For example, upon entering he noticed we were a no-shoes house and removed his shoes without me having to request it. This is rare in NY, and it made a very positive impression on me. This is going to sound dramatic, but Christian saved my life today. Ive been searching for a smart, reliable and communicative handyman for 4 years now in Manhattan and Im so glad I finally found one.I hired Christian to install an AC unit above a door that required custom plexiglass to be sealed in shut. Christian asked for all the measurements upfront and provided a quote via Whatsapp. He then sent me a very detailed shopping list with photos and pricing for Home Depot. Seamless. Easy. And I hate Home Depot.Christian was extremely prompt for the appointment and immediately got to work. He replaced the existing AC unit and plexiglass in less than 2 hours and honestly, it looks better than it did before.Unexpectedly right before Christian arrived, I spotted a mouse in my apartment. In short, I am petrified of rodents and have been dealing with a building infestation since January. Christian immediately offered to help, catching the mouse and then started making recommendations on where the mouse could have entered. I have had 3 different handyman and exterminators come into do this very same job... no one was as thorough as Christian. I immediately hired him to complete the task. In less than an hour, he had sealed up multiple places and cleaned up around all identified places of entry (all of which were missed my his predecessors).To finish this glowing 5 star review off, Christian is a really nice guy. You can tell he genuinely cares and is passionate about the work he is doing. Needless to say, Christian now has all my handyman business for as long as I live in Manhattan (and will soon receive all of my friends tasks as well!). Cant recommend him enough.
