We had to call the emergency number last night due to heat not working correctly. My concern was handled very professionally and promptly which was very appreciated. Per the on call tech the office would call me at 8am the next morning which as promised she did! I scheduled an appt and was told the tech would be at the house between 12-4 but if they had an opening they would come early. The tech was at my home around 9am after calling to check that the time was okay. Zach was the tech that came out. He was kind and professional and had our heat issues fixed in no time!I have rated this company as a 5 star not just for the tech that came out to our home but also because of the on call person who was so nice and reassuring as well as the office person who called promptly at 8am and got us in earlier in the day. Exceeded my expectations and Nardco is now saved in my contacts.

I have used this company twice, once for a furnace install and again for a home air purifier. They show up on time, do the install quickly, and the pricing is very competitive. For instance, the purifier was quoted at about $1050, my next best price was over $1400. I would have given 5 stars but getting messages back (communication) has been spotty. Probably because they are so busy, a victim of success. When I need anything done at home I get 3 quotes, Nardco is always on that list. The installers took time to answer my questions about the units installed and were personable. Thank you for the great work you have done at my home.P.S. They also offer a great Military Veterans Discount, be sure too ask.

We’ve used Nardco for 20+ years at two homes. We have the Service Plan -twice a year visits. The technicians are polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. Nardco will call you to schedule these visits.and then follow up with texts. They bring the furnace filter you need. Totally pleased with their service. When we need a new furnace and/or AC unit in a few years, they will be doing the work.

I called Nardco for a second opinion quote for a new furnace/ AC unit. I was going with a duel fuel furnace due to my home heat source being propane. They quoted me $3000 cheaper than the previous company. They are also rerouting my dryer vent. Eric the technician that came out to my home was wonderful. Very knowledgable and kind. He took a lot of time explaining my options and explaining the different systems that are available. Eric also will be coming out after the installation to help me connect my cell phone to an application that Will allow me to control my settings for the furnace using my phone. Great service and very happy customer!

One star for the technician. Was told that I would be without heat for 6 days waiting on a $12 part that I later found on Amazon with next day delivery. I think I will have a different HVAC company on my contacts. I’m glad it wasn’t in the middle of an Indiana winter. Incompetent is a great word for the management of this once great company. UPDATE I received a call from the owner, Seth, today. He admitted that his company had dropped the ball on my furnace repair. He wanted to make it up to me and asked for another chance. I, of course will because it’s rare now a days to see a company that values its customers as much as Seth does. I WILL call them next time that I have a HVAC problem.

I had been told by multiple companies that my 6 year old air conditioner would need repairs for approximately $1500, and I may want to consider a new one. NARDCO was the last one to come out. Eric immediately said that the a/c was under warranty. I explained that the company who installed it was going to charge me several hundred to confirm what the problem was and a labor fee. I used this company in another state and was not happy. Utilizing my registration warranty paperwork, NARDCO honored it and charged me $100 towards labor to replace the part. Eric is the best.

They were courteous and knowledgeable over the phone and answered all my preliminary questions about the service and service price.I was contacted as a reminder about the appointment a couple of days before, and called the morning of to let me know the tech was on his way. He arrived within a few minutes give or take of the appointment time. The tech (Andy) was a nice good natured individual. And he went right to work.I informed him that I was going to observe just to evaluate what was done in comparison to my past service I have received. I was pleasantly pleased just how thorough the service procedure was and for such a reasonable price.The total bill was almost half of what I was charged by a different company last year.Thank you for your service!

Super HelpfulI take care of my 86 year old mothers affairs. She lives at her home. My engineer brother takes care of maintenance. When her furnace needed to be replaced, I knew I needed a second opinion that would satisfy my specs and numbers sibling. After googling the issue, I still had questions. The folks at Nardco were amazing. I spoke with David, the service manager. He answered my questions in an understandable manner. I am thankful for his time. Then, Xavier came out to inspect the furnace. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain what was wrong with the furnace. He corroborated everything our original furnace man had said. More importantly, Xavier gave me specific pressure numbers and specific reasons as to why the furnace needed to be replaced. He understood what an engineer would want to know. He gave me the information necessary to answer my brothers questions. There was a growing issue with the propane. Xavier succinctly explained why the furnace needed to be shut down until repaired or replaced. Because we have a contract with the original company, we had them install the new furnace. I would recommend Nardco to anyone looking for a local furnace company. Nardco was professional, understanding, and helpful at all levels of service.

Of course, an A/C system only fails when its going to be 100 degrees the next day. I called Nardco to have them come out for an A/C failure, then did some research and diagnosed the problem myself as a failed Run Capacitor. I bought and installed the part myself and the system was working again. Until I knocked a wire looks putting things back together. Uncertain where the wire should go and not wanting to create a bigger issue, I kept the appointment with Nardco (which was just two hours from calling them). Their tech Xavier came out, tested the connections, found where I had messed up (which also caused a fuse to blow), and made the repairs. He then tested the rest of my system, including the temperatures going in and coming out of the system. Other than suggesting I schedule an A/C check up before the heating season, he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary services or service plans, like so many of their competitors do. They only charged me the diagnostic fee, which they quoted to me up front. Xavier was clean, considerate, prompt, professional, and thorough. I will certainly call them the next time I need HVAC work done.UPDATE: I recently had Nardco out again to replace the blower in this very same HVAC. The blower failed just days before a January vacation to Walt Disney World. Not wanting to be away in the dead of winter with no heat in the house, repairs were an emergency, and Nardco came through with a same day fix! Thank you, Nardco!
