We have a 30 foot dryer vent that we had just used Advents Pro Air Duct Cleaner to clear. Advents charged twice what was quoted and apparently pushed lent from both ends which created a plug that allowed no flow. They were not responsive so we called Roto Rooter. The Technician, Michael, was very determined to clear the line. He finally broke through and opened it up. He was very courteous and provided A1 service. Thank you

I called Roto Rooter this morning around 9am and told them I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining. By noon a technician was here (Michael) and by 1pm the drain was cleared and Michael had his equipment back in his truck and was ready to go to his next job. He was very courteous and professional. The tech Josh Bethea was the nicest most polite plumber I think I’ve ever met. This review is more for him than for the company. I had to sit around and wait 9 hours for a job that took only 10 mins. If I’d known, I’d have bought the tools and done it myself. Price gouging at its finest but they got the job done.

Fast service and even faster results. My only complaint is the pricing. $261. For an elbow joint replacement and the guy wasnt here for an hour. Way too expensive. I wont be calling again for that very reason. On a fixed income here

We have been customers for many years with Roto Rooter. I have written a review before, however, I wanted to add, if EVER there is a misunderstanding, or error on the part of this company, they will NOT stop until that error is corrected. They will not stop seeking the answer, and/or resolve. Joe Crabtree, is a problem-solver, a polite professional who shows empathy for the customer, who does not stop until he finds that hidden problem. I will not go into the inspiration for this post in detail, but I will say ...Roto Rooter has the nicest, professional, employees all the way up to management. I received the understanding necessary to solve a problem at my home, my family has now been provided with EXCELLENT customer service, polite conversation, RESPECTFUL interaction, and given the benefit of the doubt instead of being assumed that I was not smelling stagnant water. They have provided tireless, determined, and profound customer service in this matter. This company has character, everyone involved had character. My experiences with Rotorooter have been excellent. I recently called to have a plumbing issue addressed, and their wonderful customer service rep asked me a lot questions about my concerns in order to get the ball rolling even before sending someone out the very next morning, which was Christmas Eve! I appreciate that an accurate timeline was provided for expected service through email, text, and phone calls. They showed up exactly in that window of time, so I didnt have to wait around for them to show up randomly. They also sent photos of the responding employees for security purposes. Plummers Jake M. and Adrien B. were both very friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. Both techs arrived and promptly went to work on my problem. The price hurt a little, which I was prepared for, but excellent service is not cheap. I am very satisfied and would recommend them.

Our project was to replace the single bowl farmhouse sink with a double bowl farmhouse sink. Several plumbers turned the project down, several did not even return our phone call. It was even suggested that a granite company would need to come in and take out the entire 8 ft countertop.Roto Rooter of Anderson sent Michael and with his plumbing and kitchen rehab experience, he was able to tackle the job w/o removing the granite. Everyone tells me Roto-rooter is expensive. i’ve gotten a few competitive quotes over the years from this Anderson SC franchise and they’ve always been cheaper than the other chains and competitive with the bigger local businesses. Plus they are usually the first available. In urgent cases they’ve expertly found the cheapest fix, or at least been willing to try, rather than the all new more expensive fix.

I made the appointment for between the hours of 8am and 12pm. At 11:10am, I was contacted by a scheduler to verify we were home and to inform us the tech would be here in 30 mins. Josh Hurley was at our house within 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He gladly answered any questions I had. Id definitely recommend them, but Roto Rooter isnt cheap, but he originally quoted me nearly $500, but he started and was done in 30 mins, so the actual price dropped to $360.

Bryan, the first service person was very knowledgeable and a good worker. I am very happy with the results. However, I am a little dismayed that Bryan did not pass on the information about my problem to his company that more work needed to be done to resolve the issue. He became ill and because the information of needed further work did not get passed on, I had to pay after hours fee and a night fee. If the company had been notified that the work was not finished, it could have been done during normal working hours.

Anyway, if they have test it more thoroughly they would have notice that the drain was clogged also somewhere else. David is very nice and polite person, maybe going the extra mile would have save us the second fee for the visit and pay only the repairs the first time. JT
