Stacy was prompt, very polite, and was great about answering any questions that I had. He put down tarps on the floor for getting things moved outside. Dud a great job. He even explained why there wasnt water coming from the bathtub fixtures. 😊

I highly recommend Burnett Plumbing. We had a leak and no hot water. Luke was great to work with. He returned my call promptly and fit me in on a very busy schedule where other plumbing services were not taking new customers or were at least two weeks out for service. Like also made a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. Alan came out to make the repairs, was on time, very good to work with and professional. He found and made quality repairs quickly,

I can’t express my thanks enough to Luke and everyone at Burnett Plumbing Company. I needed work done quickly as my kitchen sink was unable to be used. They found a way to get to my location in the same day when other competitors had said “three weeks”. The work was done quickly and effectively and I was back up and running in less than a half hour. Great people to work with, great service, reasonable charges and now an appreciative and loyal customer.

I have used Burnett plumbing for many years. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Their techs have even answered my questions on the phone in an effort to help. This year they contacted me to push back the job of turning on the plumbing at our cabin due to the cold spring. When the tech arrived, he had to fight his way down our drive because of fallen branches. I really appreciate the extra effort the entire organization provides. They are first-rate in all respects.

I have worked with Burnett Plumbing for many years on 3 different cabins I own. They have always done excellent work, all their employees are extremely conscientious and professional, and unlike so many other places, are 100% reliable. I wouldnt think of calling anyone else!

I called three plumbers to fix the thermostat on my electric water heater on a Thursday afternoon. I had people coming up for the weekend so I needed to get it fixed. All three called me back but Burnett plumbing was the only one who would come out that day. It was very expensive though, by far the most expensive of the three I called. I really didnt have much of a choice though because I needed it done same day. The cost was $135 just to show up, then a time charge of $1+ per minute when there. The technician was great, not eligible cheerful, etc experience was good just more expensive than Id hoped or thought necessary.

They came out and replaced shower valve which was an obsolete off brand so there were no replacement parts available. Instead of just staying sorry can’t fix it, they did their research and figured how to fix it. Had to cut the tile to get to the leak and they found a backplate to cover that and then replaced everything with Delta products. So pleased no leak and it looks great. While he was here I was talking with my husband in the other room wondering if this would fix the issue of backwards hot/cold issue meaning hot comes out when pointed to cold and vis versa. Either way he said I can fix that. Two minutes later it was fixed and no more drips. So happy and bill came in cheaper than originally quoted. Definitely will call them if we need plumbing help in the future.
