    On April 14, 2022 a LIGHTNING STRIKE hit my Mothers Chimney and literally exploded it!The EMPS shot through the electrical System. Jordan, the owner of YT Electrical came on time and performed a thorough inspection. He sat and gave us a Detailed/Clear discussion of the scope of the Job. Allstate approved it. The job also required installation of 2 ground wire poles and reconnection of CON ED connecting line to our Home. (Jordan scheduled and will be present for the FINAL Inspection of ConEd.)Jordan and his Professioal/Respectful crew arrived on time/finished within one day!!I was SO SATISFIED that a month later in June when my mothers leaking bath damaged wires and blew outlets in my Kitchen and half-bath on the 1st Floor I contracted YT Electrical Services for my 2nd Claim!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!     If I could give YT Electrical Services more stars, I would. They did a great job and got my electricity up and running. They changed the panel and added a dedicated microwave line to a fuse-box over 50 years old without a hitch. Most importantly - they stand by their claims of HONESTY.     Whoever I spoke with when I called was extremely helpful. They troubleshooted my issue over the phone without me having to pay for any service. He patiently explained to me that I need to get a less powerful fan because my unit is not built for the more powerful one and theres no way my landlord will pay to upgrade our electric grid. I greatly appreciate his honesty and excellent business conduct!

    Yordanys took a complicated job and patiently simplified his explanation of it so that I could understand. He called back when he said he would, he executed the job just as he said he would and when he realized he missed something in the estimate (which was already fairly priced), he added it at no charge. Knowing that we were on a tight schedule, he worked around our tenant’s schedule to complete the job over a weekend and then he followed through by scheduling and being present for the inspection several days later. Excellent communication, expert service, exceptional care.

    Ill definitely reach out to YT Electrical in the future for any electrical services. Yordanys talked sense into our unnecessarily complex plan to conceal some old cable wiring running our apartment, helping us better understand our own electrical needs. Communication around timeline, process, and price was prompt and clear. The work was completed quickly and on time by Yordanyss team, who checked in before, during, and after the process to make sure everything was according to our specs. They cleaned up about 95% of the debris caused by the job. After the job was completed I flagged a concern on the final invoice with Yordanys who reviewed it with me and credited the difference between what had been quoted in the initial estimate and what seemed to be a mistakenly higher number on the final invoice, which I really appreciated.

    I can’t say enough about YT Electrical! We will absolutely use them again for any electrical needs that arise. Last night one of our outlets was flickering, hot to the touch, and smelled of burning plastic. The fire department turned off the breaker and said we needed an electrician ASAP. I called YT this morning, and a technician was here before lunchtime diligently working to correct not just the outlet with the faulty wire but finding and fixing the source of the problem-an overburdened breaker that needed to be separated. The owner was in constant communication with me. The technician they sent did a great job communicating and answered our questions. I thought the price was reasonable for the scope of the work completed. We are very pleased. The company was very professional from start to finish. We sleep soundly tonight knowing a dangerous electrical issue in our home is now resolved.

Yordanys was always there to answer my many questions and walk me through this project which seemed easy but required endless paperwork and a city inspection, which they took care of. Right after I accepted the proposal and retainer fee paid, the permit was pulled the next day and someone at my property 317 E 141 street Bronx to start the job.     Five Stars! Would like to give a special thanks to owner YT and electrician Ramon for the outstanding service they provided to us during the New Year holiday weekend. Thank you so much. Outstanding work. Fantastic people. Great act of kindness.Over the New Year weekend late at night, we got hit with a double issue. One was an outdated faulty circuit panel and breakers which tripped and the other was the central heater circuit board getting fried causing an electrical fire sending smoke and burning metal smell throughout the house via the air ducts. We called 911 and the firemen shut the main advising to call a licensed electrician to investigate the issue and perform the necessary repair work. Here we are on New Year’s weekend, with no power with our insulin in the fridge desperately trying to keep it cool so it does not go bad. If it did, we would have had a larger issue to deal with.We called several electricians that night advertising emergency 24/7 services and each one said they cannot make it to us due to the holiday or it went to an operator who took down our information and offered to call us back when they located someone who can help. When we called YT Electrical Services, the owner picked up right away. We explained the situation and advised that we are diabetics and have insulin in the fridge that needs to stay cold. YT promised to send someone out to us first thing in the morning and true to his word, sent Ramon who stabilized our power and identified the source of the problem. He worked several hours and both he and YT stayed in contact with us explaining everything each step of the way.Even though they stabilized us, we still needed to upgrade the circuit panel and breakers to a new one to prevent another issue from happening down the road. YT offered to assist with that and provided us options. YT personally came to our house that day to inspect the work and to discuss next steps. He then performed an act of kindness that we didn’t expect. YT took out his wallet and offered to pay for whatever we needed to secure our insulin, so it does not spoil. This one act of kindness brought the human factor into equation and made us feel valued and appreciated. Combined with the excellent service provided so far, we agreed to give him the business of upgrading our electrical panned to a brand new one. Same day, Ramon came back with all the supplies and began working all through the day into the late hours. By the end of the day, everything was completed.This was our New Years’ experience and thankful we found YT Electrical Services. We recommend their services 100%.     I recently moved into an apartment and discovered to my dismay that two rooms did not have power. I called YT Electrical and Yordanys came over immediately-- and took one look at the panel and said, oh no, thats a Federal Pacific panel. Google it and you will see what is wrong. So I did, and my heart sank-- I cursed myself for not having done a proper inspection (everything seemed fine before I moved in), and wondered whether I was looking at a massive, five-figure job that I would not be able to afford. My wife was even unhappier.But it now appears that I called the best electrician on the planet. Yordanys and his brother Dayan replaced the 80-year-old panel, which was absurdly placed over an entry-hall closet and required a new location (hence, cutting into the wall), then installed four lighting fixtures, repaired a couple of nonfunctional outlets, and replaced two unsafe outlets (kitchen, bathroom, GFCI). And that is not all! They also fixed the problem that had led to two rooms losing power (the previous tenant had screwed up when removing a light fixture, as if things were not bad enough already), and Yordanys actually bought us a great fixture for the kitchen after we had failed to find something we liked. When that was all done (over a day and a half), Dayan stuck around and hung two large, heavy mirrors for us-- then offered to drive me to Best Buy, pick up a TV, and mount it on the wall. We cant believe the amount of work all this entailed-- and the fact that the total cost was about half of what we had expected. Last but not least, Yordanys himself is not only highly professional but considerate and personable as well. Rewiring an old apartment is usually hell, but this turned out to be one of the most pleasant and satisfying transactions we have ever experienced. We are telling everyone we know in New York-- if you need a skilled electrician, call YT Electrical!
