I had new washer valves, a broken exterior spigot, and a garbage disposal done the first trip. He was early to get here and hes a great technician! These guys were great! We had a our septic dosing pump go out and all our drains were backing up at 4am and so I called them as soon as they opened to explain our problems assuming they would be lucky to get me on their schedule within a week. To our surprise they came right out and had the new pump installed the same day!!!Their installer (Joe) was super knowledgeable and professional. Royal Flush did a big job for me. Dave Thomas replaced the water heater,added a safety pan under it and relocated it to make room to move water softener in the utility room where there is no worry of freezing. He installed a whole house shut off.He was funny and speedy. He was courteous enough to unstop the tub drain and install a bidet seat and replace a leaky set of faucet valves. I know those little jobs are annoying but Dave completed them all well while smiling and telling me jokes. I appreciated his professional ideas and good work.

Not only was Royal Flush able to come out the same day with a replacement , the technician arrived 30 minutes before their arrival window. Had to call this company to fix my plumbing. Summers charged me 1600 dollars and did not fix anything. Not to meantion charged my card 280 dollars a week later. Everything was backing up within an hour of them leaving. They refused to come back out. Royal flushcame out and fixed my draining and after we had another issue a couple days later. They came out and did it again with no charge. The plumbers are respectful and they do a good job!!

Randy is an up standing guy and a man of integrity, so I figured if he works for you, the company must share his same values. Again, between Randy, Grant, and Charlie, what a great first impression! We had our water go out in zero degree weather last night. Since we have a well, we were afraid the well pump had gone out and, if it had, who was going to replace that in this weather? I called Royal Flush since they did a big job for our daughter and they were exceptional in all respects..The on-call plumber (after hours) called back in 5 minutes and was at the house in 30 with a helper. They were both professional, courteous and quickly set to work tracing the problem. It turned out to be a defective (20 year-old) switch so they had to go to the shop to get it. I was amazed they carried it. They were back in half an hour and the water was working within 2 hours of my first call. The bill was more than reasonable and Im still in awe of the attitude of these pros working outside in this weather! Well never call anyone else for anything plumbing related!

We had so much limestone in our well water, that our pipes filled and slowed the cold water supply to a trickle. After living with this problem for almost a year while saving our money, we hired Royal Flush to re-pipe our home. Which is not an easy task....for we have a manf home on a finished basement. They were able to cut a few holes here and there in the drywall and feed pipe to each area (3 bath + kitchen). Even to a refrigerator that had never had a water supply to the ice maker before.
