We had an absolute disaster over Labor Day weekend with our septic system. Mike and his team at Rooter Express came out same day on a holiday to help our family. Made a call to them as we had a large brown square on our grass and wasn’t sure what it was but we figured we might have had a septic tank issue.The guys showed up on time took a look at everything and gave us 3 different options on how to take care of it depending on budget.Hopefully we should not have any more issues as they seem to have handled everything perfectly so if you’re in need of septic tank repair, I would say this is a good company to go with as we did!Also, as a sidenote, the two guys were really nice and cleaned up after themselves, and kept the yard looking really nice minus the area they had to dig up.

I was so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of the team that came out! I had an emergency situation and they were able to come that afternoon. Mike knew exactly what needed to be done and he and Stephen worked together to pump the tank and unclog the main line. The price was very fair and they did an excellent job cleaning up and covering the tank afterwards. Kristy was very reassuring during the process and was able to position the truck to utilize the hoses without driving through my yard. Truly grateful! Have since used them to have my daughter’s tank pumped! Don’t waste time calling anyone else! Highly recommend!

Called for a soft tissue clog after our house flooded. The Rooter team came out and determined that not only was the tank full and not draining properly but the lines needed to be jetted as well. We feel that they did what they said they were going to do for a fair price and when they said they’d do it.We saw the bad reviews and ultimately decided on Rooter Express after also meeting with another company.Remember, a bad review doesn’t always mean a bad business. From a small business owner myself, sometimes it’s just a bad client.I’d do business with them again.

Outstanding and Professional service!!! Septic tank backed up late at night. Wife made a call, appointment was made for morning, and after a rain delay, DJ made it out. What he uncovered was that the builders of my house (25+ years ago) had placed our septic tank partially under our deck and put footers on top of the access points. DJ was beyond professional and a true gentleman with my wife in how he explained things and kept my wife calm. I was able to demo the deck that night and Kim scheduled us first thing in the morning. DJ came out, explained the entire process, made sure everything was good, and completed the job without a hitch. Dealing with DJ and Kim made everything so much better. I cannot thank DJ enough for keeping a horrible situation that turned into an even worse situation, from becoming a complete disaster. And FYI, get the septic tank emptied in 3 to 5 years, makes a difference in the cost.

The day after Christmas my system decided to start backing up into the house. After calling multiple companies I got a hold of Rooter Express. They’re located all over the Southeast. They told me they could be at the house in about 2 hours. With a house full of people I jumped on it! They were actually earlier than I expected. Found the tank, dug it out, took off the lid, found a clog tight at the main pipe entering the tank. Cleared that and pumped out the tank which was almost full ( after 3 years). The guy was awesome. I had them come back 2days later and install a riser so no more digging up the sod and dirt every 3 years!
