Ben was caring, friendly and diligent to the job. He cleared the clogged toilet then ran the sink to check flow due to 1959 home.My sink overflowed right then as he was ready to leave.Being a great person and service man Ben jumped in. Technician Joe went above and beyond with Hot water heater repair. It was. a 13 year old unit and through great effort on his part found correct parts for the repair. Fair and honest as other companies said the unit was too old and couldn’t replace parts because no longer made. It was a blessing to get Royal Plumbing for repair as they communicated to my home warranty company for my reimbursement of cost. Works like brand new!

He pin pointed the clog which I thought was in the pipe under the house, he figered out fairly quick it was at the entrance to the septic. He also was able to fix a faucet that had been leaking for some time. I was very happy with their service. I will use them again.

Updated Review: Original invoice for work done showed only $877+ for a regulator and other parts needed to repair Rheem 40 gal water heater shown in a photo. Labor was not broken out but I know now that the I was charged for 3 hrs which came to $525. No warranty was left at house or on original invoice. I received a second invoice with a 1 year warranty after writing a 1 star review. I am taking off 1 star because it took a week to get the part so my tenants were w/o hot water for a week.

Holy moly Royal plumbing were a real blessing to my family after having an emergency when the water valve to my water heater bursted and then flooded my house. Not only was the guy Ben, who was our service technician able to show up earlier than estimated, but he was able to determine what the problem was and fix it with better equipment to ensure this wouldn’t happen again. if I could give them more than five stars, I would. Ben has absolutely amazing customer service And very knowledgeable and got the job done quick even when he realized there was more to it than originally thought he was able to problem solve and get it done! It takes so long these days to get any service technician out to service homeowner needs. Waiting 1 to 2 weeks for just a show-up has become the new normal. Thankfully, that is not the case with Royal. I was in a real spot; our kitchen sink drain was clogged and I had guests from over seas staying with us. I had to get the drain fixed ASAP. My first call to Royal; they got a tech out within the hour. He went right to the problem and cleared the blockage. He was done within an hour. Royal is our new plumber for the future !!

I am a manager at a local restaurant. I had a major issue with my drains. I asked the guys at Royal Plumbing to come and put a camera down the drain to see what the blockage was. What they found made me cringe. At some point another plumber broke and lost a snake in the drains which clogged them so bad it was a nightmare. Thanks to the guys at Royal Plumbing they saved the day! They were able to craft a tool to help them extract the broken snake and successfully removed about 50 feet of cable from the broken snake. I was blown away how they were able to remove the issue with out ripping up the floors. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing to anyone. No jobs to big or to small home or commercial. They can do it all. It’s Friday and water is spewing out of our water main. We phone numerous plumbers, but no one is able to come out. We phone Royal Plumbing who is fully booked, however Tom squeezes us into his schedule. Ben arrives and successfully repairs our leak. I called when a family member had a water leak. No plumbing companies had anyone available to come that day, it was in the afternoon. I received a phone call about an hour later from Tom, saying they, Royal Plumbing, would send someone to help. Thankfully Royal Plumbing heard the panic in my voice and arranged for a plumber to come and check it out. They sent a photo of the plumber that would be arriving, Joe Rendon. Joe was very kind, courteous, and went to work locating the issue. The problem was larger than we expected, but Joe took care of the immediate problem and made arrangements to return later to fix the larger problem. I was always kept up to date with the time line. I would recommend this company to everyone. This company has a heart and great communication skills. Thank you Tom, Joe, and Josh for taking such good care of our plumbing situation. I had been having problems with my phone that day, and Royal Plumbing was unable to pre call to verify I was home and waiting. As a result, I missed my appointment. Our kitchen drain was leaking behind the wall and pouring under the house. I called Royal Plumbing and spoke to Carol. She was super friendly and kind! She put me on the schedule and they made it out the same day! Josh was the technician that performed the work and he did an excellent job. He had to cut and replace some galvanized steel and ABS piping. The price was very fair! They are now my preferred plumber in Redding.
