If you ever find yourself in need of an electrician, CALL THEM! I found myself searching for an electrician online and called them based on their reviews - all of which are absolutely correct. George was professional, responsive, helpful and KIND. I ended up not needing them (it turned out to be a Con Ed issue on the block), and George promptly refunded me, on his own (!!) when i called to cancel the appointment. He stayed in touch and followed up the next day to be sure our issue was resolved. But above all - when i was panicked, Georges reassurance kept me calm. If i ever need an electrician, they are the only ones Ill call.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a great experience with New York City Electricians - George, David, and William make a great team. They upgraded the wiring to support an induction stove in my home. William was extremely proactive in communicating throughout the project and explaining the work. David did a great job with the wiring and even came back the next day on short notice to help with installation of the stove after the appliance store’s installation team failed. Many thanks.

George and Edison did an amazing job. We had water in our fuse box due to a roof leak in our building. George answered immediately when we called at 11:30pm and kept us up to date on what we needed to do to keep ourselves and the apartment safe and throughout the whole process. Edison, the electrician, arrived promptly and explain what the issues were. Thankfully they also noticed some hotspots due to previous wiring that was completed badly. They promptly replaced the fuse box and ensured we were happy. We also noticed how methodical Edison was in making sure things were done right, and an hour after he left, before which he explained what he did, George called to make sure we felt comfortable and satisfied with the job. 10 stars if I could give it.

I can’t even begin to explain the amount of panic I was in when I called New York City Electricians. I had an incident in my apartment with one of my electrical outlets and was desperate for someone to come out and take a look right away. I spoke to George on the phone who immediately put me at ease. I explained the situation and he worked to get someone out to me within a few hours and I was so appreciative. Not only that, but he continued to update me on the technicians arrival time and checked in throughout the process and you don’t always get that level of service in NY. Emilio was the technician who arrived and he was very professional and handled the job thoroughly and within 30 minutes. I am forever thankful for how professional and quickly they handled the job and will be using them again should I ever have another electrical issue! Can’t thank the team enough!

I had an electrical issue that had to be addressed immediately. I have never in any city had someone respond so quickly and turn around and do the job in one working day, It is unheard of. George who organized everything was reassuring, kind and positive he made the whole, very stressful situation as smooth as can be. Both Wilson and Evan who executed the job were incredible, professional and went above and beyond to get the work done in a timely manner but also to make it look spotless after. Our power went out at 10pm on a Saturday. We thought it’d take forever to figure out what happened and how to fix it. Fortunately we got a hold of George and Emilio. They quickly came to our place, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Saved us from sleeping without AC is horrible summer heat. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Evan restored my faith in humanity with his professionalism and expertise. His work ethic and personality are one of a kind. The contractor working on my bathroom blew out my circuit breaker leaving me without power for four days and promising each day to bring an electrician. On Christmas Eve day, a holiday when no one was working, I called New York electricians and Evan arrived an hour and a half later as promised. He had my power on in 5 minutes and fixed an electrical outlet too. Evan is my electrician from now on!

Our electrition Evan was extremely nice and professional. We had a power outage we believed caused by a water leak. I called at 6pm on a Friday night asking for emergency service and Evan was there an hour later. He quickly found the root of the problem,fixed what was needed and was done in less than an hour. 10/10.

It was 1am Sunday morning when my electrical problem began. I panicked after seeing a spark from an electrical box in the boiler room of my basement. In a situation like this, you cant sleep. After calling several 24 hr electricians in my area, I finally stumbled across this company. All I can say is thank you Jesus, George guided me through shutting down the electricity going through that line because I was hearing the current. He put me totally at ease until the electrician is able to get here and fix it. Thank you soooo very much for your genuine concern and help.

On time, very professional and exceedingly competent-rare to get an electrician this good for a true emergency-better than my usual electrician i have had for 20 years. They responded on a late Friday night before Labor Day weekend- did a major job troubleshooting a burned out electrical panel, bad circuit breakers and CFL balast-willing to work at night when my business(medical office) is closed. I cannot say enough good things about this company and its manager George. They came and did a great job when all the other electricians i had used in the past did not respond.
