I look forward to using this place for our rentals because I saw a FB post: I cant RAVE enough about Clean Flo Sewer and Septic . I bought a house 14 yrs ago after having multiple inspections, only to realize there were tons of problems ONE being a drainage problem and a septic field not long enough( although I didnt know this until they explained along with the Septic tank problems as well). I literally have had it back up into my house 4 times!!!! I had it pumped by other companies every 2 yrs, but still backed up. I finally called these guys out. They removed something right before the septic tank (some little bent pipe) that was creating tons of issues, pumped tank, and used chemicals and bacteria to clean out drain field. They explained the field wasnt long enough, but thought by treating it I might not have to replace. They also realized where the drainage problems were coming from and explained I needed to reach out to county to fix the culvert, which I did...... no problems since, even after large storms. They also repaired where a tree root grew into a pipe. These guys REALLY know their business!!!

Chase and his team were excellent. They were on time for routine pumping as I hadn’t had that done before on my home that was approximately 3 1/2 years old. After opening up the lid it was apparent that my system wasn’t functioning as efficiently as it should. Corrective measures were taken as explained and were reasonably priced. Suggestions on water usage made to help improve the flow. Definitely getting on the 3 year maintenance plan. Would recommend Clean Flo Sewer and Septic for maintenance or repair needs.

Chase and Devin responded out after I called in reference to issues with our septic tank. I told him what we were experiencing and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Once they started the work to clean the drain fields he showed me what they were doing and some issues I had. They left the site clean and gave instructions and recommendations for the future of the system. I will eventually need my drain lines replaced and I will call Chase and Clean Flo to do that when the times comes.

This is a great company with very knowledgeable technicians. We had backups in our tub and showers...not a pleasant sight or smell! We wanted a company that could run a camera and assure us that the drain was clear this time as we had other companies come out that used a clog buster bladder but this didnt clean out the years of buildup that resulted in the blockage coming back in less than a year. Chase and Andy came out in less than 24 hours and had my main drain from house to septic tank unclogged and clean as a whistle. Years of buildup and the complete blockage were visible thanks to their drain camera and then we saw the results of their jet cleaning afterwards via the same cameras. We will be getting our tank pumped and some roots cleaned out as an additional service in the next few days. Ill post another review on that when completed. For now though, we are back in business and free flowing!Thanks guys!

So first of all- I completely goofed and put their appointment on the wrong day!!! They had sooo much grace with me and fit me in the very next day and accommodated my mistake.I feel like this company was the perfect balance of still “shopping local” and “supporting small” while still having a guarantee of the work and feel safe as far as the quality of their work and dealing with a professional level of service.We had our septic tank pumped and cleaned. Chase and his co worker who came out were very professional, honest, and just overall good guys. People you feel comfortable around and safe with… when you’re a stay at home momma and you’ve got your kiddos at home with you, sometimes you get nervous of the people you have to have over your home- you want to feel safe. These gentleman completely put me at ease! They were extremely respectful and professional. They were informative communicative and very thorough in explaining the entire process to me. I didn’t feel like I was “being sold to” I was just being given honest information that will help me with the overall operation of my septic system.They cleaned the entire tank- down to the bare walls. Very thorough- they also did a treatment for me and explained the entire process.The company as a whole was very impressive. They put an emphasis on continuing their education and training to try and stay ahead on new better practices and technologies in the septic industry. Definitely is paying off. The team was knowledgeable and extremely informed. They took their time and made sure I felt the same way.GREAT company and would recommend 100%! Will be using them for ALL future services.

I had my septic tank pumped out along with several clogs in the line between the house and the tank.I should have taken photos. These guys made the work look easy.I was so nervous about how bad our situation would be. But Taylor and his crew talked us right through everything. They eased my nerves by telling us everything we need to know .. answered every question and a big plus was offering several solutions if we needed them in the future. My husband and I enjoyed talking with them. They honestly took our bad situation and made it bearable. As a matter of fact my neighbor texted as soon as they left to see how we like them. My bathtubs and toilets started backing up so I searched local Septic companies and everyone was putting me of for at least 4 days.When I contacted the company Clean Flow Sewer and Septic they told me they would come the next morning between 8-10.They got here at 8:40 and went right to work. My problems were fixed within 2 hours! They done a really good job ,cleaned everything up,fixed my yard and took time to show me and explain everything they had to do.The 2 men were really nice and caring!I would recommend them to everyone I know from now on!

I used Cleanflo (Anderson) today to clear a problematic shower drain. I have had this cleared every year using other companies. Cleanflow is the first to identify the root of the problem (calcium buildup), remove the drain cover and actually fix it. I wish I had called them 4 years and over $1K ago. Price was more than fair, work was thorough, tech was personable and informative. I anticipate being a customer for life and enthusiastically recommend this company.

I am a new homeowner and to my horror, I was told that my sewer line needed to be replaced. That was before I hired Clean Flo to investigate. Long story short, my sewer line does NOT need replacing. No break in the line. No roots in the line. Clean Flo saved me thousands and used their powerful jetter to give the sewer line a good, much needed cleaning. Totally worth it! Honesty and integrity are as important to me as a competitive quote and integrity wins every time. I recommend anyone reading this to consider adding Clean Flo to their phonebook. As the cliche goes, my only regret is that I didnt call them sooner.

They pumped my tank and cleaned it down to bare walls and floor and showed me that the tank was in good shape and would only need to replace my fields. They relined a cast iron sewer pipe without having to dig a huge trench or dig up an asphalt driveway. The job was done efficiently and they finished up exactly when they said they would. I’m left with a still beautiful landscape and a like new drain pipe! I would definitely recommend to gives these guys a call if you are having any sewer or septic issues. They are 100% pros!
