Yuri and the team at Napora Heating and Cooling have been lifesavers for us on several occasions! Whether its an emergency heating repair, fixing our broken AC, or dealing with a leaking hot water heater, theyve handled it all. They even helped restore our yard after we installed a pool. We rely on Napora for everything because of their fair pricing, friendly service, and outstanding quality and speed!

No heat. Called 2 companies and was told they could get to us a week from now. Called Napora and Yuri came out same day and fixed the problem for a fraction of what we were expecting to have to pay. I can’t endorse Napora and Yuri enough!

Yuri Napora is a true professional that puts his customers first, no sales pitch, just facts. He replaced our HVAC system with quality equipment at fair price. Upgraded our entire cold air return system...today is the first time in 20 years the upstairs is the same temp as the 1st floor!

I began using Yuri for HVAC in 2013 and never looked back. I was managing several properties and had only great experiences. More recently, Ive asked Yuri to handle a variety of plumbing issues. Regardless of whether the project is HVAC or plumbing hes attentive to our concerns, a problem solver, when we make suggestions he leaves his ego behind and takes whatever approach makes sense.

For the last 5 years or so I had been working with one specific HVAC company, but then they unexpectedly went out of business earlier this year. By chance, I called Napora in the Spring to have our central air unit checked. Little did I know that I would need them several more times this year. We experienced flooding in our basement three times over the Summer due to torrential rains and water backing up into our home. Yuri and his team showed up first to check our drains and verify the water backing up was not at the fault of our basement drains. When the flooding took out our hot water heater, they showed up again to attempt to fix it, and then they subsequently came back to replace it when it was determined the fix was only temporary. Every time they showed up they were polite, understanding, and graciously answered all of my questions. Their rates were also competitive. It would be an easy decision to call them for any future needs.

When our furnace broke in the middle of the night, they were able to fit us into their schedule for the next day! We worked with Yuri and he was very straightforward and efficient. Our AC died during the current hot and humid weather making things very uncomfortable. After calling another local company first, they advised it would be 2 weeks before they could send a technician out to even look at it.I called Napora Heating and Cooling and Yuri came out to our place within a half hour. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue right away.Great service!

I had a small leak in a water line. I called Yuriand he came out the next day. He was 15 minutes early which was fine. Yuri diagnosed the problem, repaired it and even talked me through the repair. So I got my repair done and learned something at the same time. I would recommend Yuri for your plumbing needs.

Responded quickly. Was over to the house within an hour on a Sunday night (holiday weekend to boot) and returned Monday with a new mother board to fix our furnace.. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and will definitely call Napora Heating and Cooling (also plumbing) as needed in the future!

Needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed to replace a VERY OLD, leaky faucet. From my initial phone call with Yuri, until the installation with Myron, everything went well and was professional. Myron called before arriving to let me know of his expected time of arrival, he arrived on time, assessed the situation and went to work. He realized he required a special part, so he went to Home Depot to get it and returned promptly. After installing the new faucet, he showed me where an existing leak (in a pipe) persisted. He took the time to show me the issue and he explained how he could fix it on the spot... which he did. Very pleased with my experience and will use Napora for future plumbing needs.

Our furnace shut off, so we needed a professional. They came out same day, were very courteous and knowledgeable. Got us up and running. My husband was not home, so they could have told me I needed things I may not need. Instead they said call us if it happens again and well come out and replace the suspected part (before our now scheduled cleaning which is most likely the culprit) Very honest, highly recommended!

We called with an plumbing emergency. The tech had me send a few pictures so he knew the situation and confirmed he would be able to help. He was on another job when I called, but arrived 45 minutes later. He explained what he was going to do, did it and then recapped what he did and what the issue was. He explained there was no preventive things we could do and that this was a fluke thing. He was in and out within 30 minutes and was very reasonably priced

Call me lucky, but the day I called Napora Heating and Cooling for the first time, everything changed. Yuri and Mike are immediately responsive, honest, kind, and thorough. They have a unique way of working together to solve problems, install new systems, and educate us. Plumbing Service. Okay. Id love to give a 1 so no one else would use them!. LOL. But truth is, they were GREAT. Was willing to come at 9PM (but I was able to shut off the main and so was okay to wait). They came the next day as they said. In fact they came earlier. They covered the emergency at no extra rate. Their prices were as good (or better) than most, and Yuri offered some information on the dishwasher hookup which was helpful even as he wasnt there for that.Even tho it was/is clear to the both of us I have 2 other issues but for which I jury-rigged a fix, he was not at all pushy about wanting me to get him to fix them. However I will be ringing him back to do this work, plus if/when I relocate the washer/dryer upstairs he will get that work too. Thank you Yuri..

Would highly recommend Yuri for any plumbing job you might have. He ran a gas line for a new gas range, installed the range. He updated some lines for our dishwasher, installed our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Even ran the electric for the disposal. He is very skillful, gave a fair price, communicates well. Will definitely use him again if the need arises.

My AC wasnt working properly so I called him on a Monday around noon and he was able to get me in by the end of that same day. I was very happy to have AC working again so quickly! You cant get same day service with the larger companies in the area. And of course he was very professional, knowledgeable and had fair pricing. Highly recommend Napora! I will be calling him for all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward.
