Nick was absolutely wonderful. Communication from the beginning to the end of the project was great. Not only was the quality of work very good and reasonably priced, but Nick even gave us tips on best practices with appliances and things to look out for to get ahead of future problems. Nick also noticed another leak we had and fixed it immediately, and checked-in days after the project was done to see how everything was going. I have already, and will continue to recommend Tidy Pipes to anyone needing plumbing work done, and will for sure be calling Nick for future projects.

Nick was extremely responsive when I reached out to him. Was able to come the next day. Great communication. Resolved my slow draining kitchen sink issue. There was a very big blockage in the drain line. Actually having him back in a couple weeks to do some other work for me. Chatted with him for a bit during and after he completed the job. A very like-able personable guy and honest and informative! Highly recommend him if youre in need of a plumber.

My wife and I had renovated a space to create a hair salon. We needed someone to help rough in and install three shampoo bowls, two sinks and a bunch of other items. We also needed two toilets fixed and re set. Nick was recommended to us by a mutual friend and did not disappoint. Easy to reach, fair prices, outstanding work and craftsmanship. Tidy Pipes should be your only call when you need a plumber. Honest assessment of the issue, fair pricing and quality work that they stand by. Youll be glad Nick handled your job since it is done right the first time. So far he has done a sump pump backup system, resolved a leaking main valve and replaced a toilet that ended up being more complex than we thought. He is always upfront and clearly experienced, not to mention arriving on-time and being tidy throughout the job. It is very easy for plumbers to take advantage of a situation since theyre often called in desperate times, but that will never happen with Tidy Pipes and youll feel confident when the job is done.

When we needed someone to diagnose an issue with our hot water heater, Nick was recommended to us by a friend. He was available to come out next day. Upon diagnosing that our 15-year old water heater was reaching the end of the road, he gave us a quote for replacing it and was able to do so same day. The quote was very reasonable (another contractor had quoted almost double to do the same work) and his work was high-quality. I especially appreciated the time he took to explain things to me and never felt like he was trying to upsell or pressure our decisions. Will absolutely have Nick of Tidy Pipes Plumbing saved in my contacts for all future plumbing needs and will recommend him to friends wholeheartedly!

We have found ourselves a plumber (Nick Parlet)! To my husband and I, trustworthiness, promptness, politeness, and one who stands by his work is top priority to us before anything else. Nick has checked every one of those each time we have had to use him. On top of that, which is a plus, what he charges for the jobs are so much lower than some other local companies that we have used in the past. Plus, he almost always gives us a few tips on things that we could fix ourselves so we wouldnt have to pay him to do it. As an older couple this is very important to us. I wish I could have given him a higher star rating because he deserves one. But I can highly recommend him to you because it is very hard these days to find good help who knows what they are doing and does a stellar job. We have used Tidy Pipes Plumbing (Nick) for many jobs so far, and so far he has never disappointed us.

LIFESAVER!!! after driving home from Florida with 3 dogs, we came home to a busted water tank that had run for a few days. Excellent experience. I had a backup that was flooding my basement and had no idea what it could’ve been from. So when I called, the owner came to my house and identified the problem. Not only was I explained the details of what was wrong, but I was even provided with a video to show me exactly what he was talking about. From there was very confident in his work and sure enough everything has been smooth since then. Very good work with a friendly owner which is more than most can say nowadays!
