At first , I thought he was in training because he said nothing when I let him in. When I asked him it that was the case, he said no, it was just him. I pointed out the thermostat which he wasnt familiar with and where the furnace was as well as the light for that room. He checked it out, went and got his tools and got down to business. My husband stayed in the area where he was working and said this guy cleaned a lot more then the previous service tech. So overall, I believe he did a great job. Once I showed him how our Nest ther.ostat operated he was good to go.

He was very professional, thorough, yet clean, and respectful.He even removed a couple of the components, took them outside to his van to clean them, and then brought them back in and reassembled everything. I have a maintenance plan with Aero for my oil furnace. Ive used them for over 10 years now for maintenance. They are always thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. One year, my heat stopped working. They had a technician out within hours. A part needed to be replaced on my furnace. I do not buy my fuel from them, so I cannot comment on oil prices. But I would not hesitate to use them for maintaining my oil furnace.

Took a few minutes to determine why there was a large puddle of water coming from the furnace. The problem was the pump that removes the water from the AC was failing. The new pump, which he had with him, did not completely match up with the old pump and needed some finagling to get installed.

We had an emergency situation with our heating system. They sent someone out the same day we called. Turned out the old lining in our chimney started to collapse and clog up the furnace. Devin went above and beyond to help fix the furnace, and talked with our chimney guy. He even offered to lend us a heater, since the furnace would have to be off until the chimney gets repaired for safety reasons.
