor fixes. He was punctual, communicative, and best of all he answered the phone whenever I needed to talk with him. The price was reasonable, and everything seems to be working great. After the work had been completed, we discovered a small issue that evening (fridge line seemed to be blocked), and Dale helped troubleshoot after-hours. We couldnt figure out what the problem was over the phone, so he came out the next morning to troubleshoot and fix, free of charge.Outside of their great work, him and his son are just really personable people. I enjoyed my conversations with them, and I will look forward to having them back when its needed (though I hope that isnt any time particularly soon). I cannot recommend Advantage Plumbing enough; they were great!

He worked around our schedule to fully repair the problem by installing a new waste pipe from the house to the tank. I am writing about my great experience dealing with Advantage Plumbing Company located at 117 Kosma Drive, Anderson, SC 29626. This is the ORIGINAL Advantage Plumbing Company and it has been in business for many years - so, don’t get it confused with similar names in the area.The owner, Dale Mitchell, was quick to respond to my call about installing a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal at my parents’ home. He provided an overview of his services, an estimate of the time/cost required for the job, and talked about his company philosophy - to get the job done, and get it right the first time. As a Quality Management professional, I know and understand the importance of “First Time Right.” Dale said that the quality of his work and reputation of his company are very important to him, and the reason he accompanies his service technician, Jeff, on every visit.Dale and Jeff arrived promptly at the scheduled time, were friendly, professional, and completed the installations efficiently without wasting any time. I was there and watched as they worked together to complete the job. Since this was the first garbage disposal at my parents’ house, they had to rework the plumbing underneath the sink and provide wiring as part of the install. They finished the work in the promised amount of time and there were no surprises when I was handed the bill. A week has now passed since the faucet and garbage disposal were installed, and my parents are extremely happy. I highly recommend Dale and his services.

I called Advantage Plumbing in after my remodeling contractor and his plumbing sub left the job unfinished. Even worse was that much of what they did do was done wrong or not according to plans. And not small things to fix once the drywall was up. Things such as water lines run incorrectly, shower plumbing rough-in located incorrectly, steam shower unit incorrectly installed, etc.Dale and his team responded quickly to assess the scope of work and repairs needed. Dale provided a clear and concise list of what work would be done and provided a very reasonable quote for the job. The work began shortly after that and was completed quickly and according to the timeline agreed to. I was kept in the loop the entire time and we were able to resolve any issues as they arose. After the nightmare that was my contractor, I felt comfortable knowing I finally had someone who knew what they were doing on the job.I can’t say enough good things about Dale and Advantage Plumbing. Hands down they are the best in the business.

Advantage Plumbing Company was the most pleasant experience in an otherwise unfortunate situation. The gas control valve on my hot water heater needed to be replaced and required a 3 day shipping period. Dale came out in the afternoon of the expected arrival date disappointed to find the package had not yet arrived, but did everything needed to prepare for the install. The new valve was delivered at 6pm that evening and Dale was eager and prompt to come back later that night to fix my issue. I am thankful for his level of professionalism and diligence, as well as his willingness to explain my problem and walk me through what he was doing. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this company. My husband and I had been having issues since November. We have been lied to, overcharged, and taken advantage of. I called Dale on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with his wife who was kind and compassionate. So I made the mistake of using a nationally branded plumbing company and had nothing but issues. They did a sloppy job and I called out dale on a holiday because I needed something done that day because of a different install. Dale came out and did the work and came back and re-installed everything in a very clean ocd way. He charged me half of what the other company did and his work is the upmost professional and perfectly done. I know where everything is and know where the shutoff valves are. He cleaned up the other plumbers issues and made everything work and work right. We had a leak under our house, that we had another company fix three months ago improperly. We called Advantage and they were out to our house within a few hours. The company that we used originally said that it could be up to three days. Jeff came out and fixed the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the leak, but identified the pressure regulator was bad and replaced it while he was here. The company gave him permission to do so, and saved us from having to wait to get the regulator fixed too. We will never use anyone else. Our builder failed to install a riser on our septic tank. Even with a copy of the County Building Permit, we and another contractor were unable to find the tank. Dale spent several hours to find the tank, which was actually installed in a different location. He did a great job of installing the riser and cleanup when completed. We would hire him again.

It was above my HVAC intake system and attached to the floor joists, which the intake was fasten. Break happened at a junction that had 3 different materials.
