Jason B did an amazing job installing my 4 wire thermostat to a 3 wire set up! He was extremely fast and even attached my baseboard heater to the wall for me without me even asking! Which was beyond the scope of the job! Jason also gave me a quote on a new electrical panel installation before he left my home! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had an awesome experience. I called and got a same-day appointment. The plumber Tyler came out and diagnosed the issue that I was having. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He told me about the options that I could do to take care of the issue and told me about the cost of repair he even told me about a replacement option to consider. I am very satisfied with all of the information I received and will be using Haller for my future service needs.

I recently had a broken toilet replaced with a new one by Haller Enterprises. The whole process from the initial consultation to the final installation was handled professionally. The Haller technician was very pleasant and helpful to me in deciding what toilet would be best and the eventual installation was well done. I will certainly call them again if I have a plumbing issue. Excellent service.

They were very friendly and the service fee was reasonable. The person who came here was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me and showed me how to fix my hot water heater. The only thing I was not happy with was how much they wanted to charge me to replace the thermostats. I could have bought a new hot water heater.

Excellent service from the beginning. The woman at dispatch with friendly and quickly found someone for the job. I contacted the emergency line at 9:30pm and Vincent, the technician, arrived within an hour. He quickly assessed the issue and gave us an estimate. In less than ten minutes, he cleared our main line. He then took the time to make sure everything was flowing properly and even cleaned out the affected bathroom. He explained every step of the process and did so quietly as to not disturb the neighbors. Extremely pleased with the quick and efficient service. Vincent was so kind and friendly even though we had him working so late! Highly recommend!

Had the real deal company come out and find out that my two year blower motor was no good on my 80 gallon gas hot water heater, which was cover under warranty by Reams. I was able to order the unit and had it replaced Haller. Wish I had called them instead of a smaller company that was leading me on and misleading on prices. Needed assistance on weekend! Though it was a hefty cost...The Technician was there at a great time...did a good job and was open to share on some tips to prevent future issues. The Tech was thoughtful to clean up any mess from start to finish...wear booties each time he had to go out and come back in. Very good service and knowledgeable. Call center, technician tracking too notch. Only feedback is to communicate to the customer that even though the schedule window is five hours, the technician will contact the customer when they are thirty minutes away. We were NOT told this and spent an afternoon tied to the house. We didnt find out until the technician notified us after we waited nearly four hours. Good discussion with the technician and all is good now.

I had to have a 32 year old water heater and its pipes removed and replaced. The technician did a fabulous job, left everything clean. Surprisingly, the water heater was still working but its pipes were rusting, thus causing a danger of leaking gas should it have rusted through. Hope this new one will last like the old one. Haller does a super job every time.Now, Ive had an old thermostat replaced and heating system checked. As usual, the technician did an excellent job, explained everything, and how to use the new thermostat. Im very pleased with it, and highly recommend Haller for their service and professionalism.

But Thomas helped us with all that so as long as you get a good tech it’s smooth sailing.

So after months of estimates and trying to find reliable and affordable it was haller. They worked with me being on a budget and was able to get me a system that works great in my house and no not the most expensive. I have used them in the past for plumbing and clogged drains and had nothing but great experiences and may I also say they stand behind their work. let me also say about the guys who installed my system they were both great guys and my house looked cleaner then when they started and for all they had to do you would have never known. very professional and thorough. I had a “top of the line” carrier air conditioning system installed after my existing unit quit working during 100+ degree days. At the end of the install, I was informed that the wrong coil was sent from the warehouse (too small). They would be back the next day to put the proper coil in. Until then, it would cool but only to about 73. With the new coil installed, it cooled well for 5-6 days. Then it wouldn’t go below 77. We had a service call and was told there wasn’t enough refrigerant in the line, which they fixed. This lasted another 5-6 days when it wouldn’t cool below 77, again. Another service call. Now being told there is a leak, probably the coil. The service tech set up a same day visit for 2 supervisors to come and investigate further. The investigation showed a leak from the compressor. They set up a compressor replacement for the next morning. New compressor installed which also leaked. So, another manager called me. They offer to install a compatible system which would actually be an upgrade because it also had a heat pump. So I took the offer since it was being offered at no charge. So far so good but it has only been 24 hours. Hold my breath, keeping my fingers crossed, saying prayers and hoping for the best.

Jerad was a thorough and efficient technician. He explained everything he did annual maintenance on the AC, checked air scrubber, installed the new filter and disposed of old one. Cleaned inside unit and the outside unit and checked connections. Checked dampers to make sure they were all open. He then cleaned our dryer vent and told us that it needed a little device from Lowes to seal it off where the siding was located. This was something that the siding repairman had damaged and didn’t replace. After that he explained how to use the thermostats and the settings to get the most efficiency out of our AC.,

Chris was great to talk to! He was able to give us a quote and have installers out to our house in less than a week. Our boiler is 30 years old, and very much dying (dead now), so we asked about our options. Chris told us about mini splits and we decided it was the best option for our home. The team of installers got the job done in 1 day. Very happy to have our own heating and cooling unit instead of window units and natural gas heat. They also safely turned off our boiler so we could remove it on our own.

The dimmer switch and wiring that was previously installed had started to overheat and caused burning of the wires and switch. The issue could have caused a a fire. Huge shout out to Adam Brough(sp ??) for calling me about my survey response earlier that evening about our PM service that day. He said he would send someone out the next day (which.was a Saturday) and waive the dispatch fee which made total sense since the tech who did the PM forgot to turn something on which made our AC not work. Someone did arrive the next day to do that final step, and our air is working now.Everyone makes mistakes. ****Update to my earlier post seen below ****In addition to my below review I also called Haller to express my frustration and displeasure with my service experience. The customer care representative that took my call was very attentive and sympathetic to our situation and emailed details of my complaint to their Service Manager while we were on the phone. Within a few hours I received a call from Jim, the York area service manager about my complaint and he was also very concerned, attentive, and sympathetic to our situation. Without hesitation he immediately set me up for a service call the next morning with one of their senior technicians. Promptly on time the next morning both Jim himself and their senior tech showed up to see what was going on with my system. They rechecked the entire system, diagnosed the problem, recharged my system, and ensured all was working well before wrapping up, and all was done free of charge and to my satisfaction. This experience was remarkable, impressive, and I am completely satisfied and happy with my experience with Haller Enterprises. Thank you Jim and Steve for your extremely Professional and courteous visit to correct this issue.Not at all happy with my first experience with Haller Enterpeises. I’ve lived in my house for several years and never had my HVAC system serviced, so I chose Haller based on a few reviews and their York office being very close to my home. I scheduled my appointment via phone and since I was a new customer I was told the cost would be $150.00 dispatch fee plus whatever issues may be found during the system checks. The Technician showed up within the promised timeframe but before doing anything, he immediately went into telling me how it was $250.00 to inspect each system and repairs would cost more than if I purchased a home system service plan for $336 and then any issues would be discounted. He then began checking my system but at every turn was trying to convince me that the system was old, not worth putting money into, I should consider a full replacement, is getting close to its serviceable life span, he’d have the sales office call me with a quote, etc… he then reported that my system was slightly low on refrigerant but my system used R-22 which is no longer available and it wasn’t worth putting any money into this system. Keep in mind that my system was cooling my home just fine although I was aware that it was not working as efficiently as a newer system would, but again was cooling my home just fine. He also reported that a capacitor was testing below standard and needed replaced which I accepted and agreed to. He said it was a difficult thing to do on these older systems but he had it and could get it done. That cost me $242 to have that replaced in what amounted to unplugging 2 wires from the old capacitor and plugging them onto the new one and then zip tying the new capacitor onto the wiring in the cabinet while leaving the old one in place. All tolled the bill was $588 and by 6:00 PM it was quite evident that my A/C definitely seemed to no longer be cooling my house. I shut the system off for about 20 minutes or so to allow a reset, turned it back on and when I returned home from work the next day, my house was 80 degrees, the system was running constantly, and NOT cooling down at all. This seems very suspect that after their visit and the push to replace my system, that it is now not working the same as before they “checked it out”!! Additionally, with the technician leaving around 3:30 the sales department called me by 5:00 to give me their quote for $16,000 to replace my system with the CHEAPER of their 2 options
