Basement toilet was backing up. I called and Bryan answered with a simple Hello this is Bryan. No, call waiting, no phone tree to navigate. I explained the situation to him, he stated what the likely issue was. He said his team could be out to my home later that day. 3 hours later, Bryan called saying the crew was on the way. The two guys knew the issue in advance and I gave them a quick explanation. They worked like a team of firefighters opening up the cleanouts and locating the clog. Cleared it out and made sure the entire line to the street was good to go. Impressive to watch. Call BP, you wont be disappointed.

I had Bryan recently install a new frostproof hose bib as well as had him take out an old concrete laundry sink and replace with a new single basin wall-mounted plastic one. Brians work was fantastic and he had a great attention to detail. He showed up early and was done in about 2 hours which is incredibly fast (especially considering how heavy and cumbersome those old concrete utility sinks can be!). I have also used him for a number of jobs in the past and the work has been just as exceptional. I would highly recommend using him!

Called Bryan to schedule a drain cleaning. He picked up on 1st ring. I explained the problem - clogged drain from kitchen sink and bathtub. Not an emergency. His crew was at my house 45 minutes later. Both problems were fixed 45 minutes after that. The crew was polite, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. I absolutely recommend BP Plumbing. We called BP Plumbing on a friends recommendation early on a Friday morning after heavy rain when we came downstairs to find our sump pump broken. BP Plumbing was at our house within 30 minutes. About 30 minutes later, we had a new sump pump installed and the crew was on their way after a job well done. The entire experience - from first phone call to job completed - took about an hour.In short: BP Plumbing was incredibly responsive, quick and courteous. Highly recommended!

Our tub faucet had been dripping. After work by another plumber made the situation worse (steady stream of water), we called Bryan. He was responsive and knew immediately over the phone what the issue was. He came out first thing the next morning and had the issue resolved in about 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends - and wont be using anyone else for any future plumbing needs!

We hadnt been happy with the plumbing service we had been using after the last 2 experiences. We tried to book another service that came highly recommended but they couldnt promise a service call for another week+ due to multiple techs being out with Covid. That wasnt a good sign. BP also came recommended. Were SO glad we called. Bryan scheduled service for the next day. Jason did awesome and efficient work, and was pleasant and completely professional. We found a new plumber! Brian has done multiple jobs for us in the past. He is a no nonsense type of guy and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I don’t normally write reviews but our last experience deserves the recognition! My husband woke up yesterday to find our hot water tank leaking. He called Brian at 640 am. They were at our place by 730 and done with the whole job by 830. You can’t beat that kind of service! Thanks BP plumbing.

I called BP Plumbing two weeks ago for a refrigerator water line leak and Bryan came out within 30 minutes on a Saturday and replaced my water line promptly. I had to call them again on Saturday for my sump pump that failed and flooded my basement. Bryan sent Jason over within an hour and got a new pump installed. BP Plumbing is very responsive (even on a weekend) and does quality work. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs!

I called BP plumbing yesterday with an issue with my garbage disposal. Bryan asked me if the issue could wait until today. I was expecting him to say sometime next week. He scheduled an appointment for this morning. The technician was on time and very polite. Here is the best part— turns out we did not need a new disposal but an adjustment. We were charged only for a service call. Now this company is totally honest! They could have sold us and installed a new garbage disposal and we would not have questioned it since we thought that ours was shot!! We appreciated the sincere honesty of BP plumbing. Great company!

I called on New Year’s Day 2018 with a dead hot water heater. Bryan picked up my call immediately and I explained my situation. I have used BP Plumbing several times over the past two years. Brian, the owner is knowledgeable, but most importantly, he can be trusted and is honest. In addition to fixing the repairs my wife and I requested, Brian also gave me recommendations for the future use of all of our plumbing fixtures! He could of very well have recommended higher priced items but was very detailed and realistic in his suggestions. Trustworthyness is our major consideration when hiring contractors and we will only call BP for any/all of our future pluunerds!

I called BP Plumbing due to a clogged drain causing sewage backup through a floor drain in my basement. I recieved a callback from Bryan, the owner, to discuss my options to solve the problem. He was very helpful on the phone and I requested that he perform a service call to fix the clog. He arrived promptly and got right to work on the problem. After determining the main sewer from the house to the street was clear he explained the problem was with the drain in the house. The clean out he needed to access was behind some shelving that I had installed and he was patient as I moved it to clear space for him to work. (Lesson learned do not obstruct cleanouts.) Bryan was able to clear the blockage and restore the operation of the drain. What I was most impressed with is that he also showed us the condition of the drain system from inside the house all the way to the street with a camera snake. Most companies that I researched online do not include a camera inspection with their basic service. The fact that Bryan includes a camera inspection shows a commitment to not only identifying the issue but ensuring that it is completely remedied in one call. I was impressed with Bryans professionalism and thoroughness. I will be contacting BP Plumbing for any and all of my future plumbing needs.

I called BP Plumbing in Webster New York at 6 pm on Mothers Day. I was ready to leave a voicemail. The phone rang just 2 times and I got a live plumber. He was willing to come to the house the following afternoon in order to satisfy my tight travel schedule. Lionel arrived about 10 minutes early. He was friendly, professional and got right down to business. He replaced two bathroom drains and installed a new kitchen faucet. All in 70 minutes. I was totally satisfied with the experience. I was relieved to get an experienced plumber who did it right the first time. At a fair price.

Brian came to our house on a Sunday about 45 minutes after we called him. Our whole house was backed up. Before Brian unclogged it he showed us where the clog was with his camera, then unclogged it and showed us again on the camera. When I had my new washer and dryer delivered today we had a major problem with the old hoses. I sent BP Plumbing a message via their site and within 15 minutes I had a phone call and they were on their way. Upon arriving their job was made harder by the old pipes, but they didnt bat an eyelash. Being late in the day on New Years Eve, I thought I would have had to wait until Friday for service, but BP Plumbing took on the job and did it right. They totally made the end of 2014 so much better for me. They were quick and friendly, and I am very satisfied with the work they did. His off-hours charge may be a bit higher than others, but he will definitely be the person I call in case of an emergency, or for anything else, as his work prices are accordingly lower.

We had a water main break in our yard right before the holidays. BP plumbing gave us a reasonable quote and stuck to that quote even after the job took much longer than expected due to unforeseen complications. Bryan and his crew were very courteous and prompt. I would recommend BP to anyone needing plumbing work.

We woke up at 5:30am to a burst pipe and water leaking through three floors (into the basement) and called BP Plumbing at 5:45am. Bryan showed up at our door at 6:05am! He got right to work and fixed the problem in no time for an extremely reasonable price. We will definitely be using BP Plumbing for any future issues that may come up.Outstanding service, outstanding work, and all for a great price. I would recommend him to anyone.

We just had our water heater replaced and the whole process couldnt have gone better! Bryan was prompt, quick, professional, and thorough and very personable throughout the whole process. Better yet, the tank plus the install was $200 less than Isaac, Roto Rooter, or AP plumbing for the same quality work and equipment. Makes me wish I hadnt wasted my time getting quotes from them!
